Weight loss requires nothing special....take in more calories than you burn you get fat, take in less calories than you burn you lose weight. This is really as simple as it gets for the average person...you as an individual need to accept that you will be uncomfortable (psychologically) not stuffing what you want into your mouth however you will adapt to a new eating lifestyle in typically 21 days. There isn't any special diet that is magic...it comes down to quantity and quality. Do you get better results with quality food...of course you do. Stop eating crap from boxes, premade shit and get rid of fast food...eat like your great grand parents or great great grand parents for the majority of you young ones. For example eat 4 to 6 ounces of animal based protein (that's a deck of cards or 2 in size) meat, eggs, fish, fowl. vegetables (as much green vegetables as,you want)all kinds but not laden in some sauce or other crap, salads, some rice, some fruits in their natural state ( you know actually biting and chewing not drinking or some other method. Eat some nuts if you have no allergies to them (stupid I even have to mention that) Drink calorie free beverages unless you supplement with a protein shake but do not turn it into a calorie laden collage of crap by adding things. Do this 2 to 4 times a day for a month watch what happens. No special anything needed just eat. People love to overcomplicate this as if there is some magic...there isn't. Stop the nonsense of some special nutrition plan being needed for weight loss..it is bullshit! Weight loss is very simple...you need to eat less calories than you burn everyday. It has nothing to do with anything else. If you want to be healthier then eating a healthier diet is important but weight loss is very simple and food choices determine how much you can eat without going over your requirements to sustain a healthy weight (better quality foods usually allow for greater volume poorer quality usually has higher calories in little volume) Unfortunately most people have a psychological issue..they have tied food to emotions. This is not a physiological problem there is nothing wrong with your metabolism you have a psychological issue with food and that needs to be addressed either professionally or personally. 1st thing look in the mirror, own your shit, you did this to yourself there is no one to blame if your overweight, fat or obese pick whatever word you want but it is your fault. You put the food into your mouth. When you come to terms with it being your fault then you can come to terms with it being in your control to fix. Control is the answer, control of your emotions, control of your actions. Breaking the tie with emotions can be difficult, one of the biggest struggles I see for people. Sad eat, happy eat, mad eat, bored eat blah blah blah. Food is a means to survive not an object to make one "feel" better emotionally. Starving people are hungry you can see it in their emaciated bodies if your fat your not truly hungry, your out of control or giving into COMFORT that you have unfortunately linked to food or some other justification to continue ones unhealthy habits. I can't begin to tell you the number of people who "feel" like their dieing (their words) when not eating what they desire but eating what is healthy and calorically sufficient for their health. Change requires discomfort with one of these, either psychological (emotionally) or physical and or a combination of both states. To improve you have have to suffer to some degree. It is inevitable. Reposted from @zulufucxs - On June 6th, 1944, David Silva (left) was 19 years old when he landed on Omaha Beach with the 116th Infantry Reg. 29th Division. Upon reaching the sand, he was hit 3 times in the chest by an MG sitting on top of the bluff. Simultaneously, 21 year old Heinrich Severloh (right) of the 352nd Infanterie-Division was manning his MG42 on the same sector that Silva was on. As the day progressed and the Allies overtook the beachhead, Heinrich became a POW. In the mid 1960s, Silva was contacted by Heinrich after he found Silva's name in the book The Longest Day as one of the survivors of the Easy Red sector. Both men met in Germany and after sharing their details of that day, Heinrich realized that he was the one who shot Silva on the beach. Almost 60 years later, both men met on the same landing sector of Omaha beach and shook hands, and this photo captured it all. Silva said: "I forgave him, even though he didn't want me to. I think he really wanted this, he was hurting alot". . Heinrich said: "There was no glory on the beach that day, just a lot of blood and screams and young men dying. With Silva, you can apologize, the others who died out there, you can no longer apologize.
