Depression is a terrible illness, especially when you can’t talk to anyone about your feelings. I can feel myself getting bad again, I’m not sleeping properly, I’m withdrawing into loneliness, and I want to hurt. I looked at the blades at work yesterday and had to talk myself out of stealing one to take home and open my thigh with. I don’t want to feel this way anymore, I want to be normal. I want someone to see that I’m not okay. I want to die but I don’t want to be the one to do it because it will hurt my family.
