PARIS SURPRISE

"Kate, I'm back," he calls out, dropping the canvas bags on the table and quickly putting the contents away. It only takes him a minute or two, but when there's still no response, no indication that she's here - or at the very least, heard him - he moves further into the apartment, eyes peeled for her.

He startles when he catches movement out of the corner of his eye, and he turns, his jaw dropping at the sight.

"'bout time," she drawls, leaning against the doorframe to the bedroom, a sheer blue robe tied loosely around her waist. Loose enough that one side falls down her arm...and loose enough that he can tell she isn't wearing anything underneath.

Her fingers toy with the belt as she closes the distance between them, and he backs up as she gets closer, until his legs hit the couch and he goes tumbling to the seat.

She follows, kneeling over him, one knee perched by his hip, the other between his legs, precariously close to a part of him that both of them are very fond of. She lightly tugs the belt, and her robe falls all the way open, baring what seems like miles of smooth skin, still tanned - all over - from their weekend spent in an isolated villa in the Italian countryside.

The robe flutters to the floor, and she drapes her arms over his shoulders, leans forward to nudge his nose with hers. "I've been waiting for you to get back," she murmurs before he surges up, taking her mouth with his.

Before I forget about advertising it, here’s the remix I wrote for @mi6-cafe‘s 2023 Riverhouse Remix, based on Savour by @anyawen! Not exactly the first idea I had for this remix (”where is Alec???” I can hear you inquire behind your screen), but said first idea fell apart... so I had to improvise something quickly before time was up 😅 Far out of my comfort zone, not gonna lie, but still a pretty good stylistic exercice. Hope you enjoyed—or will enjoy—it, hehe.

I’m in Portugal!

Didn’t I said I was going to Italy? Yes! So I have a long connection in Lisbon. Not long enough to meet the city, but long enough to be a bit annoying staying around the airport.

Ate some cod fish cakes (pastel de bacalhau) and cream pastry (nata pastry). And I’m already planning to take home some canned sardines.

The flight was great… and terrible at the same time. No problems happened. But it did was a 9h flight with little to no sleep. I really really need to start sleeping in airplanes. And I still have around 4h to Italy!

You may ask why I didn’t took something to sleep. I took two (fucking 2!) Clonazepan. Does that sound good? No it doesn’t!
