Catboy nonny has a thing:
What are some of the worst ways his tail has betrayed his emotions in the past?
There was only one time that Desmond contemplated cutting his own tail.
Just one single moment.
It had been after a hard mission that they barely got out alive from.
Someone had given them the wrong information that almost cost them their lives.
It had been Desmond’s feline reflexes that saved them from being taken in by Abstergo’s security personnel.
And the fact that Berg and his Sigma team was not nearby had been a godsend.
Desmond had been ready to eviscerate the one to give them bad intel.
Bill had nodded when Shaun and Rebecca explained that their mission had been successful even with the bad intel.
He had been quiet the entire time then he looked at Desmond who was seething in the corner and said…
“Good job, son.”
And Desmond’s tail started to swish from side to side.
Desmond could leave with the embarrassment.
But he was mortified.
Because it was a clear show of how he still longed for his father’s approval.
How pathetic.

I used to be a fan of Yuri on ice!!! but my interest died out.
Guess I'll thank Mappa for awakening my interest, because now I'm going to rewatch it while I cry because there will be no fucking movie.
Fuck you Mappa.

‘Just be silent.’
One story ends in silence when there are no words left to say
The next starts with a few words of affirmation,
‘You can have my back any day.’
It races through the highs and lows
but the words are always there.
So many left unspoken, but yet still known.
In the depths of the soul where hope and love are formed
filling in the spaces
like kintsugi, making the broken more beautiful
climbing toward the light
until
until
‘talk to me’
‘talk to me’
‘talk to me’

Have they met each others family at all? If they did, what was it like?
Antoine: Riley's met my family.
Riley: Yeah. I was staying at his place 'cause I got shot and he was close.
Antoine: It was fine until everyone descended on me because 'family dinner'.
Riley: We would have been fine even then! 'Oh, yeah, that's an old army buddy!' But then.
Antoine: BUT THEN.
Riley: Every so often Gotham news gets out. And we all kinda mind that, y'know? And. Well.
Antoine: FUCKING KNIGHT.
Riley: HE DROVE A TANK THROUGH A WAREHOUSE WALL AND DOWN THE STREET.
Antoine: And it was live. We all saw it. But we weren't expecting it, and I don't...I think we managed to be appropriately shocked. But it was an effort.
Riley: His family's freaking out and we're just back there going, 'wow, total psycho, what is his problem', like we hadn't seen him do worse literally eight months prior.

I'm in awe of how we ran historical revisionism on the civil rights movement so bad that people truly believe it was quiet self-sacrifcial non-disruptive christ-like activism that forced progress and not — like — the incredible economic pressure of boycotts and outbreaks of illegal civil disobedience
Yapping to the choir but eughhh it burns me up girl effective protests have to be loud and inconvenient for change to happen because silent cries die in the dark that's the entire pointtt
