#1: maybe it’s because i’m just a raging feminist but i HATE when men use "bitch" to just complain about literally anything. that word is inherently sexist. i hate it. and dean uses it at least once every episode.

Plot Synopsis:

After learning that the soul of Adolf Hitler has been trapped in a 1930's gold pocket watch, Dean and Sam must act quickly to prevent a group of Nazi necromancers from resurrecting the Führer.

Features:

The Thule society, Nazi necromancers, Hitler’s soul, Dean kills Hitler.

My Thoughts:

To be honest y’all, I was in a car for like 14 hours today and I really didn’t wanna watch Supernatural after that so this is gonna be a short one.

This is an extremely mediocre episode. If anyone can explain why Meredith Glynn made Hitler Like That, I would love to hear it. I kept waiting the entire last arc for it to be revealed that it wasn’t actually Hitler’s soul, but nah.

The quality of the episode also takes a pretty significant drop in the back half, I literally felt my attention leak out of my skull the longer it lasted. Only upside was that the actress playing Ellie was decent and they didn’t give the Nazi kid a whole redemption arc, which I was honestly expecting.

I missed Cas and Aaron should have been in the episode way more.

Best part of the episode was when Dean’s gun got knocked out of his hands and @weedsinavacantlot said “we gotta get Dean a wii-mote wrist strap for his gun”.

“Well, family drama's a bitch, ain't it?

“Do you know what it was like to have a Nazi necromancer for a father? It sucked.”

“Dude...You killed Hitler.”
