(In response to the ask that quoted King of the Hill at the end)
Drunk Velvette seeing someone try to flirt with Kiki and/or Clara: That's my Wife(/Wives), I don't Know you
(and proceeds to kick them between the legs, or eviscerate them)
Okay, yes, it's a completely different ball game when someone is flirting with one of THEM. The person might get punted in the face with her purse if Velvette is the one being flirted with...but try to come on to her girlfriendwives, then prepare to have your family jewels EVISCERATED!

Pfff imagine someone hitting on Carmilla or Emily or Odette while Velvette is drunk nearby. She'd probably defend them like HEY!! You aren't their wife!!!! Back the fuck off!!!
Attack dog Velvette is small but she is SCRAPPY!

So when its a stranger she's in a committed relationship but when its her gfs she single
I don't claim to understand the inner workings of the great Overlord Velvette. Maybe subconsciously, when her inhibitions are down, she likes flirting with them and rekindling that fire like it's the first time they've met. She'll create these fantasies in her head where she's meeting them again with a clean slate, and she's not horrible and toxic and abusive like she used to be. She still feels guilty about that rocky start, okay!!! Let her have this!!!

WAIT!!! Imagine if Carmilla wants to TEST Velvette so she lets the overlord get drunk in public and surprisingly Velvette doesn't flirt with anyone?!?!
In fact...
Random sinner: Flirts with drunk Velvette.
Velvette alarmed: stop I'm married!!
Everyone: Huh?!?
Velvette: Well not yet but I will be when I gather the nerve to ask them!!!
Carmilla would be testing Velvette, to see how dedicated she really is to her daughter. But fortunately for Carmilla, Velvette finds most people other than her girlfriends and extended family absolutely disgusting. If a stranger, or someone she isn't comfortable with, tries to flirt with her when she's thrown back a few, she'll get these sudden moments of clarity where she's like, "YOU'RE NOT ONE OF MY WIVES! I DON'T KNOW YOU!" and hits them with her purse.

Now we need her hitting in her gfs while drunk
Velvette: so cutie, are you dating anyone?
Clara: yes
Velvette: oh :(
Clara: two someones
Velvette: want a third?
It's really hard for succubi and incubi to get drunk on alcohol. It's not impossible, but it takes a lot. But they're constantly getting drunk off lust anyway, so why would they bother? BUT since Velvette is a flirty, lovable, derpy drunk, Kiki would also be a flirty, loveable, derpy drunk after taking in all the love coming off of her. It's like a weird magical feedback loop of alcohol-induced love. Clara doesn't know what to do with herself. Both of her girlfriends are just flying higher than a kite for different reasons and taking it out on her. This either makes her very happy, very scared, very turned on, or some combination of the three.

God decides to check up on heaven after missing for so many years . But he notices that his favorite sapphic couple is missing so he goes to question a Seraphiel, who (stupidly) brags about sera and Emily falling and how Carmilla fell a long time back. Seraphiel thought that god would be proud but instead—he gets fussed at by god.
Seraphiel thought!!! He thought wrong!!! God is furious that his best angels are gone but there’s nothing he can do about it now, because they’re happy in Hell! And they’re not coming back anytime soon.
(Ooooh, do I get to trash my OC now? Don’t mind if I do!!)
Seraphiel is, as Charlie would say, an ASSSS-HOOOOLE. No one ever really liked the fucker. He’s older than Emily, younger than Sera, and was always really chummy with Adam. He used to think the first man could help him take over Sera’s position. He’s not bad looking, and he’s a smooth talker, but he’s just so incompetent and has no sense of personal justice. That’s why even Emily was next in line to the High Seraphim seat before him. He just wants power, and with God absent, he convinced the rest of Heaven’s elders to force his sisters out, then just asserted himself into their role, and no one questioned it. He’s a slimy bastard and will do anything for his own gain. Lucifer likes to mess with him sometimes. He can’t argue himself out of a wet paper bag and Lucifer thinks he’s fun to pick on.

