I've just recently ( Oct 2023 ) entered the magnus archives fantom and everyone has the most severe case of " no the family dog didn't die he went to live on a farm" I've ever seen. Tim is off kayaking with his brother and Peter Lucas. TMA Is an office comedy and Jon and Martin are in a nice Scottish cottage happy with good cows ( and definitely not dead or turned into eldritch monsters) .

Well kids, wether you are getting back into the fandom now, or stayed here the rest of the time like us other weirdos, here is one of the gems I stumbled over while digging through loads of fan fictions to distract myself from the stress and the woe of the world. Not fine together by asleeb It is utterly fluffy and involves a lot of neck kisses. It is rated mature – for mild reasons, though (it's in the tags) – and goes for very soft ace/allo representation. At the same time is written in a way that makes it feel very emotionally grounded and in the moment. The banter is excellent and in my opinion feels very true to both of their characters.

So yeah, if that sounds like your cup of tea, give it a read. I definitely enjoyed lots of it. --------------------------------------------------------

Au where the Mechs are Jon’s uni band-

We all know that cows (coos) LOVE music right? How they flock slowly towards it?

Ok well au where Martin and Jon are in Scotland-safe house era. And the very good cows are too far for Martin to pet. So Jon gets out his harmonica and riffs until the cows come within petting distance.

Martin takes pics of the cow serenade and it becomes a tradition that Jon refuses to let anyone else know about.
