yesterday i b&p, and idk i just loved it , I've missed that felling of being empty and I loved it, I just did, and my co-workers telling me everyday that I've lost  weight and that it shows idk it just makes me happy and i just want to continue. i am going to continue. wish me luck, I've gained about 20 kg by now i think I'm at 89 or 90 kg. ill  have this goal to lose about 10 kg every month until i cant no more. so let do this. w

Did anyone else go through a random recovery where your mental health just improved in general which allowed you to kick your ED mentality to the curb and see through body dysmorphia but then gained a decent amount of weight making you unhappy with your body and reverting back to ED habits even though you don’t have the same obsession anymore and now feel like you don’t really have an ED anymore because it’s not that bad you just have disordered eating and also kinda wish your mental health would just fuck up so you could at least go back to being a real Anorexic/bulimic ect. Because boy this feels shit and confusing and I really do feel like I’m faking it now.

Todays workout when reqky well lost 200 cal only by running / walking fast, and another 200 just by working / walking a lot at work, and, another 200 by doing exercises se you tomorrow 😘

2 dl. Of gluten free and carb free green pasta, with some 1 dl. Of home made white saus that tastes fantastic, about 300 cal. Dinner, today's breakfast was 3 boiled eggs about 70×3 cals and a glass of orengjuice 43 cal and a cup of coffee with oute milk about 20 cal

All in all I would have about 580 cal today 💕