Imagine Velvette drunk and she sees Carmilla walking by hair down and relaxed and she looks at Sera and is like You are so lucky. If I wasn't in love already and about thirty years older I'd take a swing at that.
And Sera is flustered and disbelieving like Velvette! That's your future mother in law!
Velvette be like: She is?! I'm dating her daughter?! Her daughter must be gorgeous!!!
Velvette is a flirty gay ass drunk, confirmed. No further comments, your honor. 😂😂

Velvette is drunk and confesses to Verosika that she thinks Odette is cute
Velvette: she is not my type, taken and what not but, in another world id date her you know
Verosika nods
Velvette, completely shit-faced and slurring her words: “You know your fiancé is bloody gorgeous, right? Absolute 10/10. Like no homo, but…those arms? That body? You lucky bitch.”
Verosika, flattered, but confused: “Thanks, Vel, but…you know you literally have two girlfriends, right?”
Velvette, genuinely surprised, getting emotional: *gasp* “I do?!”
Verosika, teasing: “Yeah, and one of them is my fiancé’s sister.”
Velvette, still drunk, in disbelief: “Even bettah!!!”

I'm battling an eye infection rn so I'm projecting a lil
Sera caught an eye infection, to no one's suprise, Hell is a dirty place. To protect Carmilla and the kids from also getting infected, Sera cast a shield around herself using angel powers.
Carmilla has been fighting tooth and nail to get past the barrier to comfort Sera. While the latter those not approve, she lets Carmilla know she is comforted enough by her partner's concern.
Oh no! 😫😫 That's awful! I'm so sorry!
Sera would definitely do something that drastic. She's never been sick in her life; they don't have eye infections in Heaven. So any little cut, fever, or infection, she'd probably treat it like she's carrying the plague or something, and try to lock Carmilla and the girls out.
Carmilla tells her she needs treatment, and Sera just protests, saying she can heal on her own, but Carmilla insists she can't. She keeps trying to bust down the shield, to get her to understand it doesn't work like that. She needs antibiotics, damn it! Sera doesn't have to do everything by herself anymore! Not with Carmilla there!
Eventually, Sera listens and lets her in, and Belphegor gets her some antibiotics and medication to help with the pain. Carmilla's insistent she never, ever do that again, because it scares her when Sera locks her out; she was worried sick. She doesn't care if Sera thinks she's too strong to ask for help; she knows how strong Sera is, but she tells her it's okay to be vulnerable sometimes. That gets Sera emotional, and she promises never to do it again.
Answering this one early for you, anon. Feel better!

