Rotöl

Vor 2 Wochen bin ich losgelaufen und habe Johanniskrautblüten gesammelt. Wieder zuhause, habe ich sie in ein Glas getan und mit rohköstlichem Sonnenblumenkernöl aufgefüllt, den Deckel nur lose drauf gelegt und auf meine sonnige Fensterbank gestellt.

Man kann auch anderes qualitativ hochwertiges Öl nehmen, in der Regel wird Olivenöl benutzt.

Noch weitere 2 Wochen dann sehe ich es ab und hebe es in einem dunklen Glas kühl auf.

Johanniskrautöl, oder Rotöl wegen der Farbe die sich langsam entwickelt, soll die Wundheilung fördern, bei Sonnenbrand helfen und Ohrenschmerzen. Aber auch profilaktisch in kalten Wintern oder Empfindlichkeit bei Wind, nehme ich mit einer Pipette je 1 Tropfen körperwarmes Rotöl in den Ohrgang getröpfelt, einfach weil es so wohltuend ist.

Das Farbspiel wenn die Sonne drauf scheint, finde ich zum Niederknien schön ☀️
