So, random thoughts about the recent update on EN. (I don't know what's happening on JP server, so please don't tell me anything.)

I was thinking.... Maybe it's because I'm tired.... (2 hours of sleep), but I had a thought. What if Malleus just wins? Even if only briefly.... like he actually manages to engulf the entire world with his sleep curse. (Ahem, blessing.) I mean, how are we.....

Supposed to stop that.

I.... I don't think fighting is the answer here... I really dont.... Malleus is the next thing right under omnipotent. He's not quite there... but dang! What the heck man! What is going on in your head!? You're so weird it's actually intriguing. I want to know what he's thinking, because this plan of his is just ridiculous! Ridiculous in the sense that there's no way his plan can actually pan out the way he wants it to forever. Like, 1000 years of sleep huh? What do you think will happen when you allow everyone to wake up? Or.... you gonna change your mind and just keep them asleep longer? You're not giving everyone their dreams. You're dangling it in front of them like a carrot on a stick. Making them think they have what they want, only for it to be stripped from them one day. But hey, at least you get to keep Lilia, right? I get it. He's hurting. And he's acting pretty desperate. I'm going to ask the same question I have asked before. How much is the blot affecting his mind? Morphing in with his thoughts to help him believe that this is rational? He wants something so simple and innocent, but is going about it in an incredibly selfish way.

In the original case of Maleficent, she is defeated by a sword stabbing into her heart.... I hate to say it, but there's only two ways to stop Malleus at this point. Either manage to talk him out of it, or killing him. Yeah, it hurt to type that. But I'm just typing the facts. There is no way we'll be defeating him the way we did with the other overblotters. Which is how I got the idea of, what if he "wins". At least the type of win where everyone feels like they're all doomed and all hope is lost right before someone figures out a way to stop him. I know from Malleus' perspective at the moment, he's already won.

Y'know, my blog name has become Ironic now. I named it 'Once Upon A Wonderland Twists into A Dreamland' because I decided it sounded cool, and I wanted a blog name that had a meaning behind it. The "Once Upon a" part alluding to the fact that a lot of fairy tales start with "once upon a time". Though I believe half of the tales Twist takes from technically don't start like that. But y'know... popular trope.... and then the "Wonderland" part in my blog name because: "twisted wonderland". Now the "twists into a Dreamland" part came about because I had thought of make-believe worlds that we find ourselves going to as a sort of Dreamland. A place to escape to for a while.... (also I wanted "Twist" somewhere in the title.) Hence the name: Once Upon A Wonderland Twists Into A Dreamland. Now it seems my blog name has predicted what happens in book 7.... 🤣 I don't know. I like ironic stuff like this. It's funny.

Finally! Finally! A fight between characters that Malleus wasn't a part of. Wow, that took a while to happen..... This time it was Ace and...... huh.... y'know I was so estactic that Malleus wasn't in the fight, that I've completely forgotten who Ace was fighting with... But it wasn't "Hornton Hears a Who" this time. So now I can finally stop keeping track. Malleus vs Ortho still has the most points for fighting though....

Caught Malleus fighting Ortho again...

Y'know what? After this point... imma start keeping tally...... Let's see how many times Malleus and Ortho keep going at it....

Oh, but today, I did get a surprise, kind of...

Yep, now He and Deuce are going at it.... Can't we all just get along.....

In other news, I ended up getting Idia on the tsums banner. So..... whoohoo!

Now I will be keeping count on this post how many times Malleus and Ortho get into fights over the course of a few weeks.... because it's usually them.... so far we're at 4.

Me just realizing that the countdown dial in the game is the design of a clock.

Look, I never paid attention to it before, okay.... Wow, how did I never notice this detail before.... I really like the little details of the design of everything.

Okay, so... I felt like drawing the hand in the mirror and making an ink drawing for practice.....

I think it turned out alright, but I'm not sharing it merely to share it. I noticed something while drawing it.

I've seen some speculation in the fandom as to whose hand it is being displayed in the mirror. Now I will concede that I may be wrong on this, but it really does just look like Crowleys hand.

Oh wait, my apologies. Allow me to illuminate this object.

That, to me at least, looks like the cuff of a dress shirt, the cuff of his jacket sleeve, were he to ever put his arms through the sleeves, and an ungloved hand.... (and minus his fake "claws")

Without fail, Malleus has been getting into fights in the guest room every time..... Thinking of revoking his visitation rights. And it's usually with Ortho! Like what did he do!?

(Possible Spoilers for those who haven't seen the latest Book 7 Update on EN)

Is Malleus in at Least Some Control of his Overblot?

Or maybe the title should be.... did he allow himself to overblot? Here, we can clearly see that he noticed something. You can't tell me that he hasn't noticed blot accumulation....

And in his over blot form.... and everything leading up to it.... compare the other overblotters to him.....

I know the vid is a little long.... But looking at all of the overblots..... Malleus is the only one, so far, who's voice doesn't change or intermingle with the blot phantom that is supposed to appear behind them once they enter evil berserker mode. Except.... that's another thing.... he definitely lost it emotionally, but it doesn't seem like the blot has glazed over him mentally if that makes sense..... This is quite bizarre as this hasn't happened before.... I wonder just how much of himself is he in control of.... Is he in control enough that he's perfectly aware of what he's doing? Or is he taken over enough by the influence of the blot that he believes he's the one in control?

So, Ortho has suggested that perhaps the mirror in Ramshackle is accidentally working like a viewglass. So, I've decided to try going through the whole game and seeing if I can pick up on any patterns. I've taken the liberty of taking screen shots that I feel are.... relevant enough to try figuring out what's going on.