Emily joining charlie and vaggie happened mostly by accident, they just loved being around each other and before they knew it, they were kissing each other and planning dates for the three of them
Initially, after she and Sera fell, Emily felt like she'd lost all her purpose in life. Everything she'd ever known about Heaven had been wrong -- they didn't actually care about her, or Sera, and had replaced both of them easily. She's happy to have a family now, with Carmilla and her girls. She's exceedingly grateful for them, for giving her and Sera a home. However, getting accustomed to life in Hell has been...difficult, to say the very least. She tries to enjoy every minute spent with her family, and she does...but sometimes, Emily still wants more. It's like she's chasing something invisible, just out of her reach.
Her only other friends outside the house are Charlie and Vaggie, so Emily starts spending more and more time at the Hotel, interested in how Charlie's redemption program is going. The Hotel's been rebuilt, much to her shock and delight. And while the redemption program has officially started, it's been slow-going. The new High Seraphim that replaced Sera is just as staunchly against redeeming Sinners as Adam had been. Even though Heaven has proof it's possible, thanks to Sir Pentious, they still think he was a fluke, and a one-off. Charlie tells her, they're still fighting Heaven on every front, but they're not giving up. For Sir Pentious' sake.
Emily realizes she can help them; as someone who'd previously been on the inside, she knows each and every angel on that council. She could give them intel! Charlie and Vaggie don't want to inconvenience her at first; she hadn't fallen that long ago, Charlie says, and she must still be reeling from all the changes in her life. Emily says she's done standing by, doing nothing, and if they'd just let her help them, she promises she can be of use. Reluctantly, Charlie agrees, but only if Emily promises to take care of herself, too.
From then on, Emliy shows up to the Hazbin Hotel bright and early, every day, like it's her job. Eventually it becomes like one, and the more time she spends with Charlie and Vaggie -- inviting new souls into the facility, watching them try their best to succeed at redemption, even if they're a little skeptical at first -- the more she starts to view the two women as part of her extended family. And maybe, if she's being honest with herself, a little bit more than that...she's always been a little jealous at the relationship they have together. She wishes someday she could find that for herself; but the more time they spend together, and the more they let her in to their private lives, the more she wishes it could be with them. It's them that she wants. Not just any other denizen of Hell.
How much of an idiot is she to think that could ever work? Emily asks herself.
It starts to weigh on Emily's heart, and being the empath that she is, Charlie's the first to bring a voice to it. She tells Emily she knows something is going on. If something is bothering her, she assures Emily she can always talk to them about it. For a while, Emily denies it, and goes on as if nothing is wrong...until over the course of several days, she finally breaks mentally. She longs to tell them her feelings, and so she does, full of emotion, and wracked with guilt over making them worry. Even if nothing ever comes from it, or they turn her down...at least she can get it out in the open, and lift the weight of it off her chest.
Charlie and Vaggie are...surprisingly understanding about it. They admit they've grown fond of Emily, and care about her very much. Love her, even. They've basically done everything together, the three of them, for months now; Emily's already become an intimate part of their lives. They hadn't really thought about what it would mean to add a third to their relationship...but Emily is so honest, so devout in her feelings, about how much they mean to her now...Charlie has to admit she feels the same. Vaggie does, too, but the guilt of Heaven is still acting on her psyche, even all these years later. It might take her a little longer to understand what she's feeling, too, and process it all...but she's willing to try it. For Charlie, and for Emily's sake.
They'll wait a while to make it official, but for now, it's enough to be in each other's presence. They still have a lot of work to do on the Hotel. And in the meantime, Emily still spends time with them every day. Getting used to her feelings for them -- exploring kissing, touching, all the little intimacies of their new dynamic -- and where they fit into this crazy new life of hers in Hell. She's sure Charlie and Vaggie will help her figure it out. Her family, the ones she loves, her new world keeps expanding... Emily starts to think, maybe it's not so bad here in Hell, after all. Maybe this is where she's meant to be.

