Hihiii firstly I just wanna say that I love your writing i like how immersing it can get sometimes and just how it hits the feel idk how to explain it other than that so uh... right I just wanna ask if you could write iwaizumi x reader where the reader has this overprotective friend or sibling (idk you choose) and the overprotective friend/sibling just trys break up iwaizumi and the reader at the start but in the end they just end up supporting them basically overprotective friend/sibling with a twist ig? Maybe angsty at the start? I would love to see if you could do this ❤️ and even if you cant its ok and again love your writing I personally liked "Sunshine on Valentines Day" and also hated it cus it made me feel lonely after 😭 (not trying to guilt trip you or anything just really love your work!)

I do my best making sure my readers feel immersed into the writing 😊😊😊. Ngl this idea popped into my to write list and I enjoyed finally making it though it was pretty challenging. Thank you again for enjoying my writing. It makes me really happy! I used the term nee-chan which is used for girls (since i couldn’t remember if there’s a neutral term for older sibling in japanese) however y/n is gender neutral

“Nervous?” You asked looking at Iwaizumi

“Yeah, but you look more nervous than I am” Iwaizumi chuckled emphasising that your hand gripping his hand firmly

Today was the day Iwaizumi would finally meet your family. Aside from the normal nervousness one would have of what their parents would think of your parents, your last relationship was pretty bad to say the least so you expect your parents to be more “cautious” this time around.

“Oh! Sorry!” You relax your grip on his hand “I mean you already know the reason why I’d be worried” You spoke softly as you look down

“Don’t worry I’ll make a great impression on them” he gives you a soft yet reassuring smile

“I know you will” you smile back gratefully “I’m sure they’ll love you! You’ve all the qualities of a great boyfriend!” You tried encouraging yourself making Iwaizumi chuckle

“We’ll get through this together okay?” Iwaizumi held your hand more firmly as you gave him a nod

You took a breath before you rang the doorbell. You hear your younger brother informing your parents that someone was here. After a few moments you hear the door lock open as the wave of nervousness comes back crashing in. The door opens and you see your mother.

“Oh it’s just you Y/N!” Your mom gives you a big hug as you did the same before letting go

“I’d like you and dad to meet someone” you said with nervousness as Iwaizumi waves

“Oh! Y/N you should’ve told me you were bringing someone home!” Your mother lightly scolds “Come in!” She opens the door as you both walk in

“Nee-chan!” Your younger brother tackles you as you pull him up “Gasp! Is this who i think it is?” your brother looks at you with a knowing smile

“Mhmm” you nod as his face widens in excitement

“Hi!” Your brother wiggles his way out of your grasp and runs towards Iwaizumi as he holds him in his arms “You’re nee-chan’s boyfriend right?” your brother whispered his question whilst Iwaizumi lifts him off the ground

“Has she told you about me?” Iwaizumi smiled at the young boy as he responds with an excited nod making your boyfriend chuckle

“I’m on your side” he whispered on Iwaizumi’s ear “If you make my nee-chan happy then I’m happy” He gave your boyfriend the brightest smile making his heart swell at your brother’s adorableness

“Thanks little buddy” Iwaizumi smiled back to your younger brother the pet name making him smile even more

“I really like him!” Your brother looks to you as you smile at him

“Everyone! Dinner’s ready!” Your mother calls out

Iwaizumi puts your brother down and as he gets down he dashes towards the living room.

“ Well I’ve got one” Iwaizumi chuckled as he looked at you

“Well he’s known from the start and it isn’t that hard to convince him” you chuckled back as the both of you walk to the dining room

After a while everyone gathers to the dining room and takes a seat

“You’re lucky we had just enough dinner for everyone” here your mother chuckled “You should’ve told me that you were bringing someone along! I would’ve loved to treat him with my signature dish” your mother rambled

“Do you like tofu?” Your younger brother looked at Iwaizumi as he ate a portion of tofu

“Yeah, it’s part of my favourite food” Iwaizumi smiled to your younger brother as he gasped

“Really? It’s my favourite too!” Your brother exclaimed excitedly “Nee-chan I like your friend a lot!” Your brother gave you a happy smile putting you at ease from the awkwardness

“Speaking of which” your father cleared his throat “You mind introducing us to your friend?” your father looked at you then at Iwaizumi

“Oh right! This is Iwaizumi” you introduced as Iwaizumi waved “He’s uh my friend” you mumbled

“I see…” your father spoke quietly making you nervous “Seems more than that” your father looked at your hands slightly touching as you both blush

“Right! He’s… he’s my boyfriend” you looked away bashfully as your father took a sip from his tea however you feel your older brother’s intense stare looking right at you

“I see…” He said once again sipping more from his tea

“It’s been awhile since you brought someone here” your older brother stated coldly

“Well, I’d like to get a proper introduction to your boyfriend” your mother looks at you “To get to know him of course” you mother reassured you with a smile

“Well… We go to the same school, we’re in the same class, we’ve known each other for a while-” you explained but you were interrupted by your younger brother

“Yeah! He’s on their volleyball team! He plays their ace! His spikes are amazing!” Your brother’s eyes sparkled in excitement explaining everything he knew as all of you look at him

“Someone sure knows a lot” your father chuckled at your brother’s excitement

“I’ve seen him on TV before!” Your brother eagerly said“Oh oh and! He’s super serious when it comes to talking to his team and he looks super scary but he’s super sweet to his fans especially to Y/N!” Your brother continued to explain making Iwaizumi blush red at his last statement

“He sounds like a wonderful person” your mother smiled at you making you smile back nervously

“Yeah yeah yeah! He's a total gentleman and-” Your brother was about to enthusiastically share more though your older brother interrupted him

“I think that’s enough for now” your older brother nudged the younger child as he stopped

“Thank you” you whispered giving him a thumbs up as he gave one back

“From the looks of it, he sounds like a responsible and kind young man” your mother spoke as she ate her soup

“I like the athletic types, strong enough to keep someone like my child protected” your father said “Am I right?” Your father looked at Iwaizumi

“Yes sir” Iwaizumi nodded

“Is that a yes?” You hid your excitement asking both of your parents

“If he can keep that promise then I’m fine with your relationship” your father stated

“If our little boy is that enthusiastic about everything he says, I’m sure i need not to worry with such a responsible man” your mother gave the both of you an approving nod

“I’m sure this one would have a lot to say if we objected” your father chuckled as you all looked at your younger brother who was trying to hide his excitement

“Yay! You’re part of our family now!” Your younger brother got of his seat and gave Iwaizumi a big hug

“You just gonna let them off like that?” Your older brother interjected as you sighed “You just trust everything they say?” Your brother scowled making your younger brother pout

“The description your brother gave fits” your mother responded “he’s sitting here very well mannered and even brought us a gift” your mother said as your older brother scoffed

“Yeah! Stop being such a Debbie Downer!” your younger brother’s pout turns into a very angry scowl

“You think I’m being a Debbie Downer?” Your brother stated coldly as he stood up from the table with rage “Stop being so delusional! Don’t you remember how broken they were with that last son of a bitch who came here!” Your brother’s voice seethed with rage as you slowly signalled Iwaizumi to leave

“Y/N are you sure-” Iwaizumi said but was soon interrupted by you insisting on him leaving

“You don’t know that!” You yell at your brother “You know nothing! You barely even talked to him let alone know what he’s like!” you continue to berate your brother as he grit his teeth

“As if we can trust your judgement” he crossed his arms “Who knows you might’ve broughten a cheating scumbag back into our house” he glared at you as you clench your jaw to stop yourself from crying

“Watch your mouth when you talk to your siblings like that” your father interjected as your brother scoffed and stomped back to his room

“Sorry about him” your mother sighed as your younger brother asked for you to pick him up

“Don’t be sad nee-chan!” Your brother gave you a comforting hug

“Thank you” you hug him back tightly

“I’ll be sure to give him a piece of my mind later” your father huffed as your mother patted his shoulder

“Let’s not worsen the situation” she spoke “Don’t mind him Y/N, we both trust you” your mother gave a comforting smile as you smiled back softly

“ Thanks, I should check on Hajime though” you said as you walk to the door as you open it you see Iwaizumi sitting on the ledge of the porch

“Can’t say he still won’t bother us anymore” you sighed as you sat with him

“Sorry about all this” Iwaizumi frowned slightly

“It’s okay! He’s always like that!” Your brother spoke up as he sat in between both of you “He’s always so grumpy when it comes to y/n and me” your brother pouted as he laid his head on Iwaizumi’s lap making him chuckle slightly

“He’s just overprotective of us” you commented “But sometimes it feels too overbearing of him” you sighed tiredly

“It’s okay! You can get through it together!” your brother stood up and hugged you both tightly together

“Thank you buddy” Iwaizumi smiled

You were glad at least your parents were on your side. You understood why your brother was like that as he just wanted to protect you. Though you won’t let him bother you or Iwaizumi. You knew better than him that he’d never leave you broken-hearted. Unbeknownst to you your brother was already plotting something.

“Nee-chan! Are you gonna visit your boyfriend?” Your brother ran towards you as you were about to leave your house

“Yeah! His team’s been working very hard so I made them lunch!” You smiled as your brother looked at the neatly made bento boxes you were carrying

“Can I come? Please!” Your brother said with his puppy eyes making you giggle

“C’mon let’s go!” You said as he jumped in joy

As you both walked towards the gym you weren’t surprised to see Oikawa’s fangirls waiting at the door for the brunette. You paid no mind to them and opened the gymnasium door. As you opened the door you saw a girl talking to Hajime and Oikawa holding something. You observed the girl give Iwaizumi a box of something then she proceeded to run off past you outside the gymnasium.

“Who was that?” You asked Iwaizumi as you both walk over to him

“I think she was a fan” Iwaizumi replied as he examined the box

“Hey who’s this?” Oikawa kneeled down at your brother holding your hand

“I’m y/n’s brother!” Your brother waved excitedly

“Did you come here to see me?” Oikawa smirked as Iwaizumi rolled his eyes

“Are you Oikawa?” Your brother tilted your head

“Yeah! You must know all about me!” Oikawa laughed to himself

“You’re Shittykawa!” Your brother said excitedly making you and Oikawa’s eyes widen whilst the whole team and Iwaizumi hold in their laughter

“Don’t say that!” You scold as your face flushes with embarrassment whilst your brother looked at you with confusion

“Who told you to say that?” Oikawa asked trying to hold back his anger

“I heard Iwa-chan say that!” Your brother pointed at Iwaizumi

“How could you teach a child to say that!” Oikawa yelled at Iwaizumi making him roll his eyes

“It’s true though” Iwaizumi shrugged off

“Nevermind all that! Nee-chan made food for all of you!” Your brother exclaimed as you show the boxes of bento

“Woah really?” Makki walked over to you looking at the bento boxes you were carrying

“Yeah I made it for all of you” you smiled

“I was just getting hungry, thanks Y/N” Iwaizumi smiled back

“Thank you Y/N!” The team bowed in gratitude as you handed over the bento boxes

“Hey little guy, why don’t you watch us play volleyball after we eat” Oikawa suggested to your brother

“Can I?” Your brother looked at you with pleading eyes

“You have a curfew though” you teased making your brother pout

“C’mon Y/N” Oikawa pestered as you chuckled

“Alright fine” you said as your brother jumped in joy

“Can you teach me how to play?” your brother asked excitedly

“Yeah! We’ll teach you everything” Makki smiled “But you don’t wanna learn from Oikawa, we call him Shittykawa for a reason” he whispered

“I heard that!” Oikawa yelled as Makki brushed him off

You were overjoyed seeing your brother having fun with the whole team. You wondered how everyone could deal with how much energy he was outputting.

“Someone’s having a lot of fun” Iwaizumi commented looking at your brother trying to serve

“Hopefully he doesn’t turn out like Oikawa” you chuckled as you looked at him to see the box still wrapped “Why haven’t you opened the box yet?” You tilt your head

“Oh, I forgot” Iwaizumi said as he grabbed the box and opened it revealing chocolates and other goodies inside

“It’s all Godzilla themed” you examined the box

“Yeah, I wonder how she’d know I don’t exactly tell anyone about it” Iwaizumi pondered

“Your phone case tells otherwise” you giggle showing him his phone as he blushed

“Iwaizumi got a fan! That's a first” Makki when over to the both of you “Usually Oikawa’s the only one with fans” Makki sat down next to both of you

“Y/N’s sitting right there” Matsun chuckled

“It doesn’t count if they’re dating though” Makki responded

“Well, I’ll always be his number one fan!” you hugged Iwaizumi

“Nee-chan look! I can do a serve now!” He tried to serve but it only ended up hitting Oikawa making the team laugh “Oops sorry!” He tried helping Oikawa up

“We need to work on that” Oikawa said slightly dazed

You slightly disliked the idea of fangirls giving your boyfriend gifts, however you knew that he was bound to have fans being the ace of the team so you understand. It’d be fine if it was different girls giving him gifts but the same girl kept giving him gifts every single day. Each gift had something that not alot of people knew about which slightly made you uncomfortable. You tried to pay no mind to it but that same girl kept bothering Iwaizumi trying to get all his attention, even when he tries to tell her to lay off gently she doesn’t get the hint.

“Are you okay Y/N-chan?” Oikawa asked you as the both of you walked to the gymnasium

“Huh? Yeah…” you spoke

“Is it about that one girl bothering Iwa-chan?” He asked looking at you

“N-no what makes you say that?” You tried to hide your jealousy making Oikawa chuckle

“It’s written all on your face Y/N, you’re cleary bothered by it” Oikawa pointed at your discomforted face making you sigh

“I appreciate that he has fans, I mean he’s always been insecure about being in the shadow but…” you spoke looking down

“But you don’t want them to be all touchy and grabby with him, am I right?” Oikawa guessed as you nodded “I understand I mean he did try to let her off gently but she still persists” Oikawa sighed in annoyance

“I don’t wanna make it seem like he can’t hang out with other people or have fans but… It makes me feel bad about myself” you expressed your turmoil

“Hey, it’s alright to be jealous! You can’t control how you feel” Oikawa gave you a smile of reassurance “Don't feel bad about yourself! Iwa-chan would never replace you, especially if it’s a pick me like her!” Oikawa encouraged making you smile

“You seem bothered by a fan that’s a first” you chuckled

“If it was my own fan I wouldn’t really care but if it’s bothering my best friend’s significant other! It bothers me too!” Oikawa smiled at you

“Thank you Shittykawa” you teased as he frowned

“Hey! I just gave you kind words!” Where’s my thanks He crossed his arms making you laugh more

“You’re right, I’m sure it’ll all blow over” you said as you open the gymnasium door

“Something wrong, Iwaizumi?” Makki asked putting all his stuff down on the bleachers

“The girl who comes here everyday she won’t leave me alone” Iwaizumi replied with an annoyed expression plastered on his face

“Oh the one giving you gifts?” Makki asked to which Iwaizumi nods “I can see why” Makki chuckled

“She’s more annoying than the fans Oikawa always has outside the gym” Iwaizumi huffed making the pink haired boy laugh

“It makes you wonder how Oikawa can bask in all their attention” Matsun chuckled as he interjected

“I really wouldn’t care if it wasn’t bothering Y/N” Iwaizumi sat down placing his hand on his forehead “They don’t wanna admit it but it’s clearly bothering them alot” he continued

“You told her to lay off already right?” Makki asked as he sat down with Iwaizumi

“Hundreds of times” Iwaizumi responded “I even told her straight up when we were alone” he let out a sigh of frustration

“She sounds super obsessed” Matsun added

“What if someone’s paying her to do that?” Makki suggested “I mean not even Oikawa’s fans are that obsessed with him” Makki placed his hand on his chin

“You know… that might be it” Iwaizumi thought

As you opened the door you felt your life flash before your eyes. You and Oikawa saw the girl leaning into Iwaizumi sharing a kiss. Your eyes start brimming in tears feeling overwhelmed at what you were seeing. Iwaizumi pushed her off, his eyes widened looking at you. You couldn’t bear the sight anymore so you ran away to compose yourself. Oikawa catches up to you and held you to stop you from running

“Y/N! Listen to me!” Oikawa holds you tighter as you try to get out from his grasp “We both know Iwa-chan would never hurt you!” He reasoned with you stopping you from moving as tears fell from your cheeks

“I know but… It still hurts…” You continued to cry as Oikawa rubbed your back

“Hey, c’mon let’s just hear him out this could all be one big misunderstanding” Oikawa held you up as Iwaizumi catches up to both of you

“Y/N I can explain she forced herself-” Iwaizumi was cut of by your tight hug

“I knew you wouldn’t do that but I guess my insecurities took over” you explained nestling your head in his chest

“I’d never do that to you… I won’t ever treat you the way that bastard treated you…” Iwaizumi hugged you back “I made a promise to your little brother after all” he smiled at you

“He’s a little guy but he’s pretty scary” Oikawa chuckled

“I can’t disappoint my little buddy” Iwaizumi chuckled along “Anyway I think I know what’s going on” Iwaizumi said as you and Oikawa look in confusion

Iwaizumi explained how the girl admitted she was being paid by someone for doing all this. You instantly knew who would do this so you stormed back to your house as quickly as possible.

