So Burgoo is generally whatever meats you got on hand in a stew with spare vegetables usually Lima beans okra carrots etc you get it like stew veggies. My nana likes to add soup bones to hers. I think it gives it more flavors that way and you’ve got to slow cook it. It’s gotta be REAL thick that’s how you know you’ve done it right.

And a Hot Brown is a sandwich without its hat basically. It’s got turkey, bacon (sometimes ham too) tomatoes (if you like them some ppl don’t that’s ok) and a Monray sauce which is like a creamy cheese sauce.
