Adam failed as a prophet by failing to tell his wife what she needed to pursue holiness (Genesis 3:17).
Adam failed as a priest because he disqualified himself from tending the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:24). The word עבד used in Genesis 2:5, 15 to describe Adam tending the Garden is used through the rest of the Old Testament to describe priestly duties.
Adam failed as a king because by failing to subdue the serpent, over whom he had been given dominion (Genesis 1:28). This word for dominion רדה is used of kings in 1 Kings 4:24, and of other political leaders elsewhere.
Jesus is a prophet (Acts 3:22-23, 7:51-53). He satisfied the qualifications for this office during His earthly ministry (Matthew 10:40-41, 13:57, Mark 6:4, Luke 4:24, 13:33, John 4:19). He succeeded where Adam failed by telling His wife, who is the church, all she needs to pursue holiness (Ephesians 5:23, 2 Corinthians 11:1-2, Matthew 28:19-20).
Jesus is a priest (Hebrews 5:5-6, 7:11-17, 21, 24, 10:19-21, 1 Peter 2:4-5). If one understands the Epistle to the Hebrews in conjunction with Psalm 110:1-4, Acts 2:34-35, and Matthew 26:64, one necessarily comes to the conclusion that He satisfied the qualifications for this office no later than Pentecost. He succeeded where Adam failed by tending to the church, which is His temple (2 Corinthians 6:16).
Jesus is a king (Acts 5:31, 17:6-7, 1 Corinthians 15:25, Colossians 1:9-17, Titus 6:13-16, 2 Peter 1:11, Revelation 1:5, 2:10, 11:15, 19:15). He satisfied the qualifications for this office at His birth (Matthew 2:2, Luke 1:32-33), and He is stated to be a king elsewhere during His earthly ministry (Matthew 21:5, 28:18, Luke 1:33, John 1:49, 12:14-15, 18:33-37). He succeeded where Adam failed because the serpent is now powerless, weak, and left plotting in vain (Hebrews 2:14-15, Revelation 12:9, 17-16).
This is why Paul calls Jesus the "last Adam" (1 Corinthians 15:45-47).
Futurism detracts from the prophethood of Jesus. By denying the Olivet Discourse has been fulfilled, opponents of Christ can point to the His most important prophecy unrelated to His resurrection as false. Bertrand Russel did exactly that, focusing on Matthew 24:34. He was not mistaken. The use of "this generation" here doubtless corresponds with the same phrase used in Matthew 11:16, 23:13-39, Mark 8:12, Luke 7:31-32, 11:29, 50-51, 17:25.
Premillennialism detracts from the priesthood of Jesus. He, being permanently in the Melchizedek priesthood, will be enthroned at the right hand of the Father until his enemies are vanquished (Psalm 110:1-4). His last enemy is death (1 Corinthians 5:25-26). If one insists that death will continue for 1000 years or more after Second Coming, one necessarily insists that Jesus' priesthood will be suspended without Biblical precedent.
Premillennialism detracts from the kingship of Jesus. He is the subject of Psalm 2, according to Acts 4:25-28 and Revelation 19:15. Jesus as king has been given the nations, in accordance with Psalm 2:8 and Matthew 28:18, so Satan cannot rule while Jesus rules with a rod of iron in Psalm 2:9. The kingship of Christ is the prerequisite for the Great Commission. "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit," so anyone who believes Satan rules this world and still evangelizes is disobeying the Great Commission.
To believe that Christ is the last Adam, to believe that He has succeeded in every office where Adam failed, to believe an inextricable link between the offices, and to tell others about Him requires that He made accurate predictions of the future which have come to past, that He will serve as priest until death is no more, and that He rules this world we live in right now. I affirm this with every fiber of my being. Do you?

