one moment i'm fine and the next moment i remember the raw display of emotion in crowley's eyes and the way he looked up to stop the tears in his eyes from falling right before he put on his sunglasses

Are you still active on tumblr?
YES I am!! Sorry friends for dropping off the face of the earth, I got a job and I had to move and it was a lot. But I am less stressed now and I hope I can get back to posting more regularly!! I really missed it (ノ^ヮ^)ノ*:・゚✧
I will never leave tumblr because there is no other place on the internet where I can tell people that 80% of the time when I try to introduce myself to someone in the office that I haven’t met yet I get so focused on smiling and holding eye contact that I forget the part where I actually have to introduce myself (°□°)

Something I learned this week: so apparently halibut is a kosher fish and the cheeks are a delicacy. Well, I had the opportunity to try them, and just whoa. It's at least as good if not better than crab meat and is very similar in both taste and texture as claw meat.
So! As someone who has had (and loved) a *lot* of the treyf seafood prior to giyur, here is what I can tell folks who have never eaten crab or lobster but are curious for close kosher substitutes: halibut cheek for crab, lionfish for lobster. If prepared similarly and correctly, they can be extremely similar in taste and texture, and (imo) superior because they don't involve boiling an animal alive and then spending 20 minutes unshelling it. :-/

you know that jewpacabra episode s16e4? that moment when kyle couldn’t sleep knowing cartman is out there, miserable and probably in danger? so he got up in the middle of the night and went looking for cartman to help him get home and make sure he’s safe and then he even literally tucked him in?
so i was making a parallel and i thought of that one post-covid cartman, broke, unhappy, homeless and pathetic, and kyle who gets home after his meeting with the old friends, and suddenly he can’t sleep, thinking constantly about cartman who had a chance to have a good life but lost it… so he gets up in the middle of the night once again, like in his childhood, and forces cartman to go with him to kyle’s place, making sure he’s safe and warm. he doesn’t know why he did it, but seeing cartman at his worst makes him feel like the things are so… wrong? so his first thought is to help and save and give him hope and…
i want a happy end for them both :(
