randomly in relation to my last post about acts of service for a partner, I had a thought that what if next season Pete's dad comes into the picture for one shady reason or another and Vegas becomes aware of him or meets him, and Vegas' first instinct is to murder him and make it hurt long and hard, but Pete knows this and makes Vegas promise that he'll just let his dad go to continue being a low-life loser until he dies of natural low-life loser causes.

Vegas promises with kisses and gentle touches that he'll honor Pete's request, but of course he never had any intention of doing so - and after he finishes the job (making sure Pete's dad knows exactly why this is happening to him), he stages it to look like Pete's dad has skipped town.