DISCERNING GOD’S VOICE VERUS YOUR VOICE (EMOTIONS)

“to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.”
I Corinthians 12:10 NKJV
Defination of Discernment is that which is true and factual revealed by the Holy Spirt and if its not by the Holy Spirit it can be by divination , cultures , logic and knoweldge by men.
Discernment is by the Holy Spirit , God speaks to us through the still voice of the Spirit of God after we recieve Jesus as our personal Lord and Saviour (1 Corithians 6:19)
We are guided by the still voice; it is to guide us, align and manifest himself through us.
When God speaks to us, He reveals to us his thoughts towards us (Jeremiah 29:11)
His thoughts reveal His plans that operates as a machine, so that we manifest his will and patterns. Genesis (1:26)
GOD’S VOICE DOESN'T CONTRADICT HIS WORD
(John 17:17) His words never turn out void , they are true . Your Voice serves you , Gods voice serves him (Gal 5:15-18)
If you operate through your flesh, you are manifesting carnality and if your are operating from the spirit you release the spirtual alignments of God.
EMOTIONS ARE NOT BAD THEY ARE USED AS AN INSIGHT TO SHOW US WHERE WE ARE WITH GOD TO RECIEVE HEALING , ALIGNMENT AS WE PRAY AND HEAR FROM GOD
Biblically we can't be lead by emotions.
Word Human means species , humans are created by GodThe word human means species - a species of people. As human beings we were made in the image of God according to Genesis 1:26-28. Therefore, saying we are human does not give us a pass to sin. As being human means, I am God like - like my father God who does not sin, so I am created with the potential, reality, ability, capability to resist sin.
Walking in the spirit means you acknoweledge that your created by God in His image , we have the ability and capacity to walk out of sin and emotions because we are like God .
Your body guards your organs, your soul is where your emotions , will , heart operates , then the spirit is who we are, when we accept Jesus Christ; the Helper , Comforter , Teacher comes in our spirits that aligns us to all truth and purity in God.
We need to understand the Godhead (The Father , Son and the Spirit)
When we open doors our souls, can be inflicated, we always need the Holy Spirit to fill us so that we don’t get contaminated .
If we don’t allow the Spirit of God lead us , meanimg the body (flesh) emotions will lead us.
When Jesus came, he walked in the body, soul and spirit and he showed us its possible to prevail by the spirit (John 5:19)
He died and took the power of sin from the Adamic nature.
(3 John 3:1-2 ) Our souls prosper spiritually when we are yeilded to the spirit of God
Your mind needs to be renewed (Romans12:2) to the word of God , needs to be in Christ Jesus
It has to be guarded (1st Peter 2:13) .
Your will needs to be submitted to Jesus Christ , guided by him , aligned to His plans.

Emotions needs to be guided by the spirit of God because naturally our emotions are wicked.
We can't trust them because they don't define truth , they have to be set on the things above , they require a pure heart
(Proverbs 4:23 , Luke 6:24 , Jeremiah 17:19 , Colossians 3:2, Hebrews 4:12 , Psalms 51:10 , Zec 36:26 )
The flesh it needs to understand it can't please God, it has to be submitted to the Holy Spirit, crucified it until it dies , It can't glory in the presence of God

Because we are spirits there is a Knowing in our conciousness about God‘s will and character. This is one way we hear God and know Him.
We all clearly know God, men have no excuse that there is no God , we all know about God but we use our will to reject him. This is how people walk in morals yet they are not born-again because God is in them
Lets not confuse this KNOWER as intuition and DEJAVU

We need to submit our emotions, will, souls, flesh to the spirit of God
(Romans 1:22-26 God gave them off to the desires of their flesh, which was corrupted)
Many of us regard this scripture relating to homosexuality but this is every sin that takes the place of God in our lives.
Proverbs 19:21 If your mind can be perverted, you will sway away from God’s will and ways .
LETS BE OPEN TO GOD TO ASK HIM IF IT'S HIM SPEAKING OR HIM
LETTING US HEAL FROM THE HEART SO THAT WE DON'T MAKE DECISIONS FROM BROKENESS;
BE CAREFUL HOW YOU RELEASE YOUR WORDS;
EXAMINE IT, PRAY INTO IT AND CONFIRM THAT IT'S FROM GOD (OR MENTORS) SEARCH OUT THE POSTURE OF YOUR HEART AND SOUL.
Be careful when your are seeking for confirmations. The enemy can defile that place , your emotions too can because that's your desire, or the angles that come in form of light .
As your seeking for these signs take them back to God or His word (check your heart, will, soul posture )

