So after some time sewing in my juices of self deprecation, and after reading and listening to all the support from my wonderful freinds, I realised that it isn't the end of the world. I feel like I never really properly practiced in the past. I just sort of did the artwork and worried about the learning later. Which explains why it takes me 10 years to do a piece. If people do draw this way I'm not discouraging you. I'm not trying to say that it's a bad way to draw. I just can't pull it off, is what I'm trying to say. So that's it for my bitching. Disclaimer alert: going to be bitching and being negative about my drawing for a bit. So if you want to not be sad or pissed off, stop right here. Well, I've reached a point in my life were I really REALLY hate the way I draw. I know people are going to tell me to shut the fuck up, but I suck. I got ADD but just for drawing. I can't seem to decide on a style of drawing because after ages of drawing it, it starts to get boring. It's really starting to piss me off. A thing that I wish that I did was practice. I don't think I've ever properly practiced before. At least not for a long period of time. And my anatomy feels all over the place. So what I'm going to do is do a "new years resolution" thing and practice with some poses I bought off the web. As you can see with this first pose, it looks fucking terrible. At least to me it does. I want to die, get reincarnated and try and draw properly because I feel like I wasted my life trying to draw with the type of rationality I was going with. I need to just stop. I know, first world problems am I right. But I'm tired of my bullshit, so lets get down and approach this stupid problem, that can be fixed really easily with time and patience. On the 14th April, Eugen Mori passed away in his sleep. He was in his bed when my brother found him, and he looked like the most peaceful man in the world He was an amazing person that touched the hearts of many. As well as being an amazing chef, my dad was an insanely talented artist: a designer at Holden. He was deemed the youngest car designer, as well as the oldest chef apprentice. He passed his talents onto me and I will cherish them forever. This is my first encounter with death and I thank everyone who is helping me get through this difficult time.
