🦹🏻‍♀️ Dreams come true or an unexpected superpower 🦹🏻‍♀️

As this is my fourth year in the fandom, it is perhaps an abuse on my part to use the term "newbie" in the description of my blog. This is my fourth year in the fandom, so I can't help but notice (with a sense of satisfaction) the strength, and perhaps even the superpower, that we have.

What we are writing here a moment later is what we have. And it's so obviously aimed at the fandom that there's no mistaking the interpretation. After all, who else but the fandom would associate a piece of dog's back with a 'flamboyant romance'? Or a piece of a sports shoe with the possibility of an epic sex session under a palm tree? *** *** ***

It would be fair to say that this bit of news from March 2022 was targeted at the general public:

Caitríona was at that time in the dying days of the Belfast publicity frenzy (and on the eve of the Oscars, which she didn't win). So yes, this one-off thing was aimed at a wider audience than just the fandom.

But a piece of dog fur in the background of a post about Cocumber Cowboy? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Who but a propaganda-driven fandom would have guessed that it was about a fiery romance with a very minor maiden?

And let us not forget that he published Cocumber Cowboy the day after Caitríona's father's funeral.

Now we've got athletic footwear to prove rough sex on a sunny island. And as we've been complaining that Sam only gets the chance to get laid when he goes overseas, his muscular new chosen one is from Glasgow. And since we've been bored to tears repeating that a single man wouldn't build a snowman or play with LEGO bricks, his latest female conquest is a single mother. You see: When we want something, we get it. We have superpowers as a fandom.

But for him to agree to play this paranoid game one more time, what do the TPTB have against him, against them?

Another pony club event in the works!! 🥴

We’ve had late notice that one of the teams in the Harris/Pegasus Trophy has pulled out and there’s a spot available for Belfast to come in from the reserves 🙌

Harris Trophy is hosted by the Pegasus Adult Riding Club and is a team event involving four riders who each do two dressage tests (two walk/trot tests, two novice tests, two med tests, and this year they’ve introduced a “Grand Prix” special 😳), a course of show jumps and versatility/cowboy challenge obstacles, and a wine relay where each winning team member wins a bottle of wine 😂🙈

Undecided whether I’m taking Molly or Gem yet, Mols needs some shoes on before I can start with her but being a show pony she’s done plenty of this dressage stuff before!

my fave concert is tk in villa franca di verona in 2012: my first concert alone, plagued by a fussy gps (no phone with internet lol) and rain but i heard their cover of romeo and juliet and heard miss atomic bomb before the album was out

my fave concert is tk in rome in 2013 with my concert bestie: we met on this anime/manga website and bonded over our similar taste in manga and the fact we were in the same place twice before knowing each other, at a comic event in lucca a couple of years prior and that tk concert in 2009. when a dustland fairytale played at some point we just looked at each other and hugged tightly

my fave concert is tk in rome in 2018 with my concert bestie: brandon was so smiley the whole time it was contagious and he was on fire and i made history with my sign telling bb was good enough

my fave concert is tk in milan in 2018: i befriended a stranger who tweeted about me the day before just not to be alone lol and we had a great time and i was in second row for the first time of my life (and brandon's hip swivel in front of my face just changed me as a person), and we sang him happy birthday multiple times and when i popped out my sign to play river live he must have remembered me from the day before and actually took it into consideration for half a minute, chatting with the bassist about it

my fave concert is tk in helsinki in 2018: we were in the nosebleeds but damn it was still amazing and i managed to witness them play i can't stay were everyone sang a line at one point, epic!

my fave concert is tk in belfast in 2019: after one of the worst days of my life with the mess with my flight i was blessed to see brandon in a brand new blue jacket and he fucking played this river is wild (also the first time of the cowboy hat shenanigans but we don't talk about that lol)

my fave concert is tk in vienna in 2022: with lots of sleep deprivation i managed to squeeze a 4th tk date bc i physically NEEDED to see them again live and while they didn't exactly play my fave songs i was stoked to see they included a couple of deep cuts that spiced up the setlist!!