“Oh y/n you’re home early!” Your mother smiled but soon faltered seeing your serious face

“Oikawa and Iwa-chan!” Your younger brother runs up to the both of them

“I think now’s not the time” Oikawa chuckled nervously as he picked up your brother “Why don’t Iwa-chan and I go play outside and teach you how to play more volleyball” “Oikawa takes him to the backyard as he squealed in joy

“What’s going on?” your mother asked confused

“Where’s b/n?” You inquired with a serious tone ignoring your mother’s question

“Right here” your brother said walking down the stairs “I see you’ve brought him again” your brother glared looking at Iwaizumi and Oikawa playing with your little brother outside

“Trust me he isn't your biggest problem right now” you scowled “How could you pay a girl to ruin my relationship with Hajime!” You accused making your brother scoff while your mother widens her eyes

“I want an explanation now!” Your mother looked at your brother with an angered expression

“Wow, accusing me now? I told you your new relationship would make you more delusional than you already are!” He rolled his eyes making you laugh

“I’m delusional? You’re the delusional one if you think you can pay a girl to make him do the same exact mistake as my ex did!” You argued back “You don’t need to hide it, she fessed up already!” you continued to yell angrily

“So what if I did huh? It won’t be a matter of time till he does that to you!” Your brother confessed still trying to defend himself making you more angry

“You don’t know that! You don’t know anything!” You yelled as you started tearing up

“Why don't you listen to me!” He yelled back as your mother tried to come both of you down “I don’t want you to end up like that again! It was my fault why you were like that in the first place! I can’t let you feel that way again knowing I didn’t do anything to stop it!” He explained as his eyes glistened with tears making your expression soften

“I know you want to protect me but… I’m sure that he wouldn’t do that to me… He was there for me when it happened, he was the one who was with me the entire way and was helping me get through it” you explained as your brothers eyes widened “Honestly I don’t think I would’ve been able to get through it if it weren’t for him” you smiled reminiscing at the thought “He already showed it to me today how he’d never do that to me from how you staged everything… I know you want to protect me but I know for sure he would never do that” you looked at your brother eyes “So please… give him a chance” you asked with pleading eyes as he wiped away his tears

“Don’t blame yourself hun” your mother comforted your brother “It was completely out of your control and you didn’t know that it would turn out like that…” your mother hugged your brother “If you give them a chance you’re already protecting Y/N by allowing a responsible young man to be by their side” your mother continued

“Yeah! And he promised he’d never hurt Y/N!” your brother interjected walking inside

“Sorry, we heard all the fighting from the inside and the little guy couldn’t contain himself” Oikawa scratched the back of his head

“Please give them a chance! Let Y/N start over happy! We all want that for them right?” Your younger brother pleaded

“Alright, I’ll take your word Y/N…” your older brother agreed, making your younger brother jump in joy “Sorry Iwaizumi for all this and what I’ve put you both through… I understand if you won’t forgive me” he scratched the back of his head

“It’s alright we both want to protect her” Iwaizumi smiled accepting your brother’s apology

“Okay! No more fighting! It’s so tiring” your brother huffed as you picked him up

“Don’t worry we’re all tired too” you smiled kissing his cheek

“Let’s go play more volleyball” your brother exclaimed

“I thought you said you were exhausted” Oikawa chuckled

“Nope! I wanna play!” Your brother said making you all laugh

“Why don’t I teach you how to spike?” Iwaizumi offered making you smile seeing your younger brother’s joyed expression

“All's well that ends well” you smiled sighing in relief

“Is this really necessary?” Kageyama asked nervously as you both walked

“Yes! My grandpa really wants to meet you!” You exclaimed

“I know but… I'm nervous…” Kageyama spoke bashfully looking away

“No need to be worried! He’s a kind soul at heart he will love you!” You smiled at him “Well as long as he doesn’t see what you did in middle school” you stated nonchalantly as he deadpanned

“WHY ARE YOU SAYING THAT SO NONCHALANTLY!” He yelled as you shrugged

“It’s fine! Dad’s sure he hasn’t heard about you” you shrugged him off with your hand

“Your dad also warned how scary he can be” he murmured as you look at him

“Huh? What’d you say?” You asked innocently

“Nevermind! Let’s get going!” he pushes you as you both walked faster towards your grandpa’s house

You arrived at your grandpa’s house and knocked on his door

“Y/N! I’m so happy to see you!” your grandpa hugs you tightly

“Is this the boy you and your dad were talking about?” He asked looking at Kageyama as he nervously waved back

“Yeah! This is Kageyama Tobio!” You introduced

“Nice to meet you sir” Kageyama bowed

“Come in both of you” He opens the door more widely as you both went in

Your grandpa welcomed you into the dining room where you both sat down and drank the tea he prepared

“I’ve heard a lot from your boyfriend from your dad” your grandpa explained “more than you” he chuckled as you blush in embarrassment

“Dad can be really talkative sometimes” you sighed making your grandpa laugh

“I would like to ask though…” he said in a serious tone “Was that what he was really like in middle school?” Your grandpa interrogated as you and Kageyama panic

“No! Well, yes! But still! He’s changed and that’s all you need to know!” you defended

“I-I can prove it sir!” Kageyama nodded as your grandpa laughed

No need! Your grandpa continued to laugh “I’m sure you are great for my grandchild and I’m counting on you to make them real happy” your grandpa smiled as he stopped laughing

“Yeah… I will I promise” Kageyama smiled back

“I’m glad” your grandpa’s expression was full of delight

A week later after meeting your grandpa your winter break had been done and it was time for you to go to school. However after school you weren’t at the gym which surprised the team. You would always come to the gym to give bento to everyone.

“Hey Kageyama! Where’s Y/N!” Tanaka asked

“Yeah! I wanna hangout with them and eat their bento!” Hinata frowned

“I don’t know I haven’t seen them all day” Kageyama said worried

“You’re their boyfriend and you don’t know where they are” Tsukishima interjected condescendingly

“Shut up!” Kageyama scowled “I’ll go look for them!” he stood up and left

“You should really stop pissing him off” Daichi sighed

Kageyama looked everywhere for you. It took him a while but he found you on the rooftops crying.

“Y/N? Are you alright?” He rushed towards your side and pulled you in for a tight hug

“Tobio!” you hugged Kageyama back tightly and cry into his chest

“What happened? Tell me everything” he rubbed the back of your neck as he tried to soothe you

“Grandpa… H-he… fell into a stroke” your sobs turned into wails as Kageyama’s eyes widen

“Hey hey hey… let it all out” Kageyama spoke softly as he tighten his hug

“I know it’s hard without him, afterall I know from the stories you’ve told me he meant a lot to you” Kageyama rubbed your back “I lost my grandpa who was very important to me and my sister a while back” Kageyama clenched his jaw holding back the tears “But you should keep going Y/N… I’m sure your grandpa would want you to achieve your dreams, At Least that’s what my grandpa wanted for me” Kageyama gave you a comforting smile whilst he wiped away your tears

“Thank you Tobio… that really helped” you smiled back

“I promised him I’d make you happy, it’s something I’m willing to keep” Kageyama placed a kiss on your forehead

Iwaizumi

“Y/N! It's so good to see you your” mother embraced you tightly

“Hey mom” you return back the hug

“Oh! you’ve brought Iwaizumi too” your mother smiled at the young man as he bowed “Come in” your mother opens the door and you see your grandma lying on the hospital bed

“Y/N! It’s so nice to see you!” Your grandma exclaimed happily “I see you’ve brought your boyfriend too, I’m glad” your grandma smiled at the both of you

“I’m so glad to see you too grandma” you smiled as you hugged her “I heard that you might be discharged today… is that true?” You spoke softly with hope glimmering in your eyes

“The doctors said she’d be okay to discharge today” your mother responded as your grandma nodded

“Well if you don’t mind me asking…” you took a breath “Would you like to watch my professional debut tomorrow? I wanted everyone in the family to go” You asked placing your hands on her lap

“Your debut! I’d love to watch you perform on stage!” Your grandma nodded enthusiastically

“Thank you!” You hugged your grandma as she did the same “I was really hoping you’d come, afterall I’m sure you’d love to see who I was playing. She's been in one of your favourite movies!” you beamed

“Is it Miss Honey?” Your grandma asked with excitement as you nodded “I’d love to see you play her! I’m sure you’ll do great” your grandma praised making you blush

“That’s what I keep telling her mom. But Iwaizumi told me she’s been scared debuting tomorrow” your mother sat by your side

“No need to be scared, I'm sure you’ll smash it!” you grandma gave you a reassuring smile

“Thank you” you smiled back

The day was here you were going to make your professional debut as an actor. You were so excited to perform in front of your grandma as she was the reason you wanted to become a performer in the first place. You made sure to give it your absolute everything. You were in your dressing room getting ready

“Nervous?” Iwaizumi walked over to your chair

“Y-yeah I realized we invited a lot of people who will be watching me” your voice was laced with nervousness

“They’re all cheering for you” Iwaizumi held your hands “You’re gonna do great we believe in you” Iwaizumi smiled softly easing your nervousness

“Thank you” you smiled back “You’re right! To give my everything I should be confident” you encouraged yourself making Iwaizumi chuckle

“Even my old teammates wanted to watch you perform” Iwaizumi smiled as he sat next to you

“Hope that doesn’t mean your gonna bicker with Tooru like when we were in highschool” you giggled as you both hear your phone ringing

As you look over you see it’s your mother calling. You grab your phone to pick it up. You wished you hadn’t. Iwaizumi couldn’t quite hear what was happening but he sensed the severity of the situation when you dropped your phone and started tearing up.

“Y/N what’s wrong?” he quickly rushed to your side and pulled you in for a tight hug

“Grandma…” your face started welled up in your eyes “Hajime… she… she won’t be here” you wept profusely as Iwaizumi hugged you even tighter

You worked so hard to get the role of Miss Honey. Matilda was one of your grandma’s favourite shows to watch with you when you were young. Your grandma loved Miss Honey’s kind and empathetic nature. You wanted to be a performer just like her. She taught you everything you know. Now she’s gone and she won’t be able to see you perform and continue on her legacy.

“What will I do now Hajime?” You sniffled as Iwaizumi rubbed your back She’s gone you buried your face in his neck

“I know how important she was to you…” Iwaizumi whispered “She’s the reason why you wanted to be here, right?” Iwaizumi looked at you as you nodded “I know it’s hard that she’s gone and I’m sure the cast would perfectly understand if you don’t wanna perform but… You should do it for her” Iwaizumi placed his hand on your chin to face him

“She wouldn’t want you to back out as you’ve dreamt of this for years. I’m sure she’d love to see you perform even if she’s far away now” Iwaizumi gave you a comforting smile as he wiped the tears from your eyes

“You’re right” you smiled back “I’ll give it my everything… for her” you looked at the old picture of you as a child with your grandma

Your castmates heard what happened and assured you many times that you didn’t have to perform. However, you still wanted to perform for her so you assured them that you will be able to perform. As the show started you let go of everything you felt and immerse yourself with your character. However when it was time for Miss Honey’s solo My House you poured all your blood and sweat into performing it as best as you can. You could see how you moved everyone in the audience with your acting and vocals as at the end you got a standing ovation. Finally it was time for stage bows and you could only feel how proud you would’ve made your grandma if she was watching

“Thank you Grandma… I hope your happy now, wherever you are”

As you make your way to the bleachers you see the crowds of people cheering for your boyfriends team. From the liveliness you can assume that his team was winning. It made you smile seeing the people cheer for Hajime everytime he landed a spike. The unwavering support your boyfriend’s team gets is something you wish you’d have in your performances.

“To you!” Oikawa sets the ball to the ace to which he spikes, causing their final point and ending the game in their victory. The crowd's cheering is almost deafening. You hear the people around you talking to each other about the game.

|“No wonder why their team won!”|

|“Have you seen their ace Iwaizumi? His strength and power are unmatchable to the other team”|

|“They’re all so handsome! Do you think we could have a chance with Iwaizumi or Oikawa”|

That last sentence stung your heart deeply. You’ve always felt like you weren’t enough for Hajime. Before the thoughts could fully cloud your mind you brushed it off as it was time to celebrate, afterall your boyfriend’s team just won. You waited outside the locker room but as you see Oikawa and Hajime walk out they get clouded by a lot of fan girls. You hid behind a pillar in order to not get caught by the crossfire from the amount of squealing the fangirls were making.

“You’re so amazing Oikawa!” A fangirl squealed

“You did so well!” Another fangirl squealed

“Thank you but no need for the flattery afterall I couldn’t have done it without my team” Oikawa said nobly making Iwaizumi roll your eyes which you couldn’t help but giggle

“So talented and such a gentleman!” the fangirls let out a ear shattering scream

“You did so well with those spikes Iwaizumi!” a fangirl praised which surprised Hajime

“Thank you?” He responded astonished as he wasn’t used to getting compliments when Oikawa was right next to him

“You’re so strong! And so fit! Surely you’ve got a girlfriend!” The fangirl scanned Hajime’s build

“Uh yeah I do” Hajime scratched the back of his head

“That girl must be as talented as you! They must be so lucky! I’m so jealous!” the girls continued to squealed

You felt your heart sink again. You were glad of course that Hajime was getting praised, afterall he most definitely deserves it. He’s been open about feeling insecure that he wasn’t as good as Oikawa. But at the same time you couldn’t help but feel that belief makes you unworthy of him. Sure in academics you both would be equally matched but anything other than that you felt below him. Those praises just reminded you of how unworthy you are compared to him. The fog in your head lifts as you feel someone’s hand placed on your shoulder.

