I just added a new piece of art to Saatchi Art! Space Yogurt 110 - Limited Edition of 6 Space Yogurt 110, 2015, inkjet print on Hahnemühle paper, 36 x 30 cm Space Yogurt 089 is a work from the Yogurt Culture series. The works in this series were created for the Yogurt Culture challenge (proposed by Boris Novak) to create works of art on the theme “Yogurt Culture”. The idea was inspired by a joke made by Louise Pirrotta* about yogurt being the only culture in her home area. * Louise Pirotta’s original joke: “I live in an extremely rural secluded area of upstate NY, pretty much cut off from the rest of the world. They say here if you want culture you have to buy yogurt.”

I just added a new piece of art to Saatchi Art! Satellite The Satellite, 2018, aluminium on wooden bowl, 30 x 30 x 17 cm. Satellite was created as part of an installation called Matrix. Matrix consists of 16 elements that could be arranged and re-arranged whenever one feels like it. They are ordered in a 4 x 4 matrix. The common thing between all of them is that they are made from a bamboo bowl serving as a background in the widest meaning of this word. However each element is made of different additional objects to convey its unique meaning.

I just added a new piece of art to Saatchi Art! Kaleidoscope The Kaleidoscope object is made of a artificial pearls, marbles, Annona seeds, bronze powder and glass containers attached in a specific order to a wooden bowl. The wooden bowl represents the Universe, while the other, smaller components stand for the diversity of all existing objects, entities etc. that constantly arrange and re-aarange making new forms and combinations just like a kaleidoscope does. Kaleidoscope was created as part of an installation called Matrix. Matrix consists of 16 elements that could be arranged and re-arranged whenever one feels like it. They are ordered in a 4 x 4 matrix. The common thing between all of them is that they are made from a bamboo bowl serving as a background in the widest meaning of this word.