All is happy, Emily and Vaggie are dating and agree charlie is cute but a combination of them sucking at flirting and charlie thinking angels don't do poly makes it hilarious to those watching
Vaggie has had a crush on Charlie since the last Heaven delegation meeting, but they don't happen often enough for her to ever think she has a chance with the literal Princess of Hell. She's not sure how that would go over with Heaven's elders, either. In the meantime, she and Emily have gotten close, since they're both working at the delegation in some capacity: Emily as the sister and apprentice to the High Seraphim, and Vaggie just volunteering with the transition of Hell's souls wherever she can.
They hit it off, Emily talking about how excited she is for Hell's new redemption program, and Vaggie sharing some of her experience with the Exterminations when they were still ongoing. Vaggie felt guilty about it, for a long time, but Emily never judged her; she could see Vaggie trying her best to change for the better, so what is there to hold against her at this point?
At the next Heaven delegation, Vaggie sits with Sera and Emily this time, which is a huge difference from sitting with Carmilla and her girls. The main difference, and the most important one, is that now she's only about eight seats down from Charlie, and oh yeah, she still has a massive crush on the Princess of Hell, and it's a lot more difficult to hide this time. Not that she hid it well last year.
Vaggie's face is about 10 different shades of gold throughout the proceedings. And the worst part is, Charlie's blushing, too, and keeps looking over at her behind her notes, before looking away again. And the other worst part is, Emily has noticed. And the other, other worst part is, she's teasing Vaggie about it relentlessly.
"She's cute, right?" Emily asks, poking Vaggie in the side with her elbow. "You wanna go talk to her afterward?"
Vaggie face-plants into her auditorium seat in shock, to the concern of everyone else sitting around them, including Charlie, who now looks over at her more with worry than enamorment.
"Emily!" Vaggie whisper-shouts, trying not to be heard by the rest of the high council. She puts her face up near her mouth, as if that will muffle her at all. "We are literally dating!"
"I don't mind," Emily says bluntly, wiggling her eyebrow at her girlfriend. Vaggie's body does another spasm, as if she's been hit in the head by a lightning bolt, or a piece of angelic steel. Probably the latter, with how much Vaggie's head is reeling in embarrassment. "Do you want to?"
"I mean...do you want to?" Vaggie asks, looking over at Charlie again, who's obviously started staring at them when she'd thought they weren't looking. The princess "eeps!" and hides behind her notes again, fruitlessly.
"Yeah!" Emily says, pumping her fist. "She's soooo stinkin' adorable! I've honestly had a crush on her for a long time. I'd probably die if she said hello to me, but you can carry me home."
"Emily...you're seriously okay with us having a crush on the same person?"
"Absolutely, girl!" Emily says, wrapping her arm around Vaggie's waist discretely. "Honestly...it's kinda hot."
Vaggie's brain does short circuit at that point, and she practically hides beneath her auditorium desk for the rest of the proceedings. Emily snickers under her breath, patting her head in endearment.
As soon as the proceedings are over, Emily calls Charlie over. The princess looks around for a moment, like Emily must be gesturing to someone else, but when no one else responds, she walks over to them slowly, looking just as nervous and out of sorts as Vaggie is.
What the fuck are we getting ourselves into? Vaggie asks herself, as Charlie holds out her hand in front of her, blushing profusely, and says to them, "Hi-hi there! I'm Charlie Morningstar! Pl-pleased to meet you!"