“Y/N? Why are you awkwardly standing there? You look so lost” Iwaizumi chuckled to himself

“Oh sorry! I was just thinking of something” you lied

“Is anything bothering you? You can tell me anything” Iwaizumi held your hands a gesture making your heart flutter

“Yeah I know don’t worry” you smiled making Iwaizumi smile back as he looked over to his friend

“Looks like Shittykawa over there is getting too ahead of himself again” Iwaizumi narrowed his eyes at the captain surrounded by his fangirls

“When is he not” you joked making Iwaizumi chuckle

“I’ve gotta get going,” Oikawa smiled, trying to leave “Iwa-chan! Y/N-chan! A little help!” Oikawa called out as the both of you look at each other

“Wanna ditch him?” Hajime smirked which you nod mischievously

“HEY! WHERE ARE YOU BOTH GOING?! DON’T LEAVE ME HERE!” you hear Oikawa’s voice echoing as the two of you dash out of there leaving him with his fangirls

Your mind was clouded with all those thoughts about what people said to your boyfriend. Were you really enough for him? You tried so hard not to give in to those thoughts but everywhere you went with him as people stared you couldn’t stop those thoughts from plaguing your mind. As you walk down the hallways you see people all around you staring at the both of you. You try to look away and fight those thoughts but you couldn’t help it with all those whispers in your head.

|“Are they dating?”|

|“Iwaizumi has a girlfriend?”|

|“Isn’t that the same person who follows his team like a dog?”|

“Hey, are you alright?” You both stopped as you look to see Iwaizumi’s concerned face

“Huh? oh yeah! I’m fine” you faked a smile as Iwaizumi reaches one hand to wipe a tear from your eyes

“Y/N you were squeezing my hand and now you’re tearing up” Iwaizumi held your cheek “Hey, if there’s anything wrong you can tell me” Iwaizumi looked you eye to eye as you felt overwhelmed with those thoughts

One side desperately wanted to tell him, another side was convinced of how much of a hassle you were being and confessing to your problems would only add on to that.

“Y/N I’m here for you… If anything’s bothering you we get through this together right?” Iwaizumi spoke softly though as you were about to speak you hear the bell ring signalling that class was about to start

“Oh! We’re both gonna be late!” You panicked as you try quickly to get away

“Y/N…” Iwaizumi frowned

“Let’s talk later! We can’t be late!” you chuckled nervously as Iwaizumi

calls out to you though you had already ran away towards your classroom making him sigh

Your heart sank well knowing that Iwaizumi is now worrying about you. You really didn’t want to feel more of a hassle then you already were. As Iwaizumi went towards the gym all he felt was distress knowing something was bothering you. You were the type to always be helpful and kind towards others, putting them first and never speaking about your own well being. You were always great comforting him and his team with their own problems but now he couldn’t do anything to find what’s been bothering you.

“Earth to Iwaizumi!” Makki waves a hand at Iwaizumi’s face

“Sorry…” Iwaizumi wiped his face as he stood up

“Something bothering you?” Makki asked as he looked at the vice captain

“Something’s bothering Y/N and they won’t tell me anything” Iwaizumi sighed deeply

“They have been acting differently lately” Makki noted

“Sounds like Y/N alright” Matsun commented

“That reminds me they never spoke about their problems like… ever?” Oikawa put a finger on his chin as he thought

“Yeah unlike you” Makki and Matsun snickered as Oikawa glared at the both of them

“They were slightly tearing up earlier today… Something bad is bothering them a lot” Iwaizumi frowned

“After school why don’t you talk to them? Or better yet when they come here while we’re on break” Oikawa suggested placing his hand on his best friend’s shoulder as he nodded

Iwaizumi waited and waited for you to come to the gym, but you never came. Even during their break which you usually come with to spend time with the whole team you weren’t present. He wasn’t worried till hometime as you were nowhere to be seen.

"That’s weird Y/N hasn’t visited us once today" Oikawa said as he drank water

"Do you think they’re avoiding me?" Iwaizumi spoke looking down

"Maybe they don’t want to talk about what’s been bothering them?" Kindaichi spoke his mind out loud

"Y/N always avoids confrontation so it could be true" Matsun nodded

"Why don’t we all look for them around the school and if they aren’t there we’ll call their friends" Oikawa suggested as Iwaizumi got up and ran out quickly

"And off he goes" Makki said

Iwaizumi looked everywhere for you but you were nowhere to be found. Were you really avoiding him? He was about to give up searching for you till he remembered your favourite spot where you both hung out if you wanted to spend time alone together. He rushed towards the backstage in the auditorium and found you sitting in your room.

“Y/N! Are you alright?” Iwaizumi rushed towards your aid as his eyes widened in shock seeing your teary-eyed face

“H-Hajime? I didn’t know you were all still here!” You tried wiping the tears off your face as you were embraced with a tight hug

“I’m sorry for not being here Y/N…” he spoke softly as his hug tightened “Please, whatever’s been bothering you… let me be there for you” you hear his voice quiver as he never let go

You felt a rush of emotions overwhelm you. It was a first letting everything out of you in front of someone let alone your boyfriend. You’ve never shown Iwaizumi your vulnerable side, afraid of what he’d think of you. You felt so relieved that you were able to show him that you were feeling bothered after so long. Iwaizumi felt a wave of despair now knowing how much you’ve bottled inside from the amount of tears you poured. You felt his tight hug never let go accompanied with his words to comfort you. You felt all the tension and insecurities wash away and after a while you stopped crying.

“You ready to talk now?” Iwaizumi asked softly as he rubbed your back while you silently nod

“I’m sorry for all this…” you spoke quietly as he gave a sympathetic look

“It should be me apologising… I’m sorry you’ve had to bottle all this up” Iwaizumi expressed his remorse

“No… I shouldn’t have hidden this from you… I knew you wouldn’t hate me but… I didn’t want to be a hassle to you with all this unnecessary problems” you looked down as your eyes start to tear up again

“Don’t say your problems are unnecessary they’re just as important as anyone else’s” Iwaizumi placed his hand on your chin to face him “You’re never a hassle to me” he smiled softly

“What’s been bothering you?” He looked at you

“Everyone’s always saying how you should get someone as talented as you or Oikawa. No one looks at me at my performances the way people look at you hitting a great spike. It makes me feel that you don’t deserve me and deserve someone better” you explained everything that’s been bothering you making the sadness you felt come crashing back in

“Hey hey, don’t say that about yourself you are more than enough for me” he wiped the tears falling from your cheeks “You aren’t untalented, you can sing beautifully enough to move us all. You are incredibly sympathetic and kind compared to anyone I've ever met. You put all of us first before yourself and you always cheer us up when we're down. If anything that makes you so much more of a great person” Iwaizumi smiled as he described what he thought of you making you blush beet red “You shouldn’t beat yourself up Y/N I don’t care about what any of those people say” he said firmly “You’re not perfect but you’re more than enough for me and I love you for that” He leaned in and pulled you for a soft peck on your lips

“Thank you Hajime…” you smiled softly as you buried your head in his chest making him chuckle

Iwaizumi's Birthday!

❅A/N : I know this is posted after his bday but I STILL WANTED TO CELEBRATE IT WITH A FIC

“C’mon get a move on!” Maki yelled holding the box filled with decorations

“We are moving as fast as we can!” Kyotani yelled back

“Well move faster! they could be here any minute and we’re not close to finishing!” Maki puts down the boxes grabbing all the decorations

“We wouldn’t be in this mess if SOMEBODY wasn’t LATE!” Matsun glared at Oikawa

“Don’t blame me! Y/N’s the one who wanted all these decorations!” Oikawa defended trying his best putting all the decorations up

“Why did we entrust Oikawa with the decorations again?” Yahaba sighed as he put up the banner

“Because I have the best decorations! Duh!” Oikawa rolled his eyes as he helped Yahaba with the banner

“Well your stupid smart ass will be the reason why we won’t escape Y/N’s vortex of fury!” Maki smacked the back of Oikawa’s head causing him to tumble as he yelled “HEY!”

“Is that bad?” Kindaichi asked innocently

“You can ask Kyotani if you want” Yahaba snickered receiving a glare from Kyotani

“It’s not pretty” Kyotani mumbled

“Hopefully they distract them long enough so that doesn’t happen again” Matsun pointed daggers at the team’s captain

Iwaizumi opened the door to see you holding something on your back waiting outside the gate of his house

“Sorry, did you wait long?” Iwaizumi said opening the gate

“Nope! Actually I just arrived a minute ago” you smiled

“I see… And that your holding is?” Iwaizumi smiled back as he pointed to your back

“Oh! Well since it’s your birthday I thought why don’t we go do something to celebrate it” you explained your smile not faltering

“I’d love that” his smile softened

“You guys are panicking over nothing! Y/N’s will keep him distracted for a long time!” Oikawa said with an annoyed look

“Well if it all goes wrong we all know who to blame” Makki sneered as he placed streamers all around the gym

“Hey! At least I brought all the decorations!” Oikawa exclaimed angrily as Maki rolled his eyes

“Late I’d like to add” Matsun interjected handing the box of decorations to Kunimi

“Hey Kindaichi you got the list of people comin?” Makki asked

“Yeah! I checked and it seems everyone’s here” Kindaichi replied scanning the list

“They’re all coming at six on the dot so we gotta finish everything before that” Makki said

“How long do you think Y/N can keep Iwaizumi distracted for?” Watari asked inflating balloons

“Enough time for everyone to be here and surprise him” Matsun said tying all the balloons

“Can I open my eyes now?” Iwaizumi chuckled as you looked to see if his eyes were shut

“No, we're not there yet!” You giggled “Almost there don’t worry” you added

“I might have an idea of where we are” Iwaizumi smiled as your eyes widened

“I said no peeking!” You pouted looking at him

“My eyes are shut, see?” Iwaizumi teased “The aroma is giving it away though” Iwaizumi smelled the aroma of flowers and food around the area

“Okay you can open your eyes we’re here anyway” you smiled getting into position

He opened his eyes to see flower beds all around the area accompanied by the falling of cherry blossom petals as a huge cherry blossom tree could be seen. He noticed among the flowers and falling petals a small picnic mat was on the shadow of the tree filled with food

“Surprise!” You exclaimed happily as Iwaizumi’s face softens his mouth forming a smile

“Isn't this the place where we used to go to ask kids?” Iwaizumi further scanned the area being hit by the wave of nostalgia

“Yeah! I thought since we used to go here all the time with Tooru you’d love it” you blushed shyly

“I think from the smell i can guess what that is” he pointed at the picnic mat

“Take a guess then” you smirked

“Agedashi tofu?” Iwaizumi said knowingly he got it correct

“Yep yep yep!” You said, “Now take a seat!” you patted the mat excitedly

“All my favourite things packed into the basket… thank you” Iwaizumi smiled brightly making you blush

“It’s the least I can do” you smiled the petals falling around the both of you

“Lets dig in” Iwaizumi said grabbing a plate

“Yeah! I’m starving!” You took a bite of the sandwich you grabbed

As the two of you ate Iwaizumi couldn't help and admire how adorable you were innocently chowing down the food and telling him your interesting stories. The scenery truly helped in showing your childlike innocence as the flowers aroma wafered throughout the area and petals fell toward your body covering most of it without you noticing too busy telling him what crazy things happened in school

“Is there something on my face?” You asked noticing Iwaizumi’s stare

“Oh nothing really” Iwaizumi smiled “You just look adorable, it reminds me when we were children how you’d tell me everything that happened recently” Iwaizumi explained making you blush

“You make me sound like I haven’t grown up” you slightly pouted

“Maybe you haven't?” He teased as your pout grew

“I’m only gonna forgive you because it’s your birthday” you crossed your shoulders as Iwaizumi chuckled

“Thank you Y/N this day’s been so great thanks to you” Iwaizumi flashed a smile to you

“This was just the first surprise! You should see what the others and I planned for later” you giggled mischievously

“Can't say I can’t wait” Iwaizumi smiled

“Wait, I almost forgot my gift!” You said grabbing a box out of the basket and handing it to Iwaizumi as he takes it

“Open it!” you said excitedly as he unwraps the box

The box revealed a small keychain of his favourite kaiju movie Godzilla

“That's not all” you took the box and showed him a polaroid of his favourite godzilla scene with a signature

“Did you get it signed by the Toho?” You saw his eyes flash making you smile

“I do have connections” you said

“Thank you Y/N you’ve done so much” he pulled you in for a tight hug

“Not as much as how much you did for my birthday” you hugged him back

“Still you’ve put a lot of effort” Iwaizumi looked at you joyfully

“Of course I would” you looked at him with a huge smile plastered on your face

“Finally we got everything done!” Oikawa sat down relieved

“And we finished pretty early” Makki took a sigh of relief “The guests should be coming in a few minutes and we still have enough time before Y/N and Iwaizumi comes here” Makki checked his phone for the time

“Y/N surely wanted a lot of decorations” Yahaba chuckled sitting down

“You mean demanded a lot of decorations” Kunimi added

“ I feel like we forgot something though, is anyone else feeling that?” Kindaichi asked worriedly

“If we forgot a couple decorations it's whatever Y/N wont notice!” Oikawa shrugged off

“Yeah, considering Oikawa got the decorations late she’d be thankful we actually got it done” Matsun spoke drinking water

“No but i feel like there should be something on that table” Kindaichi pointed at the table filled with decorations which the boys paid no mind to however upon close inspection the middle was empty

“OH SHIT!” They all thought

“WE FORGOT THE CAKE!” They all screamed in unison

“FUCK THAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!” Oikawa panicked

“Can we order one online?” Yahaba asked

“Nope it shows it won't arrive on time” Kunimi said nonchalantly

“HOW ARE YOU SO CALM?” Oikawa yelled confused yet panicking “WE ARE SO DEAD” he continued grabbing his hair in frustration

“What if we tell the guests to buy one?” Yahaba suggested

“They’re all coming in a minute so that’s a no go” Makki replied

“Why don't you guys try to find the nearest store or bakery and buy one?” Kunimi suggested

“GREAT IDEA!” Makki and Oikawa said in unison

“Alright everyone empty those pockets we need cash!” Makki pulled out his hand as everyone placed the money they could contribute

“I think that’s enough” Matsun said counting it all

“LET'S HURRY AND GO!” Oikawa grabbed the other third years and dashed outside

“They aren’t coming back with one aren’t they” Kindaichi scratched the back of his head

“Nope” the others sighed

The third years looked everywhere for the closest store but to no avail they couldn’t find one. Makki opted to check maps for the nearest one only to find that the store with cakes is miles away which would mean it would arrive late. They all panicked once the caller on Oikawa’s phone flashed your name.

