Anime heritage

This week I have been in intensive study over my own heritage. Anime heritage that is because I believe that Son Goku is an anime god so to speak and that I should be like him. after coming to this conclusion I have decided to go through intense training to gain the martial ways.

So basically this guy that I go to school with had to do a video about this academy called the CTE Academy, which is ridiculously far from our own and takes up three class periods, with you only earning one credit. He was told to make a video to promote this academy. He made this.

this woman obviously didn't study martial arts like those studied in japan otherwise she would have been able to grab what she needed and save everyone in the building before talking to the press

bakusaiga is without a doubt one of the strongest and deadliest weapons in the seires howwever i would never entrust it with one such as seshomaru as his practices would weaken the blade. a blade unbound by honour is a dull one indeed

hookswords are definitely an innovative fighting style truely a new twist on and old classic however with any newfangled technology must come a skeptical glance lol

for one the blades are chained together which means they would be difficult to use in a standard bushido style however it would allow for a duel blade spin assault xP definitely not a weapon for a beginner but a fascinating look at history nonetheless, otaku much?

I have never been popular, I’m not tumblr famous, and I’m not the most amazing cosplayer…. but I’m okay with it not being “perfect”. coming on here and seeing the support and reblogs and likes and getting the occasional message all make me feel so special and wonderful. I really do appreciate it.

When I was in middle school, I was bullied because I was just a little different. I was quirky. I didn’t have pin straight hair, or 20 different vera bradley purses, or cute black shoes, or functional side bangs. I had tangly hair, a purse I found at walmart, clunky shoes, and  part that went down the center of my scalp. When I finally got those things I thought I needed, nothing changed…the popular girls still didn’t like me, the boys still hated me. I still felt unwanted.

Mom would always tell me that I would find my niche one day.

About a year ago and a half ago, I found comics. I really didn’t start reading them until September of last year, and that’s when it really exploded. I had had an incident in the year before that, in January. I got sick with the stomach bug, and I developed pretty bad anxiety issues. I found comfort in Oracle, a character that I felt I could relate to, in some sense. See, after she was shot, she kinda stayed cooped up in her house for about 6 months (except for when her dad made her go out) until she became Oracle. Although it basically took me a year to get out of my funk, I felt like I found my “oracle”, I guess. I found my niche.

And I fit right in…

this method of darakaju is effective in many situations if you can weild it with one hand you are truly a master. also as a side note this is an unrealistic portrayal as blade that trunks uses is not on par with the eastern blade such as daisho and katana it wouldn't have broken on 18's arm if he had a proper sword xD

these guns are the only guns I would find acceptable. The blades on the guns allow for a stab and shoot attack the 1800's style of weapon allows for the only western ergonomic grip. this is one of the few things i find exeptable from western society.

truely majestic blade showing indeed that the japanese are master craftsmen :D i would be very surprised to see this level of mastery in western socities yes europeon blades may be strong and heavy but they cannot the bleeding edge of the daisho blade
