Hello from Nohoval Cove, Ireland! 🇮🇪😺🏝️
Beware coming here wearing motoboots. See the 3rd picture with the slippery mossy bank? Yeah, your girl almost ate ship 3 times walking down that and in order to get to the wider view of the cove, you have to hop the little stream. I almost left because I didn’t want to slip, fall and get wet.
As I was turning to leave, I stopped and asked myself: Who do I think I am? This is so unlike me to avoid risk to possibly be swept out to the Atlantic Ocean in all my gear. So I turned around, pulled up my big girl pants and hopped the small stream. Whew! Those lunges muscles were clenching. But here we are.
We faced our fears and did it.
