Good morning! I got up at a decent hour so I set up my new scale and will now have an accurate measure of progress 💪🏻 today I’m 119.8lbs at 5’2. I got a short jog/walk in with the husky pup and just had 1 whole egg & 2 egg whites for breakfast 🍳

Just got home from back/bis at the gym with the bf 💓 I had a very light yet satisfying lunch just now ⬆️ the cucumber really gets me in the mood for summer! ☀️ I’ve got some cleaning yet to do (it’s my day off) and I’ll probably still walk the dog today. Staying active!!

We really need to normalise exercising and eating well for reasons other than losing weight or building huge amounts of muscle. I’ve started going to the gym recently to relieve stress and help me sleep but despite the fact that I fit into shirts and skirts in size small, I’ve been asked if I’m trying to lose weight numerous times. 
Here’s a list of non-aesthetic reasons to exercise:
relieves stress
keeps you healthy
improves sleep
can have a positive effect on mental health
makes you stronger and fitter
something to focus on other than work/school/uni
IT’S RECOMMENDED AS PART OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