We aren’t telling her anything! Oikawa urged the other two third years

Of course we won't, do you think we’re dumbasses? Makki rolled his eyes sarcastically

Hello? Oikawa answered the phone hiding his nervousness

Tooru we’re heading on our way you whispered as the nervousness of the three of them grew

Oh cool cool! We’re done decorating Oikawa smiled nervously

Really? That’s surprising you said in astonishment

Hey! We are capable of doing this right Oikawa defended as Matsun face palmed

Who are you talking to the three heard Iwaizumi from the other side of the phone

Nothing! You quickly ended the call

From the way you’re acting it’s Oikawa isn’t it Iwaizumi guessed

Well you’ll see once we head to our next stop you smiled

The third years went back to the place for the party with no cake which surprised no one. The guests were already waiting so they knew you and Iwaizumi would be coming in a few minutes

“Shit shit shit what the hell are we gonna do” Oikawa panicked as he walked around in circles

“Well let’s all agree to blame Oikawa” Matsun proposed as everyone nodded in unison making the already panicked captain pissed off

“Hey! How is this my fault?” Oikawa scowled

“You brought the decorations late and you also brushed of the missing cake” Makki shrugged off

“I wasn’t even assigned to bring it so it isn’t my fault!” Oikawa defended

“Who even was incharge of the cake?” Watari asked

“Hey guys, is everyone here?” You opened the door as everyone screamed in panic

“What? You guys look like you’ve seen a ghost or something” you tilt your head in confusion

“Listen Y/N we gotta be honest…” Oikawa took a breath “We forgot the cake” you were about to speak when Oikawa interrupted you

“Before you say anything! We looked everywhere and we couldn’t find one, we even splurged to pay for it so please don’t be mad at us” Oikawa pleaded as you started laughing

“Oh god here it comes” Makki braced himself

“You guys got worried for nothing” you continued laughing as everyone gives you a look of confusion

“I brought the cake, see?” You went over to the box on the corner to reveal the cake

“How have we not seen that” Matsun face palmed

“Oh thank the gods I almost had a heart attack” Makki sat back down in relief

“I knew you guys would forget so I did it myself” you smirked

“Well you were right this time” Oikawa scratched the back of his head

“Well? Get into positions he’s coming!” You exclaimed as everyone hid and shut the lights

Iwaizumi opened the door and he was greeted with streamers and balloons everywhere as the confetti and party poppers exploded everywhere

“SURPRISE” You all yelled in unison

“Thanks everyone” Iwaizumi smiled softly

“Well you should really be thanking Y/N here they organized everything” Makki ruffled your hair as you blushed

“Well I brought the decorations so” Oikawa smirked to himself as Matsun elbowed him

“You brought them late may I add” Matsun interjected as Oikawa shrugged him off

“Whatever at least I actually brought it” Oikawa replied

“Oh! us four have one last surprise for you” you signalled the other three third years as they went to the stage area

“What’s going on” Iwaizumi asked as the first years pushed him to the table to sit

“Before we’d like to start the party we have one thing to show you all”

You said into the microphone

“We’d like you all to hear a special song for a special birthday boy” you looked at Iwaizumi and smiled as he smiled back

“1, 2, 3!” You said as the third years begin to play their instruments

The four of you completely wowed everyone with your performance. It was a commemoration for Iwaizumi’s birthday but everyone could tell you had some feelings towards it. Iwaizumi couldn’t help but smile brightly watching you all perform. He appreciated the other third year's effort playing the instruments but he couldn’t help but be absolutely smitten at the sound of your voice. After the performance ended Iwaizumi came to give you a hug

“So what’d you think?” you smiled hugging him back

“It was the greatest surprise for a birthday gift I ever had” Iwaizumi tightened his hug

“Thanks! I couldn’t have done it without these three though” you pointed at the other third years

“We couldn’t say no to playing instruments!” Oikawa gave a toothy smile “It’s also because it's for our very special ace” Makki smiled as everyone nodded

“Thanks guys I really appreciate it” Iwaizumi smiled back brightly

“Hey, the party’s not over yet! Let’s go and have some fun!” You said pulling him into the table making him laugh

The moment came where everyone was gathered to watch Iwaizumi blow out his candles as he blew them out everyone yelled in unison

imagine a guy like him with countless fangirls and who's had a few girlfriends meet someone who hasn't had a single crush

I feel like upon explaining what it means he'd be surprised that you don't find him or anyone romantically attractive. Probably would ask you if you're sure that you don't find him romantically appealing.

He'd think it would be cool though after he gets used to it

He’d always tease you with things like asking if you were sure you weren’t charmed by his handsome face because no one could resist a face like and you’d always respond by telling him he was so full of himself which amused him

“Make sure you don’t miss that spike! Y/N-chan’s watching~~” Oikawa teased as Iwaizumi looked over to you almost missing his spike making the third years laugh

“YOU ALMOST MISSED!” Makki teasingly yelled from across the court

“Aww, Iwa-chan I didn’t know you wanted to impress Y/N-chan that badly!” Oikawa laughed loudly but soon stopped once a very angry Iwaizumi glaring at him

“I swear I’ll fucking kill you if you do that again” Iwaizumi threatened making the setter gulp

“Luckily Iwaizumi won’t do that in front of Y/N” Kindaichi whispered to the other lower years

“Alright Let’s all take a water break!” Matsun yelled holding a bunch of water bottles

The whole team expected you to greet them with your usual lunches that you’d prepare for all of them. But instead, they were greeted with a very bummed-looking Y/N watching their phone.

“Looks like they didn’t see what happened earlier, lucky you” Makki teased as Iwaizumi looked at him with annoyance

“Yahoo Y/N-chan! I hope you have your lunches you pack they’re delicious!” Oikawa exclaimed happily getting zero response from you

“They look really distracted with their phone” Yahaba pointed out as he drank from his water bottle

“Hello? Earth to Y/N!” Oikawa yelled waving a hand in front of your face

“Huh? Oh are you all done?” you asked as everyone gave you weird looks

“We’re having a water break” Matsun said sitting down

“Yeah and where are those lunches you usually pack” Oikawa asked as you looked through your bag

“Here they are” you spoke sadly as you gave Oikawa your packed lunch making everyone concerned

“Thanks! I was starving!” Oikawa said in relief as Iwaizumi smacked the back of his head

“Nevermind that, is something wrong?” Iwaizumi asked sitting next to you

“Sorry, It’s just I’ve got a family gathering in a few days” you folded your arms laying your head on them

“No no you don’t get it” you sighed “Every year we have a big family gathering and I always get asked if I have a boyfriend/girlfriend or whatever” you continued

“Well, do you?” Oikawa asked curiously as he ate

“No, and that's the problem” you sigh in frustration “If I show up there without one they’re gonna hook me up with some egotistical dunce face and if that doesn’t work out they’ll send another one” you scowled

“Yeesh sounds stupid” Matsun patted your back

“Yeah all because ‘I’m currently the only person in the family without a partner and they don’t want me to die like an old maid’” you mocked sarcastically

“Well, why don’t you hire a s/o? Can’t you rent a s/o here?” Oikawa suggested

“That’s too expensive I have nowhere near enough to rent one” you sighed

“Why don’t you follow Oikawa’s idea and get a fake one?” Makki

“No they already know that I’d never date anyone like you” you chuckled at Oikawa’s pouty face

“Yeah you both wouldn’t be able to keep that up, he can’t even keep a real one” Makki mocked making the setter even poutier causing you all to laugh more

“Fine, what kinda boyfriend would convince them” Oikawa irritatedly asked

“Well definitely not someone as goofy as Makki” you thought out loud

"I’ll take that as a compliment" Makki smiled

“I guess someone responsible, kind, and not a flirt?” You suggested as Oikawa grinned smugly

“Oh, I think I have the perfect guy!” Oikawa smirked victoriously

“Huh who?” You asked befuddled

“He’s sitting right beside you” Oikawa said mischievously as you looked at Iwaizumi

“Yeah! We’re close buddies which will make it so much easier and less awkward!” You jumped in joy

“Oh but we gotta make it convincing! Tomorrow let’s go out and do whatever the heck couples do!” You suggested

“And we can help with that” Makki interjected as Oikawa and Matsun nodded

“Alright, I’ll see you later then!” You happily ran out of the gym

“I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU THREE” Iwaizumi yelled furiously as the lower years hold him down

“Before you try to kill us at least you’ve basically got to experience what’s like to be with Y/N” Oikawa defended making Iwaizumi scoff

“I know you did that on purpose” Iwaizumi said angrily

“Like our flat captain said at least you’re gonna go on a date with Y/N” Makki reaffirmed “And with the ideas I have in mind they’ll be head over heels for you” Makki smiled mischievously

After school Makki and Oikawa told you their ridiculous ideas which you mostly ignored. Thankfully the days before the party was the weekends so you both had enough time to make your fake relationship as real as possible. You both decided that the park and the mall would be the best places for fake dates.

“Did you listen to anything they said yesterday?” you asked looking at Iwaizumi

“No, all their ideas were stupid” Iwaizumi scoffed making you chuckle

“Well some of them were good, but after a while, it got stupider and stupider” you said while you both walked to the park

“What do you wanna do first?” He asked

“Well I was thinking we could have like a picnic here for lunch, then do whatever they suggested in the mall” you explained as he nodded

“Well we could start with taking pictures over there” Iwaizumi pointed to the cherry blossom tree which had leaves falling out

“Yeah! That’s a great idea!” You said excitedly as you ran towards the tree

Iwaizumi took pictures of you playing around with the petals that fell off the tree. He had to admit seeing you act like a child looked pretty cute.

“Hajime! You need to be in the pictures too y'know!” You called out as he walked towards you

“Right I forgot sorry” he chuckled “I couldn’t help it though, you looked like a child playing with the petals” he said making you blush

“I guess cherry blossoms make me feel like a child again” you both laughed

You then took a picture of you both laughing in the pile of petals you were both in

“This is the perfect place for the picnic!” You said as you grabbed the picnic mat from your bag

“You seem pretty excited about all of this despite being all fake” Iwaizumi chuckled as he set the food on the mat

“It’s cuz I like hanging out with you” You smiled brightly as Iwaizumi blushed “I don’t spend as much time with you as I do with the others” you grab the sandwiches you made giving him one

“Yeah… I guess we don’t” he smiled quietly as he ate his sandwich

He hated to admit it but Oikawa and Makki were right. Maybe it wouldn’t hurt to indulge the experience of dating you even if it is fake. His thoughts were interrupted as he saw you staring at him.

“Is there something on my face” he spoke as you blinked

“Yeah you’ve this on top of your head” you giggled as you take the flower of his head

“Why don’t you keep it” he suggested taking the flower from your hand as you tilt your head in confusion “You can keep it right up here” he placed the flower in your hair on top of your ear making you blush

“Oh! Like a memory to this day!” You smiled as he nodded

After your little picnic, you both went to the closest mall to do the other things they suggested and later have dinner. But first, you needed to do a little shopping.

“Y/N aren’t we supposed to take pictures to make this thing look real? Why are we shopping?” Iwaizumi gave a half confused half annoyed look

“We need matching outfits for the party! Or wait maybe opposite outfits- outfits! We need outfits for the party!” You explain as you look through the clothing store as he sighed

“I’m guessing this is a formal party?” Iwaizumi said as you threw more possible outfit choices on the cart

“Kinda? It’s always semi-casual and semi-formal but we still need something presentable!” you exclaimed as you put more possible outfits on the cart

“Before we go and look for more why don’t we try some on” Iwaizumi suggested as he emphasized the full cart

You both tried the countless outfits you chose. You have now just realized how many clothes you put in the cart. Luckily you and Iwaizumi could easily sort them since most of them were either too formal or too casual.

“It looks like you mindlessly threw a bunch of clothes in the cart” Iwaizumi said as he looked through the pile of clothes

“Sorry” you smiled nervously “This is the only time we have a gathering so it’s kinda important for my family” you explained as you look through more of the clothes

“You miss them too, right?” Iwaizumi asked as you nod

“Yeah of course! But that’s only after the millions of awkward questions they give me” you sighed

“I see…” Iwaizumi spoke softly

“I FOUND THE PERFECT ONE” you said holding the two pairs of clothes as Iwaizumi sighed in relief

After trying it out you both decided it was definitely the perfect outfit to wear at the gathering. You took the opportunity to take a picture of Iwaizumi carrying the bag since you thought it was very gentleman-like. After eating dinner you both decided to go home.

“Thanks for today Hajime” you smiled as you both walked “I’m glad we got the day to spend more time together ignoring the reason why” you chuckled making Iwaizumi blush

“No problem it was fun” Iwaizumi smiled as you both walk by the ice cream store

“Oh! Can we go get ice cream” you said excitedly as he chuckled at your adorableness

“Sure my treat” Iwaizumi offered as you smile brightly in excitement

Before you enter the store you both see a little boy gazing at the store

“Mommy, can we go get an ice cream?” The little boy pulled his mother’s arm

“Maybe next time” his mother said making the child pout

“You always say that” the boy sniffed sadly making your heartache “I’m sorry we just can’t afford it” his mother explained as she wiped his tears

You see Iwaizumi walk over to the boy

“Hey little guy you really want an ice cream?” he asked to which the boy nodded

“Oh you don’t have to!” the mother looked at Iwaizumi in embarrassment

“It’s fine ma’am I insist” he smiled “Why don’t you go pick one in the store” Iwaizumi opened the door as the boy jumped in excitement yelling “Yay!” as he went in

“I can’t choose” the boy said as he went up to you “Excuse me miss can you help me?” the boy asked

“Sure! But there’s a lot of cool ones so even for me it's hard to choose” you put your hand on your chin “you could go with this one! Oh but this one’s also good” Iwaizumi chuckled at your indecisiveness

After helping the boy choose you walked out of the store to say goodbye

“What do you say to the kind man and his girlfriend/boyfriend?” The boy's mother asked making you both blush profusely

“Thank you!” The boy gave a toothy smile as you both smiled back

“No problem” Iwaizumi motioned a high-five to the boy as he excitedly did

“Goodbye!” The boy said as they both left

“You know that kid reminds me of you when we were in middle school” Iwaizumi smiled softly

“Is that why you decided to give him a free ice cream” you teased making him blush

“N-no you used to whine all the time when you didn’t have the money to buy an ice cream until I gave you mine” Iwaizumi looked away in annoyance as you giggled

“I know, thank you for all your ice creams” you smiled

The next day you reviewed the possible questions your family might ask Iwaizumi. After a few more fake dates it was time for the gathering. You both wore the outfits you chose and hopped in an Uber to the family gathering. As you arrived a wave of nervousness hit you.

“Nervous?” Iwaizumi looked over to you as you nod making him chuckle “It’s okay I’m always here” he held your hand making you blush

“I’m ready” you took a breath as Iwaizumi opens the door for you revealing that you both were the last ones to arrive

CRAP! WE’RE LATE you nervously panic seeing everyone looking at the two of you but you begin to calm down once you feel him firmly holding your hand. You see your mom waving for your corresponding seats so you both walk over to the table.

“Y/N we were so worried you wouldn’t come” your mother said as she patted down to the two empty seats

“Oh, are we late?” You asked nervously

“No no, everyone just got here early, surprisingly” she said “You’re both right on time, take a seat!” Your mom pats the empty seat again

“Oh right sorry!” Iwaizumi moves the chair for you as you mouth a thank you to which he smiled in response

“What a gentleman” your brother teased sarcastically which you respond with a glare

“Haven’t I seen you before?” Your mother asked

“I’m part of the volleyball team in the school Y/N goes to and we’ve been on local TV a few times” Iwaizumi explained

“A gentleman and he’s sporty! Didn’t think Y/N was capable of catching such a fish!” your brother snickered as you roll your eyes

“Where’s dad?” you looked around

“He’s talking to some of our uncles over there” your sister pointed at the wine section

“Right, dad hasn’t even met your boyfriend he’s definitely gonna ask millions of questions” your brother mischievously smiled making Iwaizumi nervous “So while he’s gone why don’t we ask some first” your brother sneered as he put his hands on his chin

“If you don’t mind I’d love to see some pictures of you both together” your mother requested as you gave your phone

That’s why they wanted to do all those fake dates Iwaizumi thought as your mother looks through your phone

“Oh Y/N is this your boyfriend?” Your aunt said excitedly as she walked over to your mom looking through your camera roll

“You finally got a boyfriend? Looks like we were all wrong about you growing into an old maid” your cousin teased making your brother laugh

“Awww you both look so cute!” your aunt squealed making you both blush profusely

After you and Iwaizumi answered the millions of questions from everyone you saw your dad walk over to the table making you extremely nervous. As he sat down he looked over to you and your “boyfriend.” The awkwardness made your brother silently chuckle as you sent a harsh glare to him.

