Hazbin Hotel- Past and Present- part 2

”Samuel hold his shoulders! Michael help me splint his wings!”

Burning pain crashed through him as he screamed out hearing bone being popped back into place before he completely blacked out.

Blue eyes looked over the slumbering figure in the simple bed. Pale white skin that was marred with scars both old and new grey crept along the arms from the elbow down to the slumbering one’s clawed hands that were cross-crossed with thin red scars, six red and white wings were gently tucked under them with soft silk keeping the wings folded while the bones healed similar to an injured bird’s wings. Bandages had been tightly wrapped around the slumbering one’s stomach from where a large and deep burn had been, the white bandages tainted with angelic blood from the most odd-looking angel he had ever seen. Blue eyes trailed to the blond hair and the bright red circles on their face that looked just like his own if only on someone much older. He could feel the age that came from the being before him even with their somewhat youthful looks. Blue eyes closed while hands rubbed at his face. “Father’s name this is confusing.” they muttered as another cam einot the room.

“Has he woken yet Samuel?” a voice spoke from the doorway with a simple white cloth acting as a door.

Blue eyes looked up towards their twin with golden eyes and gold cheek dots while his hair was a more messy dark gold. “Not yet Michael. The burn on his side has almost healed though. Who could have hurt him this badly to leave scars on an angel?” Samuel questioned his twin. When he had first seen the cocoon of slightly off white feathers falling from the sky from some sort of crack that closed with a boom behind it left him utterly baffled. “Have you gotten a chance to speak with Father yet?”

“He’ll be here in less then an hour to see what's going on. This is something not even he has seen before.” Michael replied.

A hand twitched followed by a low groan as the slumbering angel finally woke blinking open bright veridian red eyes floating in golden sclera. The eyes looked at the two brothers before the being sat up rater fast with a very long string of angelic curses flowing from his lips.

I hate when I have a mutual who followed me never interacts with me despite me sending an ask they then say oh well I can't get to it I go okay. And I legit wait while they are shitposting and rping with other people. If you didn't want to rp with me TELL ME. Don't string me along otherwise I'll just blacklist your name so I don't see your name on my dash anymore. I even sent a dm politely asking for you to delete the ask because I wasn't feeling it anymore, got no reply same with asking if they had a plot idea for our muses. Just crickets I am just tempted to soft block or just unfollow at this point because I don't want to send shit only for it never to be answered. Do people get a kick out of making certain muns wait for a reply only for it to never happen?

5. What are your thoughts on the current roleplay trends on here right now? I don´t pay attention to trends at all. Some time back, I tried to, when I wanted to get more traction for a fandom specific blog. But the harder I tried (I´m mostly speaking aesthetics here), the more followers came but I also felt like the more I strayed from my character’s essence and eventually, I became unhappier. Now I just do my thing within my own visions of what´s aesthetic or doable or desirable.

10. Are there any fandom(s) you avoid roleplaying in? I do have verses for many fandoms, but I´m mostly playing fandomless for my own comfort. I have dipped my feet in a couple and since I´m a relatively open person who just approaches and not waits for others to do that, I never had a problem with getting interactions. I can see how some fandoms don´t make I easy for newer people but I´m going so far as to say I had equally good and bad experiences in all fandoms as well as fandomless. It really depends on the person you´re encountering, at least in my experience.

16. What do you expect from others when they want to roleplay? Ha. How do I word this without sounding like a cranky b*tch? Communication, first and foremost. You wanna do the thing? Let´s talk and let´s make it happen. But help me come up with stuff and not let me carry everything by myself. You don´t wanna do the thing anymore? Cool too. Just tell me and don´t string me along. You wanna change anything? Do a 180? Try something new, or drop things? All good, just tell me. I can´t read minds. I´ll prefer a maybe uncomfortable conversation over being ghosted 10 times out of 10. Anyway, as mean as that all sounds, I´m not just talking about negative conversations here. I´m all for chatting and plotting and getting excited over our muses together. That´s the best thing. Other than that? Try to give me something to work with in your replies. I´m very lucky in that department though. I have wonderful and super creative partners. In return when someone approaches me to rp, I want to read about an interesting muse and see that our rules/views on writing are compatible. The writing styles should mesh. I take a good hard look at every blog before following. It´s many little things that factor in the ultimate decision. I rambled didn´t I?

23. What’s the one thing you dislike about the roleplaying community on Tumblr? Ghosting has become the solution to everything. People are so scared of talking things out so they take the easiest way out, when both parties, and the community as a whole, could benefit so much from constructive conversations.

29. Which fandom(s) do you wanna roleplay in/crossover with but you’re too afraid to approach? Hmmmm I´m actually never afraid to approach, but I´m also realistic. I know a hugely popular canon blog with several thousand followers and a million threads isn´t very likely to follow, let alone write with me and my little menagerie of OCs. However, if I see someone I think are worth a shot, I´ll go for it. Currently I´m thinking about looking for Mayans MC blogs because I´m watching the show. Or Sons of Anarchy because I´m rewatching that one too. We´ll see. Other than that, none come to mind.

