Michael Nesmith and the First National Band playing at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, June 2-7, 1970.

The Troubadour was one of the folk clubs in LA where Michael played prior to being cast on the Monkees, when he was performing both as a solo artist under the name Michael Blessing and with various folk groups, including a group with Bill Chadwick and fellow FNB member John London. In 1965 he worked at the club as the “Hootmaster” of the Monday night Hootenannies, introducing the acts who were performing as well as playing his own set.

Vhagar attacking arrax because he fired on her left eye which was the same eye aemond had been maimed in, and was trying "to protect him" is such a bonkers theory or claim....as if being attacked isn't a reason enough for her to retaliate and kill. She's not looking out for anyone let alone aemond, she's retaliating on a attack.

The importance being attached to aemond here is so funny, and you can tellhow they're wiki readers too.

Aemond was a bad and irresponsible dragon rider, he led his war veteran dragon to a chase that he did not mean to complete in a kill, that's like pointing a gun at someone without intending to shoot.

Arrax in his first ever hostile encounter with a dragon in his short life of 14 years saw a chance to attack and took it.

And vhagar obviously at the anger of being attacked by the prey she was chasing went berserk and killed him.

Know in book eyes of the dragon are the prime target for instant kill so that is why he probably chose that and vhagar cannot be bitten she's too strong; and vhagar, in book illustration goes for arrax's neck which is also very common place for animals to attack each other for a kill

Arrax only attacked after aemond basically pushed both vhagar and arrax to the edge, he was swinging around a weapon he never intended to use, and arrax was attacking before lucerys said no and his flame was already out. And vhagar attacked after aemond repeatedly said no. If anyone lost control it was aemond.

If there's anyone who's a failure as a dragon rider it's the grown rider with his grown dragon not a 14 year old rider who, if jace's lessons were any indication, didn't even start flying till he was a 10 years old and aemond was flying from 10 to 16 or 19 in books

This all rings of a child playing with dangerous weapon, or one child playing since the other was too busy running for his life, and lost control of it

I just realized....

....it was five years ago that I started this account (though I had been lurking Tumblr as far back as 2010-still unsure how to differentiate one blog from another, much less how to activate and make a blog of my own work).

To all the accounts that inspired me.....thank you so much.

To all the genuine blogs that have dropped off or were removed (or as in the case of @danismm​ , sadly passed away), I hope some of your posts continue to thrive and keep your memory fresh with us.

More so, a big spotlight goes to any account that has been able to suffer me for at least a year or more (and all of my kvetching, my subjectively abstract bulldada, my persistent apologetic promotion of the Motorcity, my unabashed horniness, my crackpot predictions, my immature attraction to some anime art and various cartoons and comics, my undying devotion for antiquated institutions-like PBS, FNB, or even places like this, my occasional harping on Reddit, my over-vigilant blocking of sus and spam accounts, my untimely inability to get caught up with every account that appears in my notifications, my prickly distancing, my blustery comments in perpetual continuation, my weird fascination with noise that can barely be considered music, my foul language, my scary gifs....so on and so on)....you guys are the reason for me to keep at this-

Iya, ini hanya foto Bubble Tea biasa, tidak ada yang spesial atau berbeda dari bubble tea yang bisa kamu temui di sudut komplekmu sekarang. Bubble tea yang itu, yang rasanya manis dan menyenangkan lengkap dengan bubble terbuat dari tepung tapioka dan gula merah dengan rasa yang sama menyenangkannya. Bubble tea yang itu, yang kamu sebut dengan boba.

Sembilan tahun lalu, mencari Bubble Tea atau Boba amatlah sulit di kotaku. Hanya ada pada sebuah mall -dimana mallnya sendiri baru 3 buah. Dan harganya lumayan fantastis, sebab kalau kamu memilih untuk beli nasi Padang bisa untuk makan 2 hari. Tapi tentu saja, aku menyukai minuman satu itu. Alasan menyukai minuman satu itu sangat klise dan kekanakan, sebab aku menyukainya karena idolaku menyukainya. Bubble tea itu jadi terasa seribu juta kali lebih enak karena aku membayangkan meminum minuman yang sama dengan apa yang diminum idola kesukaanku itu. Lucu, juga geli mengingatnya. Bagaimana begitu berdedikasikanya aku pada seorang idola hingga aku rela rajin meminum minuman yang juga disukai olehnya -padahal sebenarnya untukku hal itu biasa saja.

Meski mahal, membeli Bubble Tea selalu kuusahakan. Aku menabung, berjualan dan melakukan banyak hal untuk bisa memberi Bubble Tea itu dengan frekuensi yang lebih sering, tujuannya sih biar kerasa lebih dekat dengan sang idola -padahal tidak ada sambungannya.

Pernah suatu hari aku jalan-jalan ke mall bersama temanku dan tidak membeli minuman itu, dia langsung nyeletuk, "tumben gak minum bubble tea?" yang tentu saja membuatku langsung membeli minuman itu padahal sedang berhemat.

Kadangkala saat sakit atau mendapat prestasi, Ibuku akan membelikan Bubble Tea sebagai hadiah. Dan tentu saja aku amat bahagia menerimanya. Ah, sesederhana itu kebahagiaanku. Dan se-spesial itu Bubble Tea waktu itu. Kelangkaannya membuatku gembira tiap kali ada orang lain yang ikut membeli minuman itu, atau aku berhasil membuat saudara dan temanku ikut menikmati Bubble Tea.

Tapi kini, ah kamu bisa menemukannya di sudut mana saja, pada sisi apapun kota ini.