ARE YOU ANXIOUS AFTER RECIEVING THE WORD OR ARE YOU AT PEACE? HAVE YOU EXALTED IT ABOVE GOD?
If you find yourself in this place submit to be restored to hear from God to get back to the place of peace , If its from God he will guide you through it with peace.
Being anxious means your are walking in your ability (Psalms 103:1-5, Proverbs 23:7)
PARTIAL HEALING CAN CREATE A PARTIAL TRUTH (GOD REQUIRES WE WALK IN FULL TRUTH NOT PARTIAL )
Just because a word sounds nice doesn't mean it's from God. God is not an author of confusion, double minded, or mental instability.
There is always balance in what God says however urgent it is, there still remains his protection , nature , character , wholeness, covering , restoration and reconciliation.
IF A WORD GIVEN TO YOU HAS BECOME AN OBESSION IT HAS BECOME AN IDOL WATCH OUT

4. Luke
These books teach you about who Jesus is and the works that he has done (physically present on Earth).
Then you're going to read in this order:
5. Genesis

7. Leviticus
8. Numbers
9. Deuteronomy
These books will teach you about the fall of man, God's chosen people the Israelites and the law (all sins).
Then you're going to move over to the New Testament once more and read from this order:
10. Romans
11. Galatians
12. Colossians
These books are basically an extended teach about the law, about Jesus' sacrifices, and what it means to us and a few tips about how to be a Christian and how to walk with the Holy Spirit.
Then read:
13. Proverbs
14. Ecclesiastes (talks about the meaning of life)
This is sort of a break from reading but it will be filled with Godly wisdom.
Then you're going to read:

16. 1 Peter
This will teach you about things that will happen to you as a Christian, and that you should not follow God for your own self ambition (selfishness).

My sister, I encourage you to read this out loud and it will bless you and bring you into focus today.
I am who God says I am.
Who does God say I am? I am a daughter of the King and He is my heavenly Father. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am saved and called with a holy calling, not according to anything I’ve done or haven’t done, but according to God’s own purpose and grace which He gave me in Christ Jesus before the world began. I am God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works which He planned beforehand that I will walk in. I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood and a holy nation. I am redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. I am bought with a great price. I am accepted into the family of my Father. I am loved unconditionally by Him. I am covered with the favor of God as with a shield. I am in the palm of His hands and no one can pluck me out. I am His, and He is mine. Who I am in Christ doesn’t change with how I feel. Who I am in Him doesn’t change with outward circumstances. I am who God says I am.
I have what God says I have.
What does God say I have? I have a covenant relationship with God through Jesus. I have peace with God through Jesus. I have access to God by the blood of Jesus. I have spiritual power and authority given to me by God. I have the mind of Christ. I have the Holy Spirit (my Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby) dwelling with me and living in me. I have both natural and spiritual gifts given to me by God. I have the love of God shed abroad on my heart by the Holy Spirit given to me. I have the truth of God’s Word in my heart. I have my name written in the Lamb’s book of Life. I have a promise from God that He will never leave me or abandon me. I have the entire heavenly host guarding me and strengthening me. I have a purpose. I have a bright future in Christ. What I have in Him doesn’t change with how I feel. What I have in Him doesn’t change with outward circumstances. I have what God says I have.
I can do what God says I can do.
What does God’s Word say I can do? I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. I can go boldly to the throne of grace 24/7 and obtain mercy and find grace to help me in my time of need. I can do the works of Jesus, even greater works, because He went to the Father. I can share with others my testimony of how God saved me and is transforming my life. I can lay hands on the sick and they will recover. I can be still and know that He is God. I can call things that be not as though they are. I can hear the voice of God. I can receive wisdom and instruction from His Word. With His help, I can run through a troop. With His help, I can leap over a wall. I can guard my heart and set healthy boundaries. I can trust Him to take care of me. What I can do in Him doesn’t change with how I feel. What I can do in Him doesn’t change with outward circumstances. I can do what God says I can do.