But before you message me, please kindly read the following notes about me and what I'm looking for. Even if you don't meet all the criteria, I'm more than willing to give you a chance! OC Character - Kayden Park

Kayden was overjoyed. He hadn’t thought tulips would grow at this time of the year, but entering the garden he found a wide variety of them, pristine and in full bloom. They were the one flower that Kayden had really hoped would grow because after he read what their meanings were, he knew almost instantly who he wanted to give them to.

Specifically the red tulips.

Some might say he falls too easily and others might say he loves too hard. But in reality, Kayden couldn’t control who he was or how he felt about people. When he found someone he liked, he became attached to them, trying to be as close as possible while nurturing their growing relationship - whatever it might be. Even if that person got on his nerves all the time, or they ended up doing things that very honestly scared him, ending a relationship just wasn’t in Kayden’s vocabulary.

Red tulips symbolize true love, or a soulmate. Kayden had a specific person in mind and while he wouldn’t say it was true love - hell Atreyu could barely stand him in a good - he did think the other was his soulmate. Despite their ups and downs and the multitude of times he was locked out of the dorm and left to fend for himself for the night, Kayden knew that what he had with Atreyu was special - indescribable even.

And while he couldn’t find the words, he knew the flowers would do the best job. So after carefully plucking five of the tulips, he handed back inside and to his room where he had left his roommate. Atreyu had been in one of his moods again, refusing to speak to Kayden, so hopefully the flowers would double as something to cheer him up.

“Atreyu~!” he sang happily as he opened the door, hoping he hadn’t disturbed the other but knowing he probably did. He braced himself to be hit with a pillow or something, even a “go away” in his harsh and icy tone. But when he got no greeting in return, Kayden took a moment to actually look around the room.

It was empty.

And not just in a way that said Atreyu left to go mope somewhere. It was truly empty. The smile on his face slowly fell as he stepped into the room. His bed was made, but it lacked a lived-in feel - as if a maid had come in and just fixed the bed to make it look presentable. The nightstand next to the bed was barren, everything Atreyu had kept there gone.

Kayden didn’t want to jump to conclusions but his mind was already racing. He crossed the space quickly and yanked open the drawers. Barren. Turning, he moved to the closet next and opened it. Nothing. Everything that had belonged to Atreyu was gone.

He was gone.

As Kayden stood there, reality slowly came crashing down as he realized he was alone. No note. No text. No goodbye. He clenched the tulips tightly in his hand before releasing them and letting them drop to the floor.

Stupid.

He had been so stupid and this is what he got.

Silently, Kayden walked over to his bed and sat down on it gingerly, eyes staring blankly ahead.

Alone.

No matter what he did, he was always going to be alone.

ABO AU - Chan, Jisung, Seungmin, Changbin

Jisung laughed and nodded, pulling back some from the other. “Tonight…supposedly.” He said and shrugged. “But my body has been weird lately, so it may hold off another day. I hope it does cause I wanna be able to spend time with you. It’s been so long.”

Jisung had honestly missed the omega. He hadn’t seen Hyunjin since the night of the attack. The last thing Jisung could recall was rolling on top of Hyunjin to protect him from the blade before calling for help. Chan had told him already that if it weren’t for him, Hyunjin probably would have ended up dying.

So if that meant Jisung suffered from nightmares and a sore side (with a near death experience of his own), then so be it. It was worth it.

He grunted when Felix suddenly tackled them both, hugging them tightly. “Yeah! What Lixie said.” He said and whined. “Felix, my side.” He hissed softly.

Chan watched the three, smiling fondly. He walked over and patted Felix’s head gently. “Come in Lix, be careful with them.” He said gently. “They’re both still healing.”

Seungmin peeked his head out of the kitchen before hiding once more, afraid to face Hyunjin. He felt so guilty still for turning his back on the omega so fast. Things from that had been hectic, chaotic. Feelings were hurt, people were hurt and Seungmin may have chosen the wrong side.

He still fully believed how things were handled was inexcusable and that was mostly on Chan’s part but knowing the other was Hyunjin’s soulmate and seeing first hand what a soulmate bond looked like through Jisung and Minho, Seungmin sort of understood where everyone was coming from. It couldn’t be helped, the attraction.

He wanted to apologize for being such an ass but he was afraid Hyunjin wouldn’t accept it. He didn’t want to cause discourse in the pack because the others seemed so hellbent on getting Hyunjin in the pack and they were happy. He would be happy too, he just wasn’t sure if Hyunjin would be happy around him.