carmilla introducing vaggie to her girls. misscarriage
Carmilla: girls, theres someone i want you to meet
Clara: moma, we already know vaggie
Carmilla: si, but im introducing her as your sister
clara passed money over to odette: told you itd take less than a year for her to adopt her
carmilla: not quite adoption, remember when we died i was pregnant?
Odette and Clara return to the compound later that evening, filthy and covered in grime from a full day of excavating angelic weapons. They can't believe the sheer number left behind this time. Thanks to Charlie and the others at the hotel, there were more angelic bodies than Sinners; carrying not only weapons, but covered in armor. The sisters are tired but excited to get back to work the next day, to dig into the secrets their discoveries may uncover, and see what they can create from them.
After cleaning up, they notice the building is surprisingly quiet. Carmilla said she had work to do, and would wait up for them. The dark expanse of the warehouse is eerie, and their footsteps echo as they make their way to Carmilla's makeshift apartment on the second floor. They can see from the lights in the doorway that she's still awake; or at least still there, so they can tell her what they'd found. Upon opening the door, however, the two quickly realize their mother isn't alone. It's that girl...Charlie's partner. Vaggie. Sitting at their mother's side, Carmilla's hand on her knee, talking like they've known each other for years.
Carmilla is...smiling. And so is Vaggie. Odette and Clara stop in the doorway, staring at the two, puzzled, until they are noticed. Carmilla and Vaggie immediately stop talking when they see their visitors; Vaggie even shifts away a little, embarrassed. Carmilla stands abruptly, rubbing the back of her head with her claws awkwardly, but ultimately gesturing toward her daughters to come in.
"Girls," Carmilla says, a little catch in her voice. "Welcome back. You've met Vaggie, haven't you?"
"Yeah," Clara says, as she and Odette enter and shut the door behind them. "We met when we delivered that custom order to the snake man at the hotel. How's the weapon working, by the way?"
"Umm..." Vaggie flinches a little when Clara brings up Sir Pentious. She has such a look of profound sadness on her face at the mention of him, like she wants to cry. There's such a drastic change in the angel's demeanor, Odette awkwardly clears her throat and tries to change the subject.
"You're that angel that's dating Charlie, right? How are you feeling? Are you recovering okay? You had such a nasty scrape with the Exterminators."
"Oh! Yes," Vaggie says, seemingly surprised Odette would ask how she’s doing. “I’m doing a lot better, thank you. Charlie’s been taking care of me. And, uh...Carm--your mom, too.”
Vaggie’s voice is so much smaller and softer than either Odette or Clara remember. She’d been so full of energy and authority at the hotel; directing all the residents and keeping them out of trouble. It’s surprising this is the same woman in front of them now, acting all meek and mild in front of their mother. Hadn't she challenged her just several days prior? What happened since then?
"You've sure been spending a lot of time with Mama lately," Clara says, putting voice to the obvious. It's not so much an accusation, as an observation. There's no suspicion or malice in Clara's voice, just a lilt of a...question? Odette's thinking the same thing, if she's honest. Carmilla's been spending a lot of time with the angel. She doesn't mind, but...she also can't escape the feeling that something else is going on. Something she's not being told.
"Did you adopt her or something, Mom?" Odette asks, chuckling, trying to lower the tension building in the room. "She's strong. We could always use an extra hand around here."
The silence that permeates the space at her comment shocks Odette to her very core. Suddenly, both Vaggie's and her mother's eyes spike open, like Odette just mentioned someone had died. The change in their demeanor is palpable. Vaggie turns away, as if she's unable to look at the sisters anymore. Carmilla stutters again, trying to find her voice. She's been doing that a lot lately, where Vaggie is concerned. Carmilla can't seem to find the words to explain, and Odette and Clara don't know the right questions to get answers out of her.
"What? What did I say?" Odette looks at her mother, concerned. Carmilla looks like she's about to cry.
"It's not like that, mija," Carmilla says, unconvincingly. Oh shit, Odette notices, she is crying. "Umm, girls...come sit with me for a minute. Please? I need to tell you something."
They do. Vaggie moves out of the way so Odette and Clara can sit on the futon next to their mother. Carmilla reaches for the angel, too, trying to draw her in, but Vaggie just turns away, her back to the rest of them. She looks so small again, like she's curling in on herself. Carmilla looks like she wants to say something, but thinks better of it, and draws her attention back to the other girls.
"Clara. Odette. I'm going to say something, and I need you to...to keep an open mind. Can you do that for me?"