KNOWING YOUR BIBLE
jULY 24, 2022: Dear Friends: We are continuing our study on how to learn to use and study the Bible. Our series on learning the Bible started on April 24 and has progressed weekly through today. The purpose of this blog is to help in learning and understanding the structure and organization of the Bible books so that, through reading and studying the Bible, one can acquire the knowledge and wisdom of God as written throughout the Bible.
Returning to the April 24 blog by going to the website, Keegan Books.com, one can begin to understand and learn the Bible. Advance forward from blog to blog, beginning with the April 24th blog, reading and studying each blog to help in learning and knowing the Bible. Some of the blogs might have to be read more than once, even all the blogs might need to be read over and over until one begins to understand and comprehend the teachings on how to learn and know the Bible.
Once one has begun to understand the Bible, there is no stopping in learning and knowing the Bible. Even after years of reading and studying the Bible, in an instant of a second during Bible reading, more of God’s knowledge and wisdom can be grasped and internalized, causing a feeling of joy and surprise to occur in the inner recesses of the mind.
Some ideas may help in learning the Bible: (1.) Consistent Bible reading, daily or 2 to 3 times a week, is necessary in learning and understanding the Bible. (2.) Each person should have their own Bible to read and study. There are several versions of the Bible. (The New Revised Standard (NRS) Version of the Bible is used in this blog.) Asking for guidance from a minister, a family member familiar with the different versions or another church member that one may be acquainted with, can be helpful when choosing a Bible to purchase. (3.) Underlining or highlighting meaningful verses can be helpful when one might want to return to the verse or verses to read and contemplate on the meaning of what is being read. (4.) Realizing early on in Bible study the importance of learning the names and locations of the books of the Bible and learning how to search for and find specific Bible verses. Return to the blogs written May 1, May 8 and May 15, to help in learning the names and locations of the Bible books and how to search for and find specific Bible verses. (5.) Finding a quiet place, preferably being alone, when reading and studying the Bible will enhance concentration on Bible study that will influence learning of the Bible..
The focus of this blog is on continuing our study of how the Bible books are related or connected to each other. Discussion in the past few blogs has focused on how different geographic sites help relate the books of the Bible together and how different words and ideas that transverse through the Bible help bring together the words and ideas that God is trying to teach to us through his Holy Word, the Holy Bible. The LORD's Victory over the Nations
1 “Who is this coming from the city of Bozrah in Edom? Who is this so splendidly dressed in red, marching along+ in power and strength?”
It is the LORD, powerful to save, coming to announce his victory.
2 “Why is his clothing so red, like that of someone who tramples grapes to make wine?”
3 The LORD answers, “I have trampled the nations like grapes, and no one came to help me. I trampled them in my anger, and their blood has stained all my clothing. 4 I decided that the time to save my people had come; it was time to punish their enemies. 5 I was amazed when I looked and saw that there was no one to help me. But my anger made me strong, and I won the victory myself. 6 In my anger I trampled whole nations and shattered them. I poured out their lifeblood on the ground.”
The LORD's Goodness to Israel
7 I will tell of the LORD's unfailing love;
I praise him for all he has done for us.
He has richly blessed the people of Israel
because of his mercy and constant love.
8 The LORD said, “They are my people; they will not deceive me.” And so he saved them 9 from all their suffering. It was not an angel, but the LORD himself who saved them. In his love and compassion he rescued them. He had always taken care of them in the past, 10 but they rebelled against him and made his holy spirit sad. So the LORD became their enemy and fought against them.
11 But then they+ remembered the past, the days of Moses, the servant of the LORD, and they asked, “Where now is the LORD, who saved the leaders of his people from the sea? Where is the LORD, who gave his spirit to Moses? 12-13 Where is the LORD, who by his power did great things through Moses, dividing the waters of the sea and leading his people through the deep water, to win everlasting fame for himself?”
Led by the LORD, they were as sure-footed as wild horses, and never stumbled. 14 As cattle are led into a fertile valley, so the LORD gave his people rest. He led his people and brought honor to his name.

15 LORD, look upon us from heaven, where you live in your holiness and glory. Where is your great concern for us? Where is your power? Where are your love and compassion? Do not ignore us. 16 You are our father. Our ancestors Abraham and Jacob do not acknowledge us, but you, LORD, are our father, the one who has always rescued us. 17 Why do you let us stray from your ways? Why do you make us so stubborn that we turn away from you? Come back, for the sake of those who serve you, for the sake of the people who have always been yours.
