Just a little idea about dottore and fragile reader (i know this wont ever happen but its fun to imagine because i like angst 😭)

What if one of his experiments to cure you failed? An impact causing you to lose the appearance you once had leaving you sacred and marked full of injuries... Leading to even more restless nights about belittling yourself alone and with dottore, that'll you'll never fully return to who you were physically and mentally..

Dottore's experiments on you were always done with the intent to help you, to cure you, to alleviate the pain from your symptoms (very different from the norm.) Sometimes they worked, sometimes they did nothing, sometimes they had the opposite effect. But your doctor was always able to work through whatever happened. And though it was a lot to deal with, you pushed through it, because he was still trying too. Until this particular instance. Dottore still doesn't exactly know what happened, but the effect on your body was far worse than even he could have ever predicted. Drastic measures had to be taken to return you to a semi-stable state.

When you wake up and look at yourself for the first time in the mirror, you can hardly recognize yourself. You were never that confident in your appearance, but now, with all the scars along your body, you can hardly see yourself in a positive light anymore. You don't want to look at yourself, much less let Dottore and the segments look at you. You don't want them to look at you, before they realize how unsightly you are. They try to reach out to you, wrap their arms around you, and nuzzle their face into the crook of your neck like before, but you quickly dismiss them and slip away from their touch, no longer able to bear it. When he catches you crying about it, he can't even hold you, because the feeling of him touching you makes you upset. Because how can he still love you or your body, when you can't even bear the sight of it?

You hate yourself even more now, and Dottore despises that he's the reason why.

Itachi before and after his battle with Sasuke.

What breaks my heart here is how completely changed he looks from the beginning to the end. He's very much composed, keeping up his 'evil' façade in front of Sasuke before the battle. But as soon as he's closer to his death, he drops the mask. And with it he lets go of his composure, too. It's like, the rain has also washed away all his apprehension, maybe it's the death that did, and he can finally be himself.

You can clearly see all his vulnerability and physical weakness, and he resembles a child here (too much weight loss, I guess). He looks like someone who is free from all the burdens and pains, and while he was living, all of it was physically draining for him. As though the prolonged pain had changed his physical appearance too. Like, he couldn’t ever express himself until here. And imo, this is the real him. Broken and vulnerable and someone who probably never grew up past the age of 13.

Do you think it could be some kind of conflict with livenation? That seems to be the only common denominator across all Asian dates.

Lol no. They’re the promoters who organize the whole tour, they’re the same as Ticketmaster basically.

If they canceled the whole Asian leg and some US dates are in jeopardy of being canceled too, it’s because of low sales.

For Asia, he might have had some dates sold out, or close to. However, we don’t actually know if the shows were truly sold out. Ticketmaster/Livenation don’t put out 100% of tickets at once. So it may look like it only has for example 30 tickets left, but really it could have WAY more that they’re holding back to artificially inflate sales and pressure more people to buy. Then they drop some “last minute” tickets as if they just found them in the bottom of the box, when in reality it’s a sales tactic.

So even if 3 out of 7 were sold out, it’s not financially worth it to go because the tour leg itself is quite small, and even canceling just the shows that didn’t sell wouldn’t help, because going all the way to Asia just for 3 shows would lose them too much money. So the only thing to do would be cancel the whole leg and take that financial hit, and hope insurance covers most of it.

It was too late to downsize the venues and secure those dates so last minute so they didn’t have a choice.

For the US, if the rumors are true, they can potentially only cancel a few dates but tour the rest because the tour is much bigger, so it would still be financially wise to do it. Also, the US touring market generates A LOT more revenue than other countries, so hopefully the numbers are still good enough to make the tour happen here.

For Asia, hopefully they can reschedule for the end of tour at smaller venues, fingers crossed, tho I’m not sure.

The sad truth is that money determines these things. So I’m sure Louis is just as frustrated, sad, heartbroken and angry that he can’t tour Asia, and might have to cancel more of the US leg. Touring is his favorite thing to do, he must be so fucking sad.
