Rhaenys in Mourning
At the beginning of the end of S1 Rhaenys is in mourning for her two children, Laenor and Laena. While the show has Laenor fake his death and leave Westeros... Rhaenys doesn't know that and blames Rhaenyra. Even years later Rhaenys still wears heavy blacks, and even more pearls. All the pearls. Her crown is much like Rhaenyra's 'everyday' crown but with the strings of pearls. The style of her fashion hasn't changed much but with more fabric and layers.

GRRM basically spelling out how the Greens lost the war & how the Velaryons were never TG:
King Aegon II would soon stand naked before his enemies, all of the king’s men knew. Bloody Ben Blackwood, Kermit Tully, Sabitha Frey, and their brothers-in-victory were preparing to resume their advance upon the city, and only a few days behind them came Lord Cregan Stark and his northmen. The Braavosi fleet carrying the Arryn host had departed Gulltown and was sailing toward the Gullet, where only young Alyn Velaryon stood in its way…and the loyalty of Driftmark could not be relied upon.
“Your Grace”, the Sea Snake said, when the rump of the once proud green council had assembled, “you must surrender. The city cannot endure another sack. Save your people and save yourself. If you abdicate in favor of Prince Aegon, he will allow you to take the black and live out your life with honor on the Wall.”
- Fire & Blood, page 611
The Blacks had full control of the Realm and they obliterated the Green forces.
You are no king when you have no control of your kingdom and no army to defend you. Aegon the Usurper was forced to abdicate, but ended up murdered (just like Aerys II).
I find it incredible how even in death, Rhaenyra Targaryen inspired her forces to fight for her cause, and they won. Yet, no one fought for Alicent or her son in their time of need. On the contrary, their “allies” became turncloaks.

Holy shit there is someone saying jace and luke pranked aemond, and aegon was just a bystander, a 16 year old had nothing to do with it as 5 and 6 year olds master minded the prank
They are saying alicent confronted aegon instead of those kids "because she wanted to likes them so bad"
Let's ignore the fact before she confronts aegon, she's calling jace and lukes savages and menaces to viserys and completely leaving out aegon and his involment.
They're saying she's on aegons ass for no reason, when she after saying aegon had nothing to do with it to viserys tells aegon she k own he was the mastermind and he confesses to it too.
Team green fans are either stupid or willfully blind as to how nefarious that lady is and how she's also a bad mother as she allows her own son to bully her other son, as long as he does not do it in front of those boys. She even calls them his "play things" because youd have to be pretty dumb to think those kids have any influence on aegon and not the other way around.

Rhaena Targaryen
Since the time skip has happened, Rhaena and her twin Baela have grown into older teens/young adults (the show is very vague and inconsistent with the ages of the children characters. It's very funny to see the 24 yr old actors vs 12 year olds and being told they have all aged 6 years). The pink has deepened to a more red variation. The center-belt decoration has moved to the side (raise your hand if you remember Cersei's designs, are the connections between the series recognizable?) with plenty of pearls and teals for House Velyaron. We also have the long sleeves that Laena styled.

TG stans: “Corlys Velaryon betrays Rhaenyra and switches to the Greens.”
How Aegon the Usurper forces Corlys Velaryon to do his bidding:
“Tell your bastard to fight bravely, my lord. If he fails me, if any of these Braavosi pass the Gullet, your precious Lady Baela shall lose some parts as well.”
The Sea Snake did not plead, or curse, or threaten. He nodded stiffly, rose and took his leave.
- Fire & Blood, page 611
Corlys Velaryon, being on the side of the Blacks, while sitting on the Green Council:
Even that was thought to be too gentle a course by Ser Tyland Lannister, who argued for the immediate execution of Prince Aegon the Younger. “The boy will remain a threat so long as he draws breath”, Lannister declared. “Remove his head, and these traitors will be left with neither queen nor king nor prince. The sooner he is dead, the sooner this rebellion will end.” His words, and those of the king, horrified Lord Velaryon. The aged Sea Snake, “thunderous in his wroth”, accused the king and council of being “fools, liars, and oathbreakers,” and stormed from the chamber.
- Fire & Blood, page 605
Conclusion: Corlys Velaryon never betrayed Rhaenyra, not even after her death. He fought for her son’s rightful claim to the throne without any personal interest, and I am sure he was part of the plot to kill the usurper.

I held her once, right then and there, needing to hold something tangible, something alive, so that in death, I wouldn't be so lonely. She struggled to live, I struggled to die, neither of us could win the other. How do I put it? I sought to absorb some smell of life from her, holding onto her tightly, craving her breath, her scent, her restless movements. Behind me was death, so I held her face to face, refusing to let go, afraid to turn away. For if I turned back, I shall turn rigid, cold and rotten.