Meanwhile, Changbin made his exit from the kitchen and smiled. “We’ll looky here.” He called. “Chan really did bring us a present.” He teased.

best experience : I've met some wonderful people( shoutout to you, Reju and Shrimpy ) that have become not just writing partners but people I consider friends. I've had a rough few years mentally, but they've reminded me why I love rp so much. It's about connecting over characters you love and creating something fun together, and I fucking love that. I'm just now getting back in the swing of writing on tumblr, and it's so much fun to be reminded of why I love it.

rp pet peeves : Cliques, elitism ( esp in regards to graphic styles, icons, excessive reply formatting to the point it can be inaccessible), dragging duplicates on the dash, not listening when someone says no to a plot, stringing people along in regards to writing with them

fluff , angst , or smut : I enjoy all three, though I'm very picky about writing smut and I generally won't write it with someone I don't know well. I get embarrassed ghjkdfgh.

long or short replies : Both. I like to mix it up a little, especially bc my brain power fluctuates. I enjoy little goofy one or two liners, but I also love the more in depth plotted threads that explore a muse. It's about balance for me.

best time to write : I've found it's evenings for me.

are you like your muse/s : Eh, there are a few I'm similar to, but for the most part, they're different from me. I like exploring things that are different than me in my muses, and I find I enjoy the challenge as a writer. Funnily enough, it's the muses most different from me that I find are strongest.

She continued to listen to White Lilly until she finally had her name, and she stared at her hand. It looks like she was finally allowed to get up, and she cautiously reached for her hand... Candy's hand was very cold, almost as if you were dipping your hand in icy cold soda water.

"A pleasure" She mused before she started dusting herself off.

Yavaltol gave her a rather blank stare, he was plucking away on his Hurdy-Gurdy to destress.

"I mean. I showed promise. I was quite a 'shock'." he twirls his fingers in the air, and rubs his middle finger to his thumb, generating a few bits of sparks between his fingers before plucking his strings again.

He abruptly stopped plucking at the strings, as if he needed a moment to prosses something.

"Oh, Wait a tick now..." He looks back up and has a double take. He knew that attire and appearance. They all had similarities. Then it hit him... Great! perfect! It's one of them! What now? He's only heard rumours about her. Lute was it? He didn't pay as much attention to that as he should of...

( GOD... the hypocrisy of a former rp partner who complains about not having consistent interactions on their blog, and yet in the instance where they were getting consistent replies from a rp partner aka me, they were not even putting in the same effort to reply back.

like, it’s not as if was expecting insta replies from them or something, but at the very least, don’t be bitter about how you’re not getting ‘consistent interactions’ when you had taken for granted one of the rp partners who ACTUALLY replied to you, sent you asks, and tried to advance the plots/relationships concerning your muses.

plus, instead of telling said partner to tone it down when they were apparently hyperfixating too much over a special interest and rp stuff, you opted to ignore them and string them along for months while expecting them to figure out they should give you some much needed space.

SERIOUSLY, if you were busy irl and couldn’t handle conversations revolving around those two things until things settled down for you at school, then you should have just told them, instead of making it so they only found out when they talked to your friend, who ended up gaslighting them, making them feel bad for being too overly enthusiastic, and claiming they understood autistic people when they really didn’t, but that’s a whole can of worms i’m not gonna get into.

either way, you’re a hypocritical coward who deserves to have your starter calls and opens collect dust quite simply because of the way you treat your autistic partners and your avoidance to address the gripes you have with them, which is something i’m not willing to budge on. )

If you always have an excuse, if you're always replying to others but ignore the rest all of the goddamn time, you're being a really shitty rp partner and person. The majority of us KNOW people have lives, we KNOW people have work and other shit, WE. FUCKING. KNOW. ALREADY. We UNDERSTAND. We get TIRED of being dragged along, ignored for months and lied to. I’d be open to it, sure! Whether or not I accept depends on my mood though, but I like the idea of having MAs be kind of mini-events that we can have in between the major ones! I will draw the line at any sexual MAs though.

So Edith is Nyo England, if I understood correctly. Has Gilbert met any other of the nyotalias ? What is his relationship with them if yes?

Do you mind me asking what exactly Arthur and Edith personify, if there are two of them?

I think I can answer both of these questions in one go! So in my canon, the nyotalias don’t exist in the same way as they do in regular canon, in a sense that not every nation has a direct female counterpart. And I also have to mention that Edith is my sister’s OC and the way Arthur is characterized is also based on her headcanons!

Edith and Arthur technically represent two different things: Arthur is England proper and Edith used to represent East Anglia back in the days when the Isles were stilled ruled by the Heptarchy. Nowadays, they both officially go under the name ‘British Empire’ for simplicity’s sake.

There’s a lot more that goes on with that but the only thing you need to know is that they are a messy pair of siblings who get along only on a professional level because there are wounds that run deep there. And that while Arthur considers himself to be the ‘official’ rep (as in the one that handles all the official political / military functions because he’s the man), Edith is really the one who pulls strings from the background, sets up negotiations, responds to dignitaries, etc. One of the first pieces of advice Reiner gave to Gilbert as a new kingdom is that if he wanted to get something done right away, he should write directly to Edith.

Reiner and Edith are also pretty chill with each other and mutually bond over memories of being wild children before the church came along.

Another thing I need to say is I don't currently have the correct equipment I really need to do this. I make better art with pencil and paper. However it's more difficult for me to upload, and along with motivation levels it'll take too much time. I do have a phone so I can do art with my finger, but I'm not very good with my finger, so I'm planning to do something to fix that.

I also have school, and along with the fact I almost failed last year, I cannot afford to fail this year, so I'm gonna be busy.
