We went on a walk with a friend the other day- solid 80-85 outside (not at all hot compared to what it’s going to be soon, upper 90s - lower 100s) and had to stop to catch our breath for 20 minutes after walking up a long stairwell.

our heart was pounding in our ears and I thought for sure I was going to pass out, and our heat intolerance was also causing us to itch like crazy.

That and the stairs were hell on the hips and knees

It was still fun, but all in all, the world is not on the crippleds side, as we have already discovered