"Of course, Mom," Odette says, getting concerned at this line of questioning. "What's wrong? You know you can tell us anything, right?"
"Yeah! Whatever it is, we can take it. We're worried about you." Clara chimes in. As if her mother would ever doubt their resolve. Carmilla should know them better than that by now.
Carmilla pauses, for an unusually long time. Odette sees her trying to find the right words to say. Carmilla's hand then lowers, and she's...she's rubbing her midsection, over her pubic bone. Over her belly, like when she was...
Carmilla sighs, choking up again, but decides to just go for it anyway.
"All those years ago, when...when we died? Do you remember that I was...that I was with, aahhh...what state I was in?"
"You were pregnant, Mom," Odette says, squeezing her mother's hand, choking up at the memory. Carmilla had just found out, not even a few weeks prior. They hadn't even had time to celebrate. Her baby shower had been months away, and then their lives had been taken from them, snatched away like a thief in the night. "Of course we remember. You can say it. How could we forget?"
"Do you remember when we finally woke up, and how long it took for me to remember how we were killed? Clara, do you remember what you asked me?"
"I asked you what happened to the baby, and you said you didn't know. That it was just gone... Wait, Mama, hey! Are you okay? What's the matter?"
Carmilla catches them both off guard. She is actually sobbing now, out of nowhere. Face in her claws, digging them into into her forehead, and leaving red welts on the skin there. Her body shakes, wracked with grief, as if she's finally letting it all out, like she's been holding it together. For them. She probably has.
"I..." Carmilla starts, tears streaming between her fingers. "I can't! I'm sorry--I can't!"
Carmilla starts breathing rapidly, in-between sobs, like she's hyperventilating. Odette can't remember the last time she's seen her mother this way. Not since...
She and Clara are on their feet in an instant, about to wrap their mother up in their arms, and console her. Hug her, hold her, or...something. Anything, to get her to calm down and tell them what's going on.
They would have, anyway, except suddenly, Vaggie is there, already doing it for them.
"Carmilla, hey!" Vaggie says, squeezing Carmilla's shoulders from behind, much more level-headed and put together than the moment prior. She almost looks like she's back to her normal self. Brave...or at least she's trying to be. "Carmilla! Carmilla, stop! It's okay. You don't have to do this."
"I do!" Carmilla shouts, turning her head to look at Vaggie. The angel is surprised -- the matriarch's eyes are glowing. But around the edges, they've softened, and there's so much blue mixed in with the red.
Odette notices, too. Carmilla's eyes haven't been that way since...well, since they were alive. Like...like the human part of her is trying to fight to the surface. Resurrected by memories; ones she's being forced to recall, that she might rather have forgotten, to spare herself the pain.
"I have to tell them, Vaggie. They need to understand."
"Understand what, Mom?" Odette asks. She knows she shouldn't keep asking this. It's stupid. It's obviously hurting her mother. Odette's probably pushing a line here, that shouldn't be crossed, and she knows it. But her curiosity is killing her, all over again, and she just can't help herself. She needs to know what's wrong, so she and Clara can fix it.
Vaggie surprises her again.
"Let me do it, then," Vaggie says, forcefully, insisting, trying to get Carmilla to see reason. "You've been so strong for me. You've helped me so much. Let me do this for you."
"Vaggie, you don't have to...please, just give me a moment. I can--"
"No. This is hurting you. I want to help." Then, without hesitation, the angel looks at Odette and Clara, straight in the eye. Odette sees pain there, too; so much pain, and loss, but Vaggie pushes past it, and tells them, point-black, "It's me! Carmilla lost her baby, and it was me! All the Exorcists! We're lost children! We all died before we were born! They did tests on your blood when I was in the hospital, and you're all a match! Carmilla is my mother. You're my sisters! I know this may be hard to believe, and I'm sorry you had to find out this way, but you have to--!"
Vaggie doesn't get a chance to finish her tirade. Suddenly, a body collides into her front, wrapping its arms around her snuggly, in an almost too-tight bear hug. The angel stumbles on her feet, and may have toppled onto the floor, if the other person hadn't caught her.
That's when Vaggie notices the other person who has her is Clara, her arms grasped around her middle, with her face buried in the fallen angel's neck.
"I knew it!" Clara proclaims into Vaggie's skin, letting go of the smaller woman just enough to look back at Odette, sitting on the futon with their mother in a shocked stupor. Carmilla is looking at them, too. "I fucking told you, Odette! I fucking told you!"
Odette stands, and then immediately collapses to her knees. Despite her addled brain, despite her racing mind, and despite the absolute lack of belief she's experiencing in that moment, she still has enough of her wits about her to say, "Shit...sis, you were right."