“We should go now” your aunt and cousins zoomed away

“Is this the guy you were talking about when you asked to prepare at your boyfriend’s house?” Your father asked sternly

“Y-Yeah” you replied nervously

“You’re the same age as Y/N? Same school as Y/N? Excellent grades? No school violations?” Your father berated Iwaizumi with questions

“F/N you’re scaring them” your mother lightly scolded

“You were the one who wanted them to get a s/o which I didn’t agree with” your father reminded as your mother sighed

“Correction everyone but you wanted Y/N to get a s/o” your brother interjected

“And? I won’t let them end up like you with your… flings” your father scowled in disgust as your brother rolled his eyes

“F/N he’s a genuinely great kid, honest, polite, kind, responsible, and all of that!” Your mother defended “As long as you put your faith in them our child is in good hands” your mother smiled to both of you which eased your nerves

“Alright…” your father huffed “I’ll trust the both of you” your father sighed as he ate making you sigh quietly in relief

After the party was over you were relieved from all that stress. It wasn’t so bad after your mom defended you but you won’t admit you were famished. You decided to personally thank your mom before you left

“Thanks, Mom” you smiled pulling her for a tight hug

“No need to thank me” your mom smiled back and gave Iwaizumi a nod of approval

“Where’s my hug and thanks? I defended you too y’know” your brother crossed your arms

“Thanks too I guess” you hugged him

“But we should get going, bye!” You waved as they did the same

“For a fake relationship your father sure made it feel like a real one” Iwaizumi chuckled as you both walk outside

Right, it’s all fake you thought to yourself making your heartache

“Sorry to make you go through all that you really didn’t have to” you spoke quietly

“Y/N you don’t need to worry I’d never hesitate in doing this again” Iwaizumi smiled weakly as your heart skipped a beat

“Why?” you asked frowning at the thought that he’d do anything for you even if it ended him in getting into conflict

“Because…” he stopped

“Because what?” You asked looking to him

“We’re friends” he smiled as you felt an intense wave of sorrow and hurt though you managed to smile back weakly

You turned around to walk away but you soon stopped at the sound of Iwaizumi’s voice

“I don’t want us to just be that” he continued making your eyes widen as your heart starts beating fast

“I did all this because I care about you a lot… more than a friend even” you turned around to see Iwaizumi starting to tear up

“I know it was all fake but I enjoyed every second… It may be selfish of me but… I don’t want it to end” Iwaizumi spoke his voice was shaky as he tried to hold his tears back

“I love you Y/N… I don’t want to let you go” tears poured from Iwaizumi’s cheeks as you embraced him tightly shocking him

“Don’t worry” you spoke softly “I don’t wanna let go either” he looked at you with shock as you gave him a sweet smile

“Can we continue it for real this time?” You asked as he placed a kiss on your forehead

You've always been surrounded by your fans everywhere you went. School was no exception. During break, every student would try to sit with you and if there were partnerships or group projects you'd always be the first to be asked. You really didn't mind as you appreciated all the support and this was the price to pay when you made the biggest hits in Japan. The only thing you particularly minded was when you have over-the-top obsessed fans or stalkers. Luckily in public, you could easily avoid them however this one obsessed fan was unfortunately in your school. Still, it wouldn't be that hard with the mass amount of students at the school but unfortunately, you shared one class with this “fan”.

“Good morning class. Just like last semester I'm going to change your seating arrangement again” your teacher said as you start to worry

She then guides your classmates one by one to their seats as you were left last

“And Y/N over there” she pointed to the empty chair next to Yuta making you pale as white

“You've got to be kidding me” you panicked internally as you went to your seat and sat down

“Looks like it’s gonna be another glare war” Asahi chuckled

“This is gonna be a long day” Daichi sighed in annoyance

After a few more peaceful classes it was time to go home. You thought you would have a peaceful walk home but you were very wrong. As you went to the gate you saw a putrid familiar face waiting for you by the gate.

“Hey Y/N!” Yuta waved as you tried walking past him only for him to walk right next to you

“Hey… Do you need something?” You asked quickly getting annoyed

“I was thinking why don’t we walk home together” he suggested slyly smiling

“It’s okay I’m comfortable going myself” you smiled fakely wanting to punch the grin on his face

“Are you sure? You’re pretty big around here and you won’t be safe getting chased by a mob of fans” he asked with concern as he walked in front of you

Do I even have a choice at this point you thought

“It’s really okay I-” you tried explaining getting quickly interrupted by a hand on your shoulder

“If you’re so concerned about her wellbeing I’ll go with her” Tsukishima nonchalantly said

“Oh! Tsukishima!” You gasped in surprise

“I don’t know, I've only seen you two fighting all the time… Are you sure you aren’t just gonna laugh while they get chased” Yuta narrowed his eyes

“You flatter me” Tsukishima faked a chuckle “Are you giving them a choice to walk with you or are you forcing them to go with you” Tsukishima glared intensely

“No no, it’s not like that! It’s Y/N’s choice after all” Yuta smiled looking at you as you felt his aura of anger seeth around him

“Thank you for the offer but… We have stuff to do” Yuta gives you a look of confusion as you look at Tsukishima for an excuse as he rolled his eyes

“You’ve already forgotten our homework? Typical Y/N” Tsukishima scoffed in annoyance as you try to hide the urge to smack him

“Yeah! And we're doing it at his house” you smiled innocently

“Alright then stay safe…” Yuta walked away as you sigh in relief

“Jeez, can't you take care of anything yourself? Just say no” Tsukishima crossed his arms

“You said it yourself earlier he wasn’t giving me a choice” you glared harshly as he rolled his eyes

“Whatever” he scoffed “Let’s go before that idiot comes back” he said walking ahead

“Huh? You’re walking me home” you look at him with a very confused face

“Yeah you dumbass we actually have homework” he face palmed as you scoff

“Would it kill you to be nicer” you crossed your arms as you walked

“I’m sorry did I hurt the princess’ feelings?” Tsukishima smiled sarcastically as you glared

“Maybe walking with him would be much better than you” you quietly said

“Huh? Did the pipsqueak say something?” He teased

“I said nothing!” You scowled grumpily

“That’s what I thought” Tsukishima smugly smiled as you both walk outside the school gates

“Thanks again, I mean it” you smiled softly which made Tsukishima blush slightly

“Yeah whatever” he shrugs off as you both walk home

The next day as you arrive at school you are greeted with a tight hug by Hinata while Kageyama chases after him.

“Hi Y/N!” Hinata looked up to you excitedly

“You seem pretty excited” you smiled back

“I’m always excited for volleyball!” Hinata jumped in joy

“HEY! DON’T RUN OFF LIKE THAT!” Kageyama said breathlessly

“I heard from Yamaguchi that you walked home with Tsukishima! What’s up with that?” Hinata asked you curiously ignoring the other fellow

“Oh it’s because Yuta was offering to walk home with me… Actually forcing me is a better term” you sighed

“That guy never knows when to quit!” Hinata pouted making you aww at his adorableness

“At Least Tsukishima was there” Hinata sighed in annoyance

“Yeah… he was good company” you smiled

“You should file a restraining order on that guy” Kageyama suggested

“I think that’s a bit too much” you chuckled awkwardly

“What are you gonna do about him he doesn’t sound like he’s gonna stop” Kageyama crossed his arms worriedly

“I’ll go after him and beat him up!” Hinata exclaimed getting into a fighting position making you smile

“Thank you Hinata but I’m sure there’s another way to resolve this without any violence or getting the authorities involved” you ruffled his hair as Hinata put his hand on his chin

“I guess you’re gonna have to deal with that until you figure out a solution” Kageyama sighed

“I’VE GOT AN IDEA!” Hinata thought out loud

“No” Tsukishima stated coldly

“Come on! It’s the only solution!” Hinata pouted angrily

“Out of everyone you think of, you pick me? Even the thought of pretending to be with her repulses me” Tsukishima scoffed

“You sure picked a nasty one” you rolled your eyes

“Exactly! He’s grumpy, nasty, and intimidating! It will definitely scare off all the creeps!” Hinata triumphantly said hoping you’d both be convinced

“I mean if it will keep him away…” you looked at Tsukishima

“The final answer is no. If you excuse me I have to get to class” Tsukishima walked away annoyed as you sighed

“Wait! We share a class!” Hinata ran as he caught up with Tsukishima

“Don’t think I know what you’re doing” Tsukishima glared at the shorter fellow

“Doing what?” Hinata asked innocently

“I don’t like her end of story” Tsukishima scowled as he walked faster

“You sure do care too much even if you say you don’t” Hinata murmured as Tsukishima glared

“This conversation is done” Tsukishima seethed coldly

“I’m just saying who knows maybe if you both pretend to be together, maybe they’ll end up liking you back” Hinata suggested making a small smug grin as Tsukishima stops

You’ve finally reached the class you’ve been dreading to go to. As soon as you go in lo and behold he’s already there waiting, even patting the seat right next to him as if he saved it just for you. You took a deep breath before heading to your seat.

“You look troubled, something on your mind?” He asked

You wish he would just stop being so hyper-friendly with you and shut up

“Nothing’s wrong, I’m just tired” you faked a yawn

“Oh right! You must be exhausted from touring!” He chuckled at his idiocy making you sour

You, fortunately, got through the period and survived all his countless stupid questions. You rush quickly to get out but as you leave the door you get pulled by a familiar glasses wearer.

“Hey! Ever heard of a greeting!” You yell in annoyance as he continued to grab your hand ignoring whatever you said

“You’ll thank me later songbird” you frown at the nickname as Tsukishima drags you to a more secluded area

“What in the world do you want this time?” you asked in irritation as he lets go of your hand

“Is that guy still bothering you?” He asked ignoring your question

“Yuta? Yeah, wouldn’t stop berating me with questions” you rolled your eyes remembering the thought

“I’ll agree to that idiot’s plan” Tsukishima crossed his arms coldly

“Huh, which plan?” You questioned innocently

“For someone who has high grades you sure are stupid and forgetful” he smirked sarcastically as you glare “The fake dating thing idiot” He scoffed

“Really? Thank you!” You hug him tightly as he blushes madly “I don't think I could take his stalking anymore!” You tightened your hug even more as he tried pushing you away

“Maybe ask before you hug me?” Tsukishima grimaced as you let go

“Oh sorry!” You scratched the back of your neck blushing

Later that day others offered to help you make the plan as real as possible. A lot of arguing mostly between you and Tsukishima refusing to do “things that normal couples do”.

“Please complimenting her every minute is the last thing I’d do” Tsukishima scoffed

“Yeah that’s really cheesy” you rolled your eyes

“You guys said you wanted to trick him! You're gonna have to make cheesy sacrifices” Tanaka crossed his arms as the two of you sigh in annoyance

“The final step is kissing!” Hinata said excitedly

“NO!” You both yelled in unison

“Awww c’mon! If you both don’t wanna do anything we mention kissing would be more than enough” Hinata soured

“Don’t you think for fake dating that’s a bit too much” you reasoned out

“Y/N’s right kissing is overstepping it” Suga agreed as Hinata pouted and crossed his arms

“Then you’re gonna have to do everything else we’ve mentioned!” Noya smiled as you both sighed

The very next day you decided to take your plan into action

“When you both walk into school, hold hands!” Noya instructed as you sulk

“GO! GO! GO!” Noya shouted pushing the both of you into the school gates

Tsukishima nervously puts his hand on yours. His face goes beet red from getting to hold your hand.

“Your hand feels nice…” you smiled sweetly as his blush grows

“W-what the hell do you mean by that?” Tsukishima asked nervously

“Oh, I thought it would be salty and sour” you giggled as scoffed “But it’s soft… I like it” you smiled softly

“Your hand feels nice too… I guess” Tsukishima complimented

“Looks like we got the hand holding and complimenting down” you punch a fist in the air and smile, an action that Tsukishima couldn’t help but find cute

Your excitement comes to a close as you realize everyone in the hallway was watching you surprised at the both of you holding hands and having a normal conversation instead of arguing every five minutes

“Right! I forgot everyone in school’s gonna talk about this” you gulp in nervousness

“Not just the school, the whole of Japan” Tsukishima stated nonchalantly making you more nervous

“I’m sorry you're probably gonna get dragged around by the media after this” you said quietly playing with your hands

“Don’t worry it’ll be fine unlike you I can tell them to fuck off” Tsukishima smirked sarcastically as you pout

“That’s because you're a certified jerkwad” you cross your arms

“Well you’re gonna have to deal with it pipsqueak” he said as the smugness in his tone increasing

“Let’s just get to our first class!” You scowled as you both walk into your first class

You did everything the others instructed you to. You were sure Yuta saw what you both did since he never leaves you alone at school. The gossip between you two was the only thing the school would talk about. Your next class was the dreaded Math class. You were nervous as you didn’t know what to expect when you sat next to Yuta. Taking a deep breath you went in and sat next to him.

As expected he didn't talk to you for most of the period which made you worry. Usually, he’d annoy you to death berating you with questions, trying to get on your good side in hopes of having a chance with you. Your thoughts were interrupted when your classmate behind you asked a question

“Heya Y/N! Got a question” the girl asked as you turned around

“Is it true you’re dating Tsukishima? I was so sure you hated him” she chuckled as you felt the anger seething out of Yuta

“Yeah doesn’t he treat you like garbage?” Yuta interjected coldly

“Well he may be an annoying asshole but I kinda like that about him” you explain as the tint on your cheeks grows red “I guess he’s not good with showing how he really feels but… I know for sure he cares” you continue “Ohhh! I get it! You’re that kinda gal!” she lightly punched your arm as you giggled

“Yeah I guess so…” you murmured as you felt Yuta’s boiling anger but you chose to ignore it

The whole Math class felt like a breath of fresh air. You didn’t care if you just felt anger from your seatmate. You were finally free now from his stupid questions. After your class finishes you happily walked to lunch and sat next to your usual lunch buddies

“Someone’s in a really good mood” Yamaguchi smiled

“Yuta left me alone the whole class!” You exclaimed in triumph as everyone sighs in relief

“See! Our plan was foolproof!” Tanaka and Noya said proudly in unison

“Yeah, if it hadn't I would’ve beaten you both to a pulp” Tsukishima scowled

“Alright Mr. Salty Pants you need to calm down” you patted his shoulder as he rolled his eyes

“Don’t call me that pipsqueak” Tsukishima brushed your hand off

“Giving each other nicknames? Are you sure you guys are still fake?” Hinata whispered mischievously as you both blush

“I’ll just return to my food” you brushed Hinata off and started eating as Tsukishima quietly did the same

“At least they aren’t arguing anymore” Daichi sighed in relief

As soon as school finishes you wait at the gate for Tsukishima to be done practicing. You take a long sigh of relief. Besides dealing with the media and school your “stalker” would finally leave you alone. Or so you thought.

"Y/N!" you hear a voice call out as you turned to face them only to be surprised by an angry Yuta walking towards you

"Yuta? I thought you’d be home" by now you spoke innocently as his anger grows

"Cut the innocent bullshit! I know you both aren’t a thing" Yuta yelled coldly as he grabbed you

"Huh? What’re you talking about?" you chuckled nervously trying to push him away

"It was all to make me leave you alone right? C’mon, you really think I was that stupid?" He snickered loudly as you begin to tear up in fear

“Aww don’t cry you’ve got your “boyfriend” to save you- Oh wait he’s not really your boyfriend” he continued to laugh though he soon stopped as you heard the sound of a blow to his face

“Don’t touch someone who’s off limits” Tsukishima scowled angrily as you rushed to hug him tightly

“Don’t make me laugh I know it isn’t real” Yuta said as he got up

“You’re just whiny because unlike you I got their attention” Tsukishima smirked smugly as he received a blow from Yuta

“Tsuki!” You rushed towards his aid as he brushes you off

“Don’t worry I’ve been wanting to kick his ass for a while” Tsukishima said as he got ready to punch him again

“Stop! You’re only gonna get hurt!” You cried out as Yuta slowly approaches the both of you only for a familiar tangerine to drop kick Yuta onto the ground

“I’ve waited forever to do that!” Hinata smiled victoriously as Yuta gets up and runs away

“YEAH RUN YOU COWARD” Hinata yelled

“Where did you learn to do that?” You asked as he chuckled

“I’ve been practicing with Noya!” Hinata smiled as you ruffle his hair

“You should take Tsukishima to the nursing office. I'll head back and tell the others!” Hinata quickly said as he ran off

“You haven’t finished practice?” you look towards Tsukishima

“Yeah I needed to get something then I found you with him” Tsukishima explained

“Let’s just get you the nurse’s office” you said worriedly as you helped walk him to the nurse’s office

Luckily for the both of you the nurse’s office was empty which saved you both an explanation and or potential punishment. You ushered him to sit down as you grabbed the necessary items to treat his lip.

