Valentino Suite, Atlantic City, New Jersey, 1985
The Sands operated from 1980 until 2006. In 2007, it was imploded, becoming the first-ever casino-hotel implosion on the East Coast. At the time, there were plans to build a much bigger casino on its spot but as of 2022, the property remains vacant.

Palm pilasters at the Lunt-Fontanne theater in New York. The fronds are gold-painted canvas that’s been stuffed and sewn.
The building is from 1910, by Carrere and Hastings. According to Wikipedia the current interior is from 1958 by Roche and Roche. It’s sort of a mashup of art deco and rococo-revival design.
We were there to see Sweeney Todd. I recommend it if you’re able to go.

Okay I think I have finally found a floor plan layout that matches my mental image of the Goth's house. The tiny victorian they have currently is nice, it's fine, but it hasn't ever felt grand enough to me.
I think that's what I'm going to do tonight... my 4th official try and building their house lmao. (I have had no inspo to actually play lately so I'm hoping this reinvigorates me).
