LUZ NOCEDA (note i havent watched season 2)

First impression: oh my god she's super weird and relatable and i love her

Impression now: she is a lovable dork who cares a lot about her blood family and her found family and i can appreciate that

Favorite moment: the moment she started learning spells... defying all expectations that told her she couldnt be a witch. breaking all norms by becoming part of multiple tracks. she's so excited about learning and it's honestly inspiring

Idea for a story: all of luz's boiling isle friends in the human world, trying to fit in... it would be funny for them to try to learn how things work XD

Unpopular opinion: uhhh??? im not sure what opinions are going around these days, i havent kept up with the fandom

Favorite relationship: Luz and King and Eda, the unlikely trio who have grown to be one of the best found families. gosh.... they

Favorite headcanon: nonbinary/demi-girl/catgender luz. luz would use neopronouns too

REGGIE ABBOTT

First impression: I RELATE TO HER SO MUCH

Impression now: god.... she's so??? immature???? and this is an excellent character flaw. like. she's childish, and that's a good, fun trait. but there's also like. the lack of proper communication and stuff that i very much wish could have been explored if we got a season 2.

Favorite moment: uhhh i dont remember much tbh, i just remember her just. chucking things. that was fun. EDIT: Actually i think it's the beginning of how she got to endless, with the key and everything. very relatable

Idea for a story: i suppose a continuation? where they get trapped on endless for a while, and at first she thinks its fine but thinks get weirder and weirder in a bad way and it's all a reflection of her mind and she has to learn to manage her emotions to eventually be able to go back home. and like? i dont think she'll just. stop going to endless or anything. i think she can learn about the balance of her imagination and reality.

Unpopular opinion: i think 12f was a good show, if it wasnt for the circumstances of it's creation. it just sucks that things happened the way they did and the show left a bad taste in my mouthb(idk if this is unpopular actually)

Favorite relationship: i think reggie and todd were pretty good friends. todd was pretty great at calling her out on her bullshit lmao

Favorite headcanon: the butt witch is presentation of what reggie doesnt want to look like bc she's nonbinary and she's scared of being gendered.

I’m being risky here with asking this because i’m a mobile user only so i cant see your FAQ but why did you stop posting about the buttwitch and 12 forever like your one fullgrown blog is gone did you just lose interest? sorry if this is also a rude question to ask.

not rude, don’t worry! i don’t have it on my faq. i want to be completely transparent about this so that people are aware of what the deal is with 12f. so sorry it’s a little lengthy.

the creator of twelve forever had older creepy pedophilic-stalker posts brought to light around the time the 12f hype was going on, and i didn’t want to seem as though i was supporting her. she also has a bad track record with working on other cartoons, such as a transphobic episode of the powerpuff girls reboot. she was also removed early in 12f’s production. i remember hearing that others working on it were behind some gross cartoon productions as well.

as well, some people, especially trans women, are uncomfortable with the buttwitch as they find her a transphobic character. i have no position to speak on this, but it is everyone’s right to avoid this character if they dislike her! the executive producer who took over 12f from vickerman after her removal was Shadi Petosky, a trans woman. i, personally, can only assume it was in good hands. i see the buttwitch as a really interesting, inspiring character, only ‘masculine’ for her voice [matt berry] which was never made as the running gag. she is a twelve year old girl’s interpretation of the horrors of growing up, hence her evil, deep voice and body type. those who hate her hate her for her evil, and the one (1) who loves her loves her so wholesomely. it is never, ever made as a gag. beside how goofy she looks from behind with her mom hips and butt(witch), her femininty is not played as a joke. i think it’s wonderful that there is another woman character with a masculine voice, and i hope we can get male characters with femninine voices. as an androgynous person the voice trope not changing a character has always made me very happy.

but again, that is my view that is not to be held above others’! you can avoid this character. you can avoid this show. you can blacklist, you can unfollow me.

however i’m not really a fan of the entirety of twelve forever to begin with. it was not perfect, and i was not a fan of the kids’ plot. i’ve been attached to the buttwitch [i call her ‘full grown’] and big deal since then. they are big comfort characters for me and i just haven’t been posting about them to avoid making other’s uncomfortable. this art spam i’ve been posting is mostly just after all of that started going down, a few recent.

i really like these two and the concept of full grown as being this child’s nightmare, and i would expand upon her as a sort of oc and do it right if i could! sadly they are from bad roots, and i didn’t / don’t want people to think poorly of me for posting & drawing them. i hope you can understand.
