I'd say Magical Girl and Moon Milk are easily my most wearable scents. They're great on their own but also layer well with any of my other scents or anyone else's scents for that matter.

Otherwise I'd say Dream Eater or Gourmandy Peach 💝🐰

In case you wanted to know, the new "Top 5" Best Sellers as per 2022 were:

Dream Eater: Freshly baked bread with a warm vanilla drizzle and fat sugar crystals sprinkled on top, hints of creamy coconut and faint whiffs of cedar and moss.

Gourmandy Peach: Delicious, ripe peaches covered in melted marshmallow and soaked in condensed milk.

Magical Girl: Sweet, toasted marshmallow.

Moon Milk: Creamy vanilla cake and ice cream with a crispy cinnamon waffle cone.

Timid Kitten: Italian sugar cookies dunked in a lavender latte, made with coconut milk and honey, whilst snuggled up in a freshly laundered sweater.​

All Samplers in the 5 Piece listings have been changed to reflect this along with the scents that were discontinued being changed out for something else.

Bubble Tea Sprites: Honeydew, strawberry, and white rabbit taffies with taro bubble tea.

Clowning Around: Fresh, buttered, caramel popcorn, salty peanuts, tufts of blue cotton candy, and taffy apples.

Enchanting Blood: Refreshing lime, lemongrass, grated ginger, and green tea.

Floralia: Sweet magnolia, peonies, acai flowers, fresh arugula, and basil.

Hinokami Kagura: Burning wood, cool spearmint, fir trees, incense consisting of ginger, clove, lavender, anise, and sandalwood.

Moon Dust: Peach nectar, tart raspberries, buttercream frosting, magnolia blooms, sponge cake, whispers of honeysuckle and jasmine.

Set Your Heart Ablaze: Fresh orange, peppercorn, toasted rice, a cinnamon glaze, aged oak, and vanilla musk.

I'm going to get right into it for all of you who are curious. This is the list of scents being discontinued starting on January 1st, 2023.

It's hard for me to see a lot of these go but it's also time. My hope is that if some of these scents were your favourites that you'll find others to try. I will also be adding new scents to the General Catalog (that post will come soon) at the end of January.

Finally, all discontinued scents will likely still be around for a while into 2023. Being discontinued means I won't replenish my blends anymore and when they run out, they'll be gone for good.

You don't need to rush to stock up! If you haven't tried these scents at all before, my recommendation is to not give in to FOMO and try them now. Let's look forward to 2023 together~

Which of your scents would you say has the strongest/juiciest rose note?

It really all depends on you and your nose in the end and if you’ll even like the rose notes I use. If you’re looking for something with rose that is also juicy I’d suggest these:

​Aphrodite's Embrace: Fresh cut rose, tart lemon, Madagascar vanilla, and a hint of delicate orchid.

Golden Aphrodite: Rose water and bursts of lemon with faint traces of green apple and jasmine.

Six of Hearts: Freshly baked blackberry pastries drizzled with vanilla and lemon sugar, layered with slices of ripe juicy peaches, and delicate cognac infused rose petals.

Five of Hearts: Heady merlot, sweet ripe raspberries, delicate rose petals, and a splash of red hibiscus tea.

Any scent with rose in it (if you search them on my scent list page) should be pretty appealing if you enjoy rose scents, though. Eight of Hearts happens to be my favourite scent featuring rose and Lamb Melody very dominantly smells like rose to my nose.

That was a very long time ago (two years at least I think) and I don’t have any plans on bringing them back. Unfortunately sample vials are extremely time consuming and weren’t really financially worth it for me. I’m sorry to disappoint you :(

Hello! Thank you :)  I don’t have too many ‘boozy’ scents but if you like that type of thing then I’d suggest

King of Spades: Warm bourbon, and fresh tobacco smoked beside sweet burning wood.Seven of Hearts: Freshly picked lilac and jasmine petals, spiced rum, cinnamon bark, Tahitian vanilla, soft musk, sandalwood, and clove leaf.  (this also hits the floral thing for you)Three of Clubs: Rich but sweet Merlot wine, clove, Tahitian vanilla, a hint of musk, and black amber. 

A few other floral suggestions that aren’t too sweet would be

Golden Aphrodite: Rose water and bursts of lemon with faint traces of green apple and jasmine.Eight of Clubs: Sweet and tangy cranberry with hints of basil, eucalyptus, spicy clove, tea leaves, and just a pinch of neroli and lavender.  (a little more herbal than floral)Five of Hearts: Heady merlot, sweet ripe raspberries, delicate rose petals, and a splash of red hibiscus tea. (is a little on the sweet side but may be worth a shot since it also has some wine in it)Joker No.2: Spicy clove, cinnamon, and honey with lilac, juicy peach, green grapes, apricot kernel, and a bouquet of green hibiscus alongside night blooming jasmine.

I thought it might be worth it to post what I’ve posted on other Social Media locations here as well!

I'm sure by now a lot of you have heard or seen the rumblings about Etsy's fee increase (effective July 16th) and the absolute unfairness that it is. If you haven't yet, here's a quick summary: Fees on sellers will be increasing from 3.5% to 5% in addition to a new 5% fee on shipping. This is alongside the current 3% + .25 cent processing fee for every payment along with .20 cent listing fee for every item which won't be changing.

I didn't want to break away from Etsy entirely so soon. Though I had already pared down my offerings to just Milk Baths and Bath Salts, I wanted to keep my presence there for the people who preferred to shop on Etsy and of course for the traffic. But I already have such a low profit margin in order to keep my products affordable for everyone that this fee increase would mean I'd either have to raise my prices (and shipping--which is already expensive as you all know!) or take an even larger cut. It's not fair to me or to my buyers in either scenario so I've made the decision to cut my ties with the website.

Many of you have already made the leap to my standalone website with me and I couldn't be more grateful. You have always supported me in everything I've decided to do and so I hope you'll continue to support me here and understand. Besides payment processing fees and the cost of hosting my website--I get nearly every penny from my sales on luvmilk.com. If you know of any other brands who have standalone websites alongside their Etsy shops, consider shopping with them there!

And remember, PLEASE remember, that if some of your favourite shops do not make the leap away from Etsy (because it's likely many won't be able to), keep buying from them! While Etsy is clearly only in it for their bottom line, small businesses and artists who only have Etsy as their selling platform are going to need your business now more than ever. Please continue to support them and their decisinos (whether that means price increases or not) so that they can continue to bring us their talents.

July 8th will be the very last day I'm open for sales on Etsy and after that I will work to complete all orders before July 16th and then I will be closed permanently. Should Etsy actually revert their stance (as we saw Patreon do earlier this year) then I may also revert my decision and stay on Etsy as I am now.