“I’m sorry” you mumbled quietly as soon as you finished treating his lip

“What for?” Tsukishima asked holding the ice pack on his lip

“For all of this the fake dating and dragging you into this” you look down as the guilt builds up

“You really don’t have to apologize for that after all I agreed to do this” Tsukishima placed his hand on yours to comfort you

“But you ended up getting hurt because of me” you began to tear up

“It doesn’t matter if I get hurt” he wiped the tears from your cheeks “I would protect you no matter what, whether we're together for real or fake because… I care about you…” he confided pulling you into a tight embrace

“Thank you” hugged him back tightly “y'know… we don't have to keep calling it fake” you smiled

“What do you-” he gave you a puzzled look as you interrupted hin

“We could do it for real if you want” you blushed shyly

“Yeah… I wouldn't mind that” he smiled

Kuroo

You were in the middle of doing your homework when Bokuto dragged you to come with him to his li’l hangout session in the park with Kuroo.

“Why did I have to come again?” you asked slightly annoyed

“Because Akaashi didn’t want to come” Bokuto frowned, “He said he was busy or something” Bokuto childishly crossed his arms

“Well couldn’t you go there alone? I was in the middle of doing my homework” you pouted

“C’mon! Don’t you wanna spend time with your favorite big brother and his friend!” He tried convincing you with his sad frown

“You’re my only big brother” you narrowed your eyes as his face brightens up

“So you agree?” he smiled triumphantly as you sighed in amusement. You did need a little break anyways

“Well then you’re gonna have to convince Akaashi to help me with my homework as a thank you” you tried to compromise as he nodded his head excitedly

“YEAH! WE GET TO HANG OUT AGAIN!” Bokuto hugged you tightly making you smile at his adorableness

“Alright you goof we don’t wanna keep Kuroo waiting” you patted his back making him release the hug as you both turned to leave

“THERE’S AN ICE CREAM TRUCK OVER THERE!” Bokuto yelled excitedly pointing at the ice cream truck at the front of the park

“LET’S GO!” He dragged you with him running a thousand miles per hour

You both ran to the ice cream shop, terrifying the people on the way and the worker from how fast Bokuto ran. You both bought ice cream for yourselves and Kuroo (which you paid for).

“You owe me two favors now” you warned as Bokuto continued eating his ice cream

“Thank you!” He smiled adorably making you sigh

“Don’t think your adorableness is getting you out of what you owe me” you glared

“Where’s Kuroobro” Bokuto looked around for his black-haired friend but to no avail

“Did he say he was already here?” you asked as Bokuto nodded

“If he doesn’t show up do I owe you an extra favor” Bokuto spoke timidly as you nodded making him gulp

Ironically right after he said that Kuroo appeared out of nowhere looking like he just killed someone

“KUROOBRO!” Bokuto yelled putting his hands on the air in excitement as Kuroo shushes him

“Not the time right now!” Kuroo whispered loudly as you and Bokuto look at each other tilt your head in confusion

“What’s wrong?” Bokuto whispered quietly as Kuroo dragged you both somewhere private near the tree area

“Will you just tell us what’s happening you whispered angrily” as he sighed

“While I was walking around waiting for you guys I met my ex near a bench” Kuroo explained

“Yeah and?” Bokuto asked naively as you elbowed his arm making him mutter an “ow!”

“Don’t you remember what happened Bo? You were the one who told me all this” you narrowed one eye as he looked at you dazed

“I kinda forgot about her” Bokuto shrugged as you and Kuroo both sigh

“Well my forgetful owl friend she’s still not over me and thinks we still have a chance even if i clearly showed that there is no chance whatsoever” Kuroo frowned

“Has she been following you since?” You asked as he nodded frustratedly sighing in the process “Yeesh” you patted his back

“Well if you don’t wanna see her we can just stay here I mean we’re all here anyways Bokuto sat down in the grass Ice cream?” Bokuto offered the ice cream you bought for Kuroo as he sat down “Let’s figure something out tomorrow” you offered as he smiled “You both owe me one afterall” you smirked eating your ice cream as Kuroo looks at you with confusion

“What?” Kuroo looked at Bokuto as he gave him an awkward smile

The next day Kuroo couldn’t practice properly thinking about what happened yesterday. It wasn’t long till his team noticed his change in behavior.

“Hey Kuroo, is there something wrong you're acting very off today” Inuoka asked

“Huh? Nothing’s wrong” Kuroo brushed off as he went to grab the ball

“Something is clearly wrong you aren’t playing properly” Yaku reprimanded as Kuroo rolled his eyes

“Nothing to be concerned about! Let’s get going!” Kuroo insisted

“For the last hour you haven’t practiced properly” Yaku glared “So tell us what’s wrong. Now” Yaku crossed his arms as Kuroo sighed deeply in response going over to the benches before he sat down

“When I went outside to hangout with Bokuto and Y/N, I met my ex” Kuroo explained quietly shocking everyone “Long story short, she’s not over me” Kuroo frowned

“Knowing her I wouldn’t be surprised if she enrolled here just to see you” Kenma spoke nonchalantly making Kuroo sweat

“That would be awkward especially if you have to share a class” Yamamoto added as Yaku elbowed him

“Let’s hope either of that doesn’t happen” Yaku sighed

“She’d be near impossible to get away from then” Inuoka said worriedly

“I would die if I saw her attending my games” Kuroo spoke deflated putting his hands on his head

“Let’s try to devise a plan after school we’ll have more time” Yaku suggested as he stood up “For now, you don’t have to force yourself to play in that kind of state” Yaku said empathetically

The whole practice Kuroo was moping around much to the dismay of his teammates. He thought the day wouldn’t get any worse until it was time for him to go home.

“Looks like I got through that pretty fine” Kuroo exclaimed proudly

“If acting mopey the whole practice was fine I don’t even want to know what would happen if you actually meet her” Yaku sighed

“Let’s hope that doesn’t happen” Inuoka said worriedly

“Don’t worry I just have to make it to my house! She’s not gonna appear anytime soon” Kuroo walked towards the gate but was stopped by Kenma pulling him

“Huh? What was that for–” Kuroo gave Kenma a confused look but his face immediately froze when Kenma pointed in front of him

“I think you jinxed yourself” Lev gulped sheepishly

“Did she actually enroll here?” Yamamoto gasped quietly as Kuroo’s ex walks over to them

“CRAP SHE’S COMING” they all panic internally

“Hey…” his ex said meekly making everyone sweat nervously

“What… what are you doing here” Kuroo slightly grimaced

“Oh i just… wanted to see how you were doing” she mumbled smiling awkwardly which slightly angered the team’s captain

“Didn’t I make it clear at the park already” Kuroo slightly snapped though remained composed as everyone looked at him

“Yeah! But…” she gets cut off by Kuroo’s sigh

“It’s over alright? Just leave me alone” Kuroo growing angry he quickly walked out of the gate while everyone followed him

During the walk home it was pure dead silence accompanied by the angry aura that radiated Kuroo. No one dared to ask if he was okay in fear of further pissing off the captain. The next day Kuroo along with Kenma went to the lockers before heading to class.

“Hey Kuroo sorry for not being to help you during that whole ordeal yesterday” Kenma apologized as he opened his locker

“Eh don’t worry about it” Kuroo shook his hand vertically “It’s not your fault she’s can’t take no for an answer” Kuroo sighed in annoyance as he opened his locker

The two boys then saw a letter inside the locker making them both groan

“You thinkin what I’m thinkin?” Kuroo gave a look of irritation getting a nod from Kenma as a response as he opened it

The letter contained a cringeworthy, half-assed apology going on and on and had endless paragraphs that the two boys didn’t even bother to read

“I’m not reading this shit” Kuroo crumpled the paper and threw it at a nearby trash can

“Looks like she really won’t leave you alone” Kenma stated nonchalantly making Kuroo sigh

“Yeah I need to break it to her delusional self fast” Kuroo huffed throwing his hands on his head in frustration

“Yeah you better get on that quickly” Kenma shook Kuroo’s shoulder and pointed into his classroom “Looks like she’s your new classmate” Kuroo’s eyes widened

“ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” Kuroo whined loudly

“Well good luck” Kenma waved goodbye as Kuroo nervously went inside the classroom

During the whole class Kuroo’s ex tried everything to try and talk to him. Even with Kuroo’s clear signs of rejecting her advances she still persisted. The whole ordeal lasted the whole class until he was finally able to get out to which he proceeded to go quickly to the gym.

“GUYS I NEED IDEAS NOW!” Kuroo yelled as he slammed the door open

“Yeah we heard from Kenma that you now share a class with her” Yaku sighed worriedly

“YEAH ON MY FAVORITE CLASS? THE ONLY ONE I’D ATTEND INSTEAD OF PRACTICING!” Kuroo moped and messed his hair in frustration

“Well you’re in luck!” A familiar booming voice was heard outside of the gym

“BOKUTO IS HERE TO SAVE HIS BRO!” Bokuto yelled excitedly as his other team went into the gym

“THANK YOU BRO” Kuroo went to the fellow ace and hugged him as his whole team sighed

“We’ll do that after our practice match” Akaashi reminded slightly deflating the both of them

After the two teams' practice match they decided to devise a plan once they headed to the bench. Kuroo took the time explaining what happened during his class.

“That girl is borderline obsessed with you” you gave a very creeped out face

“I know right! No matter how many times you say no or make it clear to her stupid brain she doesn't get it!” Kuroo's words seethed anger

“You could expel her from the school!” Bokuto suggested proudly

“That'd only solve his problem in school but not everywhere else” Akaashi stated making Bokuto sigh in defeat

“Why don’t you get a s/o? She’ll probably leave you alone if she sees you with someone else” Kenma nonchalantly suggested as he played on his console

“That’s a great idea!” Kuroo smiled victoriously

“You still need to find someone who’s nice enough to help your sorry self” Yaku sassed as Kuroo responded with a harsh glare

“Y/N can do it!” Bokuto pointed as Kuroo blushed

“Huh? Why me?” you made a grossed out face

“Cuz he’s my best friend! And he needs saving!” Bokuto reasoned

“That doesn’t answer my question” you crossed your arms

“Well… you're my sibling and you should help your big brother!” Bokuto responded as you narrowed your eyes

“I don’t think I have the time to have a relationship right now” you said making your brother frown

“It probably doesn’t have to be real” Kai put his hand on his chin “if you just make it believable enough to fool her that could work” your brother nodded to his statement

“Please” he looked at you cutely “Can you did it for your big brother and his helpless best friend” he continued as Kuroo scowled

“I can’t say no to that face” you sigh in defeat as Bokuto jumps up

“Another victory for Bokuto Kotaro!” Bokuto jumped around excitedly

“Y/N would work after all Kuroo does–” Kenma said before his mouth was covered by Kuroo

“Because you're also my friend, yeah!” Kuroo awkwardly smiled as you looked at him weirdly

“Let's start tomorrow then so we can get this done” you spoke to which Kuroo nodded

“Looks like your dream come true with my sibling is coming true” Bokuto whispered teasingly smiling as Kuroo shushed him

The next day after you finished school you headed to Kuroo’s school and waited outside the gate together with your brother.

“Bo you didn't have to come all the way here I can take care of myself” you said while you watched the students pass by

“Yeah but who would third wheel your date” Bokuto smiled mischievously It will make it more authentic he added

“You’re a really great friend to Kuroo” you smile which Bokuto returned with a big toothy one

“Heya guys!” Kuroo yelled from a distance as he ran over to the both of you “Shall we make Operation Get Rid Of My Ex a go?” Kuroo smirked as Bokuto nodded excitedly

‘This is gonna be so chaotic’ you thought

“Let’s go!” Bokuto grabbed all of you and you three were off

You went to a cozy cafe in Tokyo with a few people coming in and out

“Y’know for someone so obsessed with you it’s weird how she isn’t here yet” you spoke as you drank your coffee

“What if she doesn’t come! That would make everything a waste!” Bokuto pouted “Well except the food” he said in annoyance as he ate his croissant

“There’s no way she wouldn't know I was talking about it pretty loudly during lunch” Kuroo explained whilst he ate

“Well she’s here now” you pointed at the open door where Kuroo’s ex sneakily walked in with other customers

“Get into position!” Kuroo whispered as you all did as planned

“Is she watching?” Bokuto nudged Kuroo

“Yeah!” Kuroo replied

You and Kuroo did whatever couples did during dates whilst Bokuto made your stereotypical third wheel make an awkward date. Luckily you were able to play it naturally as you were already pretty close with Kuroo. You couldn’t deny that you found it cute how hard Kuroo was trying. He was very easy going and made sure to ask for your consent before doing something.

“I need to go to the toilet, I’ll be back” you stood up and left leaving the two boys

“I think you’re taking this way too seriously” Kuroo chuckled

“Not as seriously as you seriously enjoying this” Bokuto retorted making Kuroo blushed

“Listen when you decided to set us up you knew what you were doing” Kuroo fought back

“Well yeah! It’s a bros job to get him with the girl of his dreams” Bokuto laughed smugly

“Now you just sound dramatic” Kuroo rolled his eyes

“Maybe but you can’t deny you're enjoying this” Bokuto smirked

“Alright you got me there” Kuroo raised his hands as you came back

“Is the plan working?” you asked quietly

“Judging from how creepily she’s been keeping a close eye on us, yeah!” Kuroo smiled victoriously

“We just gonna continue from here then” you said

Kuroo’s ex followed you all everywhere keeping a close tab on you and Kuroo especially which made you very uncomfortable. The three of you both finished every activity you had planned for the day so you all opted to go home.

“Is she still following us?” Bokuto asked quietly

“Yeah I can feel her eyes on my back” Kuroo replied

“Still? She's so creepy man” Bokuto's face turned to disgust

“I feel bad that you had to go through this for the past few days” you patted Kuroo's back as he sighed

“Yeah it's like I get no privacy anywhere besides my house, everywhere I go she's there too”” Kuroo crossed his arms and pouted “Well I guess it’s more enjoyable cuz your here” Kuroo looked at you and smiled making your heart thump

“T-thanks” you said still dazed from what he said

“Hey! What about me!” Bokuto pouted which Kuroo laughed in response

“Of course you too bro!” Kuroo chuckled turning Bokuto’s frown upside down

“We’ll see tomorrow what she thinks” you said as you all reached Kuroo’s house

“Thanks again today was fun” you smiled making Kuroo slightly blush

“Yeah! My pleasure” Kuroo smiled back

The next day Kuroo went through the whole day without his ex bothering him which made him suspicious. But when he did see her in chemistry class she seemed quiet and was distancing herself from him which Kuroo couldn’t help but feel the intense wave of victory. You saw the joyous captain when he walked to you and Bokuto at the gate.

