American Girl Reveals Tamagotchi for 90’s Themed Accessory Park
The American Girl brand from Mattel has just introduced their two latest dolls, Isabel and Nicki who are twins both based in the 1990’s. These two dolls are part of the “historical collection”, may we beg to differ? Is anyone else getting Mary Kate and Ashley vibes from these two dolls? These two dolls encompass the trends of the 90’s and what would that be without a Tamagotchi? As a part of the launch there are also accessory kits, including a Tamagotchi, inflatable sofa, and more.
The “Isabel’s Bedroom Accessories” kit features a translucent blue P1 Tamagotchi Original! This Tamagotchi is not a functioning toy, but rather a toy that is made to scale for 18 inch dolls. It features a keychain as well as a lenticular screen, meaning as you move the device around the animation on the screen will change. This kit costs $50 USD and is already available for purchase on the American Girls website.
We think this is just such a cute collaboration! There’s also significance between the collaboration of two major American toy companies, Bandai and Mattel. If you’ve got American Girl dolls and you want them to get the true 90’s experience, you’ll definitely want to purchase Isabel’s Bedroom Accessories kit and get your hands on that miniature Tamagotchi P1!

I desperately need to share this, and I can’t put it on Instagram (my usual platform for AG stuff) because the godchild I made this for follows me there - so Tumblr gets this instead. I made the gown and regalia for the child’s graduation next week, and I’m just so happy to finally have this project complete!

One of the “downsides” of my recent decluttering spree is that I find myself constantly looking at other people’s listings as well.
There was a local listing for Cécile from Girls of Many Lands, and since she’s small I decided that I have the space for her. Overall in great shape with just the slightest amount of wear.
The funny thing is that I just gave all my GOML books to a coworker whose daughter is the perfect age to enjoy them.

Everyone wish my baby Zoe a happy birthday! Her birthday was on October 4th. This dress features a knit bodice, cowl collar and circle skirt. The bodice is made out of a velvety knit and the skirt is made using a satin fabric. The dress opens and closes in the back with an invisible zipper. It may be a slightly snug fit, the stretch in the fabric allows it to fit the doll as seen in photos.
