Also fun story my breaking point was partly getting super drunk at like 2 pm and going to my scheduled therapy appointment, which I can't remember much of, and when I slept off most of it and was so er I got super high. This was on a Friday and my therapist had put me 9n heavy tranquilizers and I was only lucid again like Tuesday or Wednesday after.

Like I can remember 10 seconds of the appointment and only some of the drive there. None of the drive home.
