SKY

The sky is an unobstructed view upward from the surface of the Earth. It includes the atmosphere and outer space. It may also be considered a place between the ground and outer space, thus distinct from outer space.

In the field of astronomy, the sky is also called the celestial sphere. This is an abstract sphere, concentric to the Earth, on which the Sun, Moon, planets, and stars appear to be drifting. The celestial sphere is conventionally divided into designated areas called constellations.

Usually, the term sky informally refers to a perspective from the Earth's surface; however, the meaning and usage can vary. An observer on the surface of the Earth can see a small part of the sky, which resembles a dome (sometimes called the sky bowl) appearing flatter during the day than at night. In some cases, such as in discussing the weather, the sky refers to only the lower, denser layers of the atmosphere. Source.

Ugh I can’t stop thinking about how tubbo didn’t even stop to slip into the coach/purgatory mentality because he was already there. He had been stuck in purgatory the entire time he’s been back and purgatory 2 just escalated the signs. He didn’t have to stop and think about what to do when dapper was downed, he just did it.

He’s been waiting for this moment the entire time because he knows that someone is going to stab him in the back eventually. He’s been waiting for things to go back to normal and he can feel at home again. He’s been waiting for the world to right itself and fuck him over so he can fill show who he is and get back into the space he needs to without other people being appalled at him.

He never truly came back from purgatory, he just knew how to hide the fact that he isn’t home.

Hey you know how it’s implied throughout the Pokémon franchise that despite there being multiple appearances of different celebi, they’re all supposed to be the same Pokémon who is living thousands of lives in thousands of eras simultaneously? And how celebi are extremely sensitive to temporal distortions and paradoxes, to the point of being able to see them as if they were physical objects in front of them?

I think it’s very nice and polite of the Celebi in Explorers of Sky to keep a lid on all that.

i finished the sumeru archon quest and I have SO many thoughts but for now: watching scaramouche claw his way out of the robot trying to get the gnosis back, to the point of breaking his own puppet strings, begging not to return to how he was before because if he isn’t divinity then he has no worth at all....i am so normal about this character. I promise I am totally normal

#sumeru has the best archon quest hands down. it's not even close #the characters are so much better thought out and balanced against each other #i love nahida. i love alhaitham. i love dottore. i love dehya. even the npc characters feel more fleshed out #and the lore bombs! I Need to know what dottore told nahida about the false sky #the only thing I didn't really like was the gameplay of scara's boss fight tbh. it feels clunky #i wish his fight had been more like raiden's #but the music is good and seeing scara get proper narrative significance is so good #the fact that we should be getting an interlude quest about him makes me so happy #a story quest wouldn't be enough. the fact that his character development is plot relevant bodes well #genshin impact #dottore is such an awesome villain too.