So in the Emily dated Vaggie au I have idea in my head set before Vaggie fell. Emily goes up to Sera and tells her that's she's dating someone and Sera probably jokes about wanting to know who it is so she can throw them into hell. Sera agrees to have Vaggie over for dinner later in the week. She knows Vaggie is a power (I am running with that for what heaven calls the exterminators) which doesn't fill her with hope since doesn't like adam. She is surprised when she meets her since Vaggie is kind polite and nothing like her boss. (Maybe she reminds Sera of Carmilla who was her girlfriend before Lucifer and her fell.) By the end of it Sera finds herself approving of Vaggie and encourages her to come over whenever she is free.
Sera probably doesn't trust anyone associated with Adam in the beginning, because she can't imagine a person who would willingly be under his command would be right for Emily. She's very protective of her sister, for good reason; she's an impressionable young Seraphim learning how to process the judgements for every Winner who enters the pearly gates. Her reluctance is understandable, but Emily insists Sera will love Vaggie once she gets to know her.
Vaggie is very intimidated by Sera, to say the least. She has a coarse, rough exterior around the other Exterminators; she has to keep up that facade, so she doesn't fall behind or appear weak. Emily has a way of seeing the true nature of people, however; it's a talent uniquely hers, separate from Sera, and she knew immediately that underneath all the bluster and bravado, Vaggie is a timid, gentle person at heart. She doesn't want to hurt anyone, but her fighting skills are valuable to Adam, so Vaggie figured she belonged best among other killers. Even though that's not really the case.
Sera sees a lot of similar qualities between Vaggie and Carmilla; both like to puff up and appear intimidating to protect themselves, and those they care about. It's obvious how engaged Vaggie is with Emily, constantly asking her if she's had enough to eat, if she wants more water, if she learned anything exciting from Sera that day, or if any interesting Winners entered Heaven recently. She can tell Vaggie struggles with small talk, and that's why she's asking a lot of questions, to fill in the empty space. Emily loves it, though, because no one else ever asks about her day or seems at all concerned with her well-being, besides Sera. It's definitely a positive change of pace for them both.
Vaggie is also smiling at Emily the entire time; Sera doesn't think she's ever seen an Exterminator with a genuine smile, other than the scary, fake ones they project onto their helmets. After their meal, she lets Vaggie know she can come over whenever she likes. Vaggie blushes, and stammers a little, saying, "Oh-okay! Thank you, Sera!" Then Emily pulls Vaggie away to play some new video game she has. These are very rare in Heaven, but she has one, and she wants to show it off to Vaggie immediately.