“Someone looks very happy today” you smiled as Kuroo greeted both of you

“She kept her distance the whole day! I say progress!” Kuroo almost squealed in excitement

“All in a day's work of The Best Ace Bokuto!” Bokuto smiled proudly

“Yeah that’s great!” you flashed a thumbs up

“We just need to seal the deal” Kuroo put his finger on his chin before his face lit up “Prom’s this weekend which I think is the perfect opportunity to do it” Kuroo explained “Can I go too! I wanna eat all the food!” Bokuto jumped in excitement which made you chuckle

“Yeah we can all go!” Kuroo gave a toothy smile

A few days before prom you were in the mall with Akaashi and Bokuto deciding which of the dresses you should buy

“Should I go for this one or this one?” you said holding two dresses

“We’ve been here for like… HOURS!” Bokuto complained as he fell back on the chair

“And? It’s a formal event that needs the proper attire! I need to look my best!” You defended hearing another complain from Bokuto

“Why do you care so much you didn’t care that much last prom!” Bokuto crossed his arms

“Is it because of Kuroo?” Akaashi asked innocently yet you felt there was more intention in his tone

“W’what? N-no?” You blushed hardly surprised from Akaashi’s question

“Looks like I hit a bullseye” Akaashi nonchalantly said

“You like Kuroo?” Bokuto stood up and looked at you

“No! I don’t! It’s just I wanna look my best to make it look real y'know!” You kept trying to defend yourself though Akaashi could see right through you

“You wanna look your best for Kuroo you mean” Akaashi teased to which you glare

“I never thought you’d like my bro!” Bokuto smiled excitedly

“Well, until now” Akaashi smirked which made you blush even more

“Just pick one I’m done with this conversion!” You pointed daggers at the two boys which made Bokuto snicker

It was the day of the prom and Kuroo was very nervous. Though it was only to get rid of his ex he felt that he’d actually taken you to prom and though he didn’t want to admit it but he really wanted to see what you’d look like in your prom dress.

“You look a little too excited” Yaku teased

“Well yeah! I’m actually going to prom with them!” Kuroo blushed “It still makes me sad though that all this is fake” Kuroo frowned his face darkened

“Well I guess you have to make the most of it right?” Kenma interjected hoping to cheer his best friend up

“You’re right” Kuroo smiled

“She’s here now!” Lev exclaimed making Kuroo shift back to nervousness

The door opened with Bokuto in a neat tux with a surprisingly formal hairstyle different from his spiked up hair but beside him was you in an elegant outfit also with a formal hairstyle

“Amazed? You should be! I picked it for them just for my best bro!” Bokuto bragged proudly

“You only picked it so we’d get out of the store” you chuckled as Bokuto shot a quick shush

“That doesn’t change the fact that you look pretty elegant” Kuroo scratched the back of his neck in shyness the team were smiling right next to him

“Well let's leave you both to it” Yaku grabbed the others giving the two alone space

“Well? Let’s get started” you smiled excitedly as you dragged Kuroo to the dance floor

You both couldn’t deny the fun you both had dancing and partying. You had to admit that this was the most fun you had with Kuroo. You felt saddened that after all this your “relationship” was going to end. Though you made sure you made the most out of the time you had left.

“I’m going to the restroom can you get me some more punch when I get back” you asked as Kuroo nodded

“Anything for you m’lady” Kuroo teased as you lightly slapped his shoulder

“Alright you big goof I’ll be off” you chuckled as you went to the bathroom

As Kuroo went to the area with he punch he noticed his ex walking towards him as he got some punch for the both of you making him sigh in annoyance

“What do you want” Kuroo said coldly “Don’t think I didn’t see you follow me a few days ago with my date” he glared putting emphasis on date

“I know but I just want you to give me one chance… just one” she pleaded

“Isn’t what you’ve seen already enough for you to leave me alone” Kuroo snapped

“You don’t have to pretend to be with someone just because you don’t wanna give me a chance” she said making Kuroo laugh

“I think you need to get your brain checked sweetheart you’re acting very cuckoo” Kuroo sneered

“We both know that date was one sided” she scowled taking him back “It’s sad that they pitied you that much that they’d agree to go to prom with you” she continued as Kuroo growed in anger

“And what? My feelings for them are real! So shove that chance you think you have in your ass!” Kuroo snapped slamming the table next to him “After all it's only good for pleasing other guys isn’t it” Kuroo glared intensely shocking his ex

“You–” She tried to speak out though she was interrupted by Kuroo

“Whether it’s real or not, they care more about me more than you ever have!” Kuroo scowled the argument grew more heated

“You know you don’t and won’t ever have a chance” she gritted her teeth

“Even so I’d rather chase someone who cares about me even only platonically then a cheating whore” Kuroo clenched his fist“Even if we’ll be stuck as friends forever I’ll live with that I’ll even push those feelings back” Kuroo tried holding his tears back as some began to fall

“Fine let it be that way” she said “Just know you’re pathetic especially for your feelings for them” she walked away leaving Kuroo alone

Unbeknownst to Kuroo you heard everything he said about you. You felt your heart rapidly thumping from everything he professed about you even more so at the thought that he felt those feelings for you and was willing to push them back for you just so you’d both stay as friends. As you were dazed however you noticed Kuroo looking at you.

“I… How long were you watching?” Kuroo sniffed

“Enough to hear the whole thing” you replied back quietly

“I see…” he looked down trying to wipe the tears

You felt the tension between the both of you grow bigger and bigger you had to say something

“Did you mean all the things you said to her?” You asked

“Yeah every single one” Kuroo nodded

“Even the part where you’d accept us just being friends” you played with your fingers

“Listen Y/N nothing’s gonna change I promise we can still be best friends and–” Kuroo stopped as he felt your soft lips press against his

“You don’t need to accept us just being friends, I want it to be more” you smiled brightly as he blushed

“Yeah I’d love that!” He spoke as he pulled you for another kiss though you both stopped as soon as you heard a loud YEAH!

“MY PLAN WORKED!” Bokuto let out a very mischievous laughter followed by Yaku punching his elbow

“You ruined their moment!” Yaku scolded

“Sorry I can’t help it!” Bokuto rubbed his elbow

“Well I’ll have to thank my best bro!” Kuroo cheered “I’M THE BEST BROTHER AND BRO IN THE WORLD” Bokuto yelled in joy with the biggest toothy smile

“Yeah you really are” you smiled brightly

It was the day before the long awaited Valentines day. The team was currently taking a break from their volleyball practice.

“Watcha getting Y/N for valentines day tomorrow?” Nishinoya asked curiously his face laced with a smug smile

“Huh get Y/N what?” Hinata replied full of confusion

“For Valentines Day! It’s tomorrow!” Nishinoya returned the look of confusion back

“WHAT IT’S VALENTINE’S DAY TOMORROW?” Hinata gasped in surprise earning a sassy “Idiot” from Tsukishima

“How do you not know that you’re their boyfriend” Kageyama gave the tangerine a disappointed look

“Because there’s only air, volleyball and stupidity inside that pea brain” Tsukishima snickered pissing off the usually happy go lucky middle blocker

“Calm down” Daichi sighed as Hinata grumpily sits down “You can think of a gift later after we’re finished with practice” Daichi continued as Hinata nodded

After practice the team decided to help the poor orange gremlin with the pursuit of finding the best gift for Valentines Day by taking him to the mall.

“What should I get Y/N for valentines day?” Hinata pondered as they walked throughout the mall

“Chocolates and flowers those are essentials so if you want a special one you’ve got to think bigger” Suga advised

The next day is the long awaited Valentines Day. Hinata decided to prepare immedietly going to surprise you before going to class. As he opened the locker he greeted with party poppers and a giant teddy bear which squashes him.

“WHAT THE HECK IS THIS!” Hinata yelled in surprise though the noise was suppressed from the bears weight and size

“SURPRISE! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!” you smiled brightly

“WHAT? WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?” He yelled unable to hear you

“Oh! Let me help you up!” you giggled pushing the bear aside

“What did you say earlier?” Hinata asked as you helped him get up

“Surprise Happy Valentine’s Day!” You smiled

“Thanks! This bear is huge!” he said excitedly

“Well I thought it be ironic to get you something so big since you’re pretty small” you teased making him pout

“I’m not small!” He argued making you laugh

Once you went to your locker you felt like you already knew what was gonna happen but you still opened the door

“HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!” Hinata yelled as you opened the locker making you scream in surprise

“Sorry did I scare you” Hinata chuckled as he helped you up

“I didn’t expect you to be in my locker I thought you’d be next to me” you chuckled still in a daze

“Well I wanted to give you a special gift for valentines day and what’s more special than me looking like a present!” Hinata explained excitedly as you scanned his clothes

His clothes were all in the theme of a gift as there was a hat on his head which looked exactly like the top of a present. Though you also saw some valentine theme on his clothes

“Oh that’s why you looked like that when you were at my locker” you chuckled

“I got you chocolates and your favorite flowers!” He smiled brightly

“Aww Thanks Shoyo! I love your gift!” you said tightly embracing the boy making his smile grow bigger

“You’re welcome!” He hugged back

“Wait I usually get chocolates and other stuff in my locker how’d you fit in all that?” You asked as the hallway goes silent

“I ate them all…” Hinata chuckled nervously making you giggle

“Hey Y/N can you go check up on Captain?” Yahaba said walking over to you

“Huh? Why?” You asked confused

“Well he’s been coughing and sniffing for the past hour” Yahaba explained

“He’s not listening to any of us not even when Iwaizumi threatened him to go home” Kunimi stated bluntly

“Oh really? That’s surprising” you giggled as you hear Iwaizumi clear his throat

“Can you tell him to go home? He’s getting on my nerves now” Iwaizumi scowled

“Will do Mr. Grumpypants” you said standing up walking over to Oikawa as Iwaizumi’s face reddens

“Mr. Grumpypants I like that name” Matsun smiled teasingly

“Don’t you fucking dare call me that again” Iwaizumi glared

“Mr. Grumpypants only let’s Y/N call him that” Makki said mischievously as Iwaizumi cracks his knuckles

“Alright Alright We’ll stop” Makki chuckled lightly

As you walked to Oikawa you noticed how tired and dishevelled he looked as he continuously tried hitting the ball to the wall but failing miserably

“Hey are you alright Oikawa?” You asked tapping his shoulder surprising the usually energetic boy

“Huh? Yeah! Perfectly fine!” Oikawa faked a smile but was interrupted by a hearty cough

“If you were perfectly fine you’d go home by the time Iwa told you to” you chuckled as you checked his forehead

“I don’t need to go home” Oikawa pouted

“Well you don’t have a choice your burning up” you said sternly as he sighed

“Fine, I'll go home,” Oikawa sniffed in annoyance. “But only if you take me home” Oikawa smirked

‘What? Why?” You gave him a confused look

“Well I’m sick so I shouldn’t go home alone” Oikawa reasoned out as his pout grew

“If it will stop you from forcing yourself to practice then fine” you rolled your eyes as you pushed him towards the door

“Thank you Y/N-chan” Oikawa smiled sweetly

“Yeah yeah just go ahead I’ll follow” you said walking over to get your bag

“Did you finally convince Captain?” Kindaichi asked

“Yeah but he won’t go home unless I come with him” you said as you grabbed your bag

“Oh he will go home once I smash my arm into his “precious face” Iwaizumi said very pissed off

“Hey you said you wanted him home” you shrugged as he scoffed

“I’ll be back once i get this crybaby home” you waved

“HEY! I’M NOT A CRYBABY” Oikawa yelled though getting a coughing fit right after

“I told you to go ahead” you scolded as you pulled his ear and walked outside the gym, the others hearing Oikawa’s cries as you both left.

“Crybaby” Iwaizumi scoffed as he stood up

“Looks like you’re about to be one without Y/N” Makki teased getting quickly shut up by Iwaizumi’s glare

As soon as you both walked to Oikawa’s house you opened the door for him as he proceeded to lay down on his couch.

”Alright I brought you back to your house I’ll be going now bye” you said as you were about to close the door but you were interrupted by Oikawa’s whines

“Can’t you stay a little longer Y/N-channn” he whined

“I have a practice to attend to and you said only until you get home” you reminded

“B-but I’m alone” he cried out

“Where are your parents” you said in a fed up voice

“They’re outside” he sniffed

You really couldn’t leave him who knows what stupidness the idiot stick will get into so you took a deep breath

“Fine I’ll stay” you sighed loudly

“Thank you Y/N-chan! You’re the best” he said running up to you and hugging you

“You’re such a crybaby y’know that?” You smiled softly

“Yeah but at least I get to hang out with you more” Oikawa said smugly as his hug tightened

“At this right I’m gonna get sick” you sighed

It’s been an hour since you left with Oikawa to go to his house. Iwaizumi knows it wouldn’t take that long to get to his house as a result he started getting worried that something happened to you.

“Earth to Iwaizumi” Makki waved in front of Iwaizumi quickly snapping his thoughts

“You’ve been missing your spikes incase you haven’t noticed” Matsun pointed out

“Sorry” Iwaizumi replied bluntly

“You thinkin about Y/N aren’t you” Makki said

“They have to be back by now it doesn’t take an hour to get from here to Oikawa’s house” Iwaizumi said with a hint of worry in his voice

“Well they’re with Oikawa you’re never on time with that idiot” Matsun stated

“No I know but what if something happened to them” Iwaizumi said looking at the ground

“I’ll call them if it will help you focus alright?” Makki said as he dialed your number

“Iwaizumi seems like he’s only worried about Y/N” Watari chuckled

“Oikawa’s always been a pain in his ass even in middle school” Kunumi stated straightforwardly

“Hello?” You answered the call as Makki put his phone on speaker

“Hey Y/N where are you right now?” Makki asked

“Huh oh Oikawa’s house why?” You said in a confused voice

“Well your boyfriend’s worried about you” Matsun said earning a glare from Iwaizumi

“Why are you at his house shouldn’t you be back here?” Iwaizumi questioned

“Well Oikawa kept crying and begging me to stay and I accepted since he’s home alone and who knows what stupidity this idiot will get into if he’s sick and home alone” you explained as you sighed

“Hey I heard that” Oikawa yelled quietly as he started coughing

“Aww did I hurt the whiny baby’s feelings” you said sarcastically as you see him pout

“Well your boyfriends also being very whiny here without you” Makki said as he was lightly punched by Iwaizumi

“I really don’t have a choice because he’s holding me tightly” you sighed as you feel Oikawa’s grip tighten

“They’re not leaving until my parents come home” Oikawa whined loudly

“Oh yeah maybe If I come over there and sink my arm into your face they will” Iwaizumi yelled furiously

“Calm down” Makki said taking the phone off Iwaizumi’s hand

“Don’t worry Iwa it’s only for today I’ll make it up to you tomorrow” you said in a soft voice calming him down

“Fine” he huffed in annoyance as he hears Oikawa blowing a raspberry at him

“I FUCKING HEARD THAT” Iwaizumi yelled as the 1st and 2nd years hold him back as they were interrupted by the sound of a harsh smack

“Ow! That hurt a lot, Y/N-chan!” Oikawa cried as he started tearing up

“IS HE ACTUALLY CRYING?” Makki bursted out in laughter Matsun soon following

“Yeah he is and I didn’t even hit him that hard” you shrugged

“YOU DID!” Oikawa whined loudly as Matsun and Makki’s laughter grew

“Alright talk to you tomorrow I have to deal with something” you said as you ended the call

“Stop being such a whiny baby and go sleep” you said as you went into a sleeping position

“You’re just as mean as Iwa-chan” Oikawa sniffled as he tightened his grip making you sigh

You’re gonna have one hell of an uncomfortable night

The next day at school Iwaizumi saw how Oikawa was perfectly fine and fully recovered though you were nowhere to be found which greatly concerned the ace. You weren’t in any of your shared classes with him which made him stress out even more. Finally at practice when he noticed you still weren’t there he decided to go up and ask Oikawa if he knew your whereabouts.