Can’t believe there are people saying Verosika doesn’t look as pretty in the new outfit with no makeup. Say that to my face, haters! I will steal your fucking kneecaps and feed them to a herd of feral woodchucks.

hehehe, the overlords play fuck marry kill and velvette gets, carmilla bonehead and rosie. she doesnt know which would be worse, saying that you'd marry your future mother-inlaw or saying youd fuck her. she knows that putting carmilla as kill is a death sentence
Listen, Velvette is walking a fine line here. She knows whoever she chooses for "fuck" or "marry" is going to be awkward either way, so she needs to be analytical about this.
Carmilla is already married to Sera, so that's out; also, Velvette's already kind of slipped she thinks Carmilla is hot (her kids are hotter, though, especially Clara, ooof, meow), so she's probably leaning fuck, there.
She also figures, since Rosie is not currently taken (RIP Franklin) and is the most domestic overlord of the bunch, she'd be a prime candidate for marriage.
She's in a damned-if-she-does, damned-if-she-doesn't kinda scenario, but if she absolutely has to pick, it's Carmilla-Fuck, Rosie-Marry, Bonehead-Kill.

If / whenever Odette proposes to Verosika— it’s not something big or grand. Instead it’s intimate and quiet when Odette shows the ring to verosika, it’s a beautiful ring— it had probably cost Odette a pretty penny. No one had seen it coming, not even Carmilla—who knows her girls like the palm of her hand.
Odette and Verosika have talked about marriage before. It's to be expected after watching, and participating in, Carmilla and Sera's wedding. Theirs had been an extravagant, social affair, thanks to Zestial and Lucifer, with every blue-blood in Hell who was on good terms with them present. But to the girls, neither really finds those kinds of huge public expressions of love appealing.
Verosika has to put on a show every day, so she'd told Odette, if and when it happens for her, she wants it to be more real. Not during one of her shows, and certainly not on stage; just something small between herself and her beloved. Odette can't say she disagrees. In fact, that's exactly what she'd hoped Verosika would say. Because that's exactly what she'd been planning.
Verosika already has everything a demon could want, and then some. So does Odette, honestly, and while both demons can afford to give each other the world, that's not really what Verosika wants, or what Odette wants, either. She desires to make it special, but also not too over-the-top. She decides to get Ozzy's advice on the right way to approach this. He is, of course, very helpful...but mostly about the honeymoon, and all the fun things that can come after.
He does know the name of a jewelsmith in Greed, though, and after some conversations with them back and forth over the phone, Odette orders a personalized pink diamond in a gold band, fit exactly to Odette's specifications. Not a big one...it's honestly rather small, but still worth a small fortune, she comes to find out. She still thinks it's more than enough to make Verosika happy. Odette hopes so, anyway.
Odette chooses to ask her on a night after Verosika gets back from a tour. They'd already had a date at Ozzy's planned. The king of Lust didn't have any other shows planned, and just reserved a small corner of the showroom for the two of them, allowing the musical stylings of Fizzarolli to complement their dinner of something Odette is too nervous to eat at the moment.
Verosika seems to notice Odette's not eating. Her girlfriend does have a hard time remembering to feed herself sometimes, and she brings it up to Odette, who is quickly shocked out of her state of internalized anxiety.
"Babydoll, you going to eat anything? You look pale."
"Oh! Yes! Sorry! Umm...shit. I was just thinking."
Verosika takes a sip of her wine. They'd only ordered one bottle; Odette wanted to be sober for the events yet to come.
"Thinking about what?"
Verosika reaches across the cozy table to touch Odette's hand. Odette's other hand is fumbling with the small box tucked safely into her pants pocket. Fizz has finished his last musical number, and walks off-stage to take a break. If there's any moment to act, Odette thinks, it's now. Taking a breath, she stands, and moves toward Verosika, before kneeling on one knee at her feet.
"Verosika Mayday...!" Odette starts, pausing more out of anxiety than dramatic effect. She hopes it makes her look cool, and not anxious, at any rate. "Ever since I met you, here, after what seems like a lifetime ago...my world has never been the same. I never imagined a literal pop star would ever look my way, let alone talk to me. You've taught me so much about actually living, and loving...and to never take anything for granted."
Odette pauses again, getting the box ready in her pocket.
"You've also taught me patience, and to love myself, and to never judge a book by its cover. You're my best friend. My confidant. My north star. I want to spend the rest of eternity with you, for however long that lasts. So, um, will you do me the honor of, uh...hold on..."
After a few fumbling attempts and only a little blushing, Odette manages to take the box out of her pocket, and opens in it front of Verosika. The succubus is wide-eyed, the pink of the diamond shining back at Odette through her eyes. Odette finishes her question with only a little bit of a flush on her face. She hopes Verosika will forgive her awkwardness.
"Will you marry me, Verosika?"
Odette doesn't even have to wait for an answer. One minute, she's kneeling at Verosika's feet, and the next, Verosika is lifting her off the ground, and placing her on the table on her back. The rest of their food and drink be damned. It gets everywhere. Odette's glad she's not wearing one of her lab coats, because it's soaking into the black pants suit she wore for the occassion. She puts the ring down on the table, before she drops it.
Verosika kisses her, full and flagrant, forcefully on the lips, and pulls away with a smack! She only lifts from Odette long enough to screech into the room, "Yes! Fuck, Odette, yes! I will!" before she's kissing her again, pushing Odette even more into the table. Odette worries they might be causing a scene. Unfortunately, her fears are confirmed, because Fizzarolli's already making obscene hand gestures behind the stage, grinning with his tongue out the side of his mouth.
So much for being discrete.
Fuck it, Odette thinks. Let him watch. She brings Verosika down further on top of her, and really starts sucking face with her girlfriend -- no, her fiancé -- right there on the table. Ozzie and Fizz give them two pairs of thumbs up, but neither of them notice. They're too busy celebrating, in their own little world, ignoring the captive audience behind them.