“Hey Shittykawa where’s Y/N” Iwaizumi said grumpily

“First off wow so rude I just recovered from being sick” Oikawa gasped dramatically

“Just answer the goddamn question” Iwaizumi scowled

“They had to… Go do something…” Oikawa lied nervously

“Since the start of school?” Iwaizumi narrowed his eyes

“Yeah! They walked with me to school and they said they had to do something!” Oikawa explained sweating nervously in the process

“You are such a liar” Makki rolled his eyes as Oikawa sent a quick glare

“You better tell me where they is right now” Iwaizumi threatened

“Alright Alright! But you promise not to kill me” Oikawa said nervously covering himself with his arms

“Spit it out already!” Iwaizumi retorted angrily

“They’re sick alright! Here's your answer!” Oikawa rolled his eyes gulping quickly as soon as he saw the intense look from his spiky haired best friend

“You have about three seconds to run” Matsun smirked

“WAAAAAAH I’M SORRY” Oikawa yelled as he was being chased around by Iwaizumi

“YOU’RE GONNA GET PAYBACK FOR PURPOSELY TRYING TO SPEND TIME WITH THEM AND GETTING THEM SICK” Iwaizumi yelled his voice booming through the gym

“THEY’RE MY BEST FRIEND TOO!” Oikawa defended only making Iwaizumi more pissed off than he already was

“Hey hey record it quickly! Y/N's gonna love it when they feel better” Makki smirked devilishly as Matsun recorded the two's shenanigans

Meanwhile not only were you exhausted from taking care of a gigantic baby all night you also caught his sickness. Fortunately for you, before Oikawa's parents left they allowed you to stay at his house and offered to take care of you, a thank you for taking care of their son.

“No wonder why Oikawa wanted me to stay with him being sick alone is awful” you thought to yourself though the thoughts disappeared as you hear a knock on your door

“It's open!” You yelled too tired to get up

The door quickly opened and you see a worried Iwaizumi dragging a beat up Oikawa

“Y/N! Are you okay?” Iwaizumi said as he rushed towards your side

“Yeah I'm fine” you smiled weakly

“No you're not you're burning up” Iwaizumi said checking your forehead

“Well I guess I'm a little exhausted” you said quietly as your headache came back

“Aren't you supposed to be in practice?” You said worriedly

“If you're worried that we're missing practice, it's fine coach excused us anyways” Iwaizumi said as sits beside you holding your hand

“Y/N-CHAN! IWA-CHAN BEAT ME UP ON THE WAY HERE” Oikawa cried as he rushed towards you hugging you

“Keep holding them and I won't hesitate to do it again” Iwaizumi glared his overprotectiveness making you giggle

“SEE HE'S ABOUT TO HIT ME AGAIN” Oikawa whined loudly as he tightens his grip

“You deserve it you're the reason why I was alone here” you rolled your eyes

“At least my parents took care of you!” Oikawa defended making Iwaizumi scoff

“Well now it's your turn to take care of me” you smirked as Oikawa pouts

“No need he can barely take care of himself” Iwaizumi said getting up “I'll go make you some soup and get you water” he said walking to the kitchen

“HEY! I can very much take care of myself!” Oikawa said as he followed

“You're just gonna make them feel worse if you help” Iwaizumi scowled

“Excuse me?!” Oikawa gasped

“Hey! Stop with the senseless banter” you reprimanded quickly coughing in the process

“You should be resting” Iwaizumi reminded

“Yeah! Get back to the coach and let the big boys take care of you” Oikawa crossed his arms

“I think I should be the one taking care of you two big babies” you retorted making them both scoff

“If you really don't trust us you're welcome to rest over there” Oikawa said pointing at the empty chair

“Don't include me with a whiny baby like you” Iwaizumi scoffed as he turned on the stove

“I'M NOT A WHINY BABY” Oikawa yelled angrily

“This is gonna end in a disaster” you sighed tiredly

Tsukishima

You were at the auditorium currently rehearsing for the upcoming cultural festival that you and the other music club members were assigned to perform for.

“Y/N-chan!!!” You hear a familiar orange tangerine call out to you after hearing the doors burst open making you scream

“Oh sorry!” Hinata said as he hugged you tightly

“What are you doing here? Don't you have practice?” You asked as you returned the hug

“Nope! We’re done since it’s already late” Hinata replied back enthusiastically

“Oh! I’ve been practising for so long i’ve lost track of time” you chuckled

“Don’t you think you’d notice that you’re the only one here” Tsukishima stated blankly as he entered the auditorium

“Well they did say they’ve been practising for hours” Kageyama pointed out

“They aren’t blind even when they’re practising” Tsukishima rolled his eyes receiving a glare from Kageyama

“Did you wake up at the wrong side of the bed this morning you’re more grumpier than usual” you chuckled lightly

“Yeah he’s been so moody since earlier this morning” Hinata whispered

“I’m right here you know” Tsukishima glared at Hinata “Don’t you think you’ve been overworking yourself lately” Tsukishima crossed his arms

“Well… The cultural festival is a big event for our school you defended

Your health should come first, have you been taking breaks?” Tsukishima said narrowing his eyes

“Water breaks?” You asked innocently as his face shifts into disappointment

“Fine you got me there” you conceded

“Y/N-chan don’t overwork yourself too much! You might get sick! You don’t wanna get sick if it’s so important to you!” Hinata said worriedly looking adorable in the process

“I’ll keep that in mind from now on” you smiled softly

“Yeah so salty won’t be so moody in the morning” Kageyama side eyed

“Shut up” Tsukishima spat back as he stormed off

“See he’s very moody” Hinata pouted

“Clearly Kageyama” pouted along with Hinata

“I'll go make sure he doesn’t rub salt on anyone else” you chuckled as you go after Tsukishima

You ran all the way to the school gates where you found your salty boyfriend

“Hey Tsuki, wait up!” You said chasing after him as he stops walking

“What?” He said coldly looking at you

“Hey hey hey don’t be so grumpy you said softly” as he scoffed

“You act as if I don’t care about you” he scowled

“Aww so you do care about me” you smile jokingly as he sends a glare “Alright alright… Thank you” you smiled softly as he blushes madly

“Just… Don’t overwork yourself, please?” He said quietly

“Okay! I promise!” You smiled brightly “And sorry about making you worry” you said scratching your neck

“It’s fine… Sorry for how I acted earlier” Tsukishima apologised quietly

“It’s alright I don’t mind” you smile as he slowly leans closer to you

“YAY THEY MADE UP” Hinata jumped in joy as Tsukishima’s face completely shifts

“YOU BLEW OUR COVER” Kageyama yelled at Hinata as they both looked at Tsukishima with fear

“Why don’t we all just go home after a long day” you said pecking Tsukishima’s check as he blushes madly making the tangerine smile smugly

“You both are safe for now” Tsukishima glares at the two before Hinata runs up to you

“Y/N-chan can you sing the song that you’re gonna sing at the festival?” Hinata asked making a cute face

“Hmm? Sure I don't mind” you smiled as Hinata jumped in joy

“You are such a child” Tsukishima grumbled in annoyance

“Maybe this song will stop you from being a grouch” you smiled teasingly as you began to sing

After the song you made the tangerine completely swoon over your voice

“Woah your voice is super amazing!” Hinata said excitedly as Kageyama nodded along

“They’re the president of the music club what did you expect” Tsukishima scoffed

“Shut up! You enjoyed it too!” Hinata retorted back as a faint pfft can be heard from Tsukishima

“If you ask nicely I’ll sing it again” you smirked as Tsukishima rolled his eyes

“Oh! I want another one!” Hinata raised his hand excitedly

“They need to rest their voice, idiot! They’re already overworked themself!” Kageyama scolded harshly

“Oh right” Hinata scratched the back of his head

“It’s alright it gave me more practice for the song” you smiled brightly

“Stop dismissing the immaturity of that small runt” Tsukishima scowled making the tangerine pout

“As if you’re any better! What about when you swoon over–” Hinata retorted getting interrupted by Tsukishima’s hands covering his mouth

“Don’t speak of it” Tsukishima said infuriated

“All right settle down you two let’s all take a rest home” you said getting in between them as they both pout and cross their arms

The next day went pretty normally until hometime where the team finished their practice early. Tsuki and the others decided to take this opportunity to come see you practice your performance. Upon reaching the auditorium however he wasn’t greeted with your usual soothing voice instead there was no one to be seen in the auditorium except a few performers cleaning up.

“Y/N-chan’s not here” Hinata pouted sadly

“Yeah and Tsukishima doesn't seem to happy about it” Nishinoya smirked smugly

“Shut up” Tsukishima spat as he went up to one of the performers

“Now he’s Grumpyshima” Hinata said in annoyance as Nishinoya nodded along

“Hey where’s Y/N?” Tsukishima asked one of the performers

“Oh Y/N? I last saw them backstage” the performer replied

“Thank you” Tsukishima said quickly bowing before heading backstage

“Wait for me!!” Hinata ran towards backstage following the usually salty fellow

They finally found your room and once they opened it they saw you sleeping peacefully on your vanity

“Shhh They’re asleep” Hinata whispered making the salty blonde roll his eyes

“Wake them up they’re gonna be left alone” Tsukishima whispered loudly

“Huh? Why me?” Hinata said angrily but quietly

“Because I said so” Tsukishima retorted back making the tangerine pout as he tiptoed his way to you

Once he was beside you and after he observed your sleeping figure he shook you violently

“WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!” Tsukishima yelled quietly pulling the tangerine away as you screamed in surprise

“WAAAH WHAT’S GOING ON?” You screamed in fear as you made weird arm gestures

“Nothing’s going on, this idiotic moron decided to shake you violently” Tsukishima said pissed off

“What you said you wanted me to wake them up” Hinata shrugged as Tsukishima looked at him questioningly “Anyways what are you doing here Y/N-chan? I thought you’d still be practising” Hinata questioned tiling his head

“Oh I guess I got tired so I fell asleep” you chuckled tiredly

“Are you sure? Usually you’d just shrug off that kind of tiredness” Tsukishima narrowed his eyes

“I mean you did tell me not to push myself, I kept my word” you yawned

“Yeah! Do you want them to push their limits again” Hinata pouted angrily

“No it’s just weird” Tsukishima sighed defeatedly

“Well if you’re done with practising let’s go out!” Hinata smiled excitedly

“Well It would help me rest my vocals… Sure why not” you smiled back as Hinata jumped in joy

“You’re such a child” Tsukishima scowled

“Because he’s my son” you defended hugging the deflated tangerine

You and the team decided to go out for dinner. It was pretty normal until you felt a minor headache and started coughing which they paid no mind until it turned into coughing fits.

“Hey Y/N are you okay?” Yamaguchi asked worriedly patting your back

“Yeah I think i ate something bad earlier” you faked a smile

“Does eating bad food make you cough a lot?” Hinata thought placing his hand on his chin

“No it doesn’t unless you starting coughing blood in which that would be food poisoning” Sugawara stated

“Y/N is something wrong?” Kiyoko asked her face laced with concern

“No I’m fine” you continued to fake a smile as your headache grows worse

“Are you sure” Kiyoko asked again

“Yeah let’s just go eat, I'm starving” you said quickly as you walked into the restaurant though as soon as you entered you felt your whole world turn dark. Upon seeing this Tsukishima dashed quickly to your aid and grabbed you before you fell on the floor which shook you awake.

“You are definitely not okay” Kageyama said as Hinata looked at him with confusion

“THANK YOU CATHERINE OBVIOUS!” Hinata yelled at the blue haired setter

“IT’S CAPTAIN OBVIOUS STUPID!” Kageyama yelled back as Suga and Daichi facepalm from their childishness

“You’re burning up I told you something wasn’t right” Tsukishima reprimanded

“SHOULDN’T WE TAKE THEM TO THE HOSPITAL?” Nishinoya panicked

“I’m sure it probably isn’t something bad” Yamaguchi chuckled nervously trying to cheer everyone up

“THEY ALMOST FAINTED!” Tanaka joined in the panicking

“Stop yelling it’s because they’ve been pushing themselves again” Tsukishima scowled

“No wonder why we saw them sleeping in the dressing room” Hinata pointed out “You must’ve felt dizzy or tired” Hinata said sadly

“We’re going home” Tsukishima said as he lifted you up to carry you

“But dinner!” You pouted as the whole team facepalmed

“We’ll just bring it to you home please just go home Y/N” Daichi sighed

“Okay fine but you need to give me the food!” You demanded

“Jesus you just collapsed get your mind straight” Tsukishima scolded as you crossed your arms

“Them and their food” Sugawara chuckled

“I’m surprised they haven’t died from prioritizing food over their life” Daichi sighed heavily

“Let’s just go eat before they run back here” Sugawara said as everyone headed inside

Tsukishima carried you all the way home. He also scolded you on the way though you paid no attention nor you remember since you fell asleep half way. Once you reached home he opted to put you in your bed to rest comfortably. You woke up to the sound of him lightly knocking on the door.

“Sorry for waking you but you need to eat something” Tsukishima said blankly as he handed you a bowl of soup

“Oh thank you” you blushed shyly as you took the soup from his hands as he sat next to you quietly whilst you fed on your soup

“Sorry…” you said quietly as he looked at you in surprise

“What are you sorry for?” Tsukishima gave you a questioning glance

“I kept pushing myself even if I promised not to” you began tearing up making him feel intensely guilty

“Hey baby don’t cry” Tsukishima comforted you hugging you tightly “I’m sorry for the way I acted I didn’t mean to sound mad or anything I was just worried” Tsukishima said softly as he wiped your tears

“I know you aren’t mad it’s just… The pressure I’m in” you looked down sadly. “I really do want to take a break but it’s hard when everyone always looks forward to what we do and I have to keep up with everyone’s expectations…” you explained as more tears fell

“I know you don’t want to disappoint the school or anything but your health should always come first” Tsukishima said firmly making you nod “But I will admit I am one of those people who really want to see you perform” he admitted shyly looking away making you smile

“Really? Thank you I thought you never did” you smiled brightly making his face beet red

“Of course I would why I wouldn’t I” Tsukishima scowled

“I’m just kidding” you giggled Thank you “Tsuki for staying with me” “you hugged him tightly

“I’m your boyfriend I’d do anything to keep you safe” Tsukishima returned with an even tighter hug

“But what about the event! It’s tomorrow!” you realized slightly panicking

“Right… That” Tsukishima sighed “Well if there’s no choice I could go” Tsukishima looked down blushing madly

“Huh? Really?” You gasped in surprise

“Well, didn't you teach me how to sing? I’ve also heard that song a million times, so…” Tsukishima spoke shyly

“I’d love to hear you sing!” you tried hiding your obvious excitement

“No you’re staying home with your parents” he reprimanded

“You’re no fun” you pouted laying down on the bed

“TSUKISHIMA’S GONNA SING?!” Hinata gasped loudly as the whole team facepalmed

“YOU BLEW OUR COVER AGAIN!” Kageyama yelled at the tangerine

“I’m only doing it because it’s that important for Y/N” Tsukishima glared angrily “A knock would’ve been nice” the look on anger on Tsuki’s face was immense

“How’d you get in” you tilted your head

“You left the door unlocked” Daichi sighed

“Didja bring the food?” You asked like a dog waiting for food

“Yeah we’d never hear the end from you if we didn’t” Suga chuckled handing the food to you

“Oh great! I’m starving!” you smiled chowing down of the food

“That’s cuz you barely eat the soup I gave you” Tsukishima scowled

“Looks like she’s getting a head of themself” Yamaguchi chuckled “It’s gonna be fun hearing you sing tomorrow” Yamaguchi continued

“If I catch any of you record it I will end you all” Tsukishima threatened as Tanaka and Nishinoya snickered

“I think you should be more concerned how much she’s eating” Asahi smiled nervously as you feasted upon the food

“I can’t catch a break with any of you” Tsukishima sighed
