i ended an almost 3 yr relationship and now i have a lovely and amazing girlfriend and we both have a crush on my friend who i used to date

its amazing how well things cam go when you speak your mind and what you need, want, and feel

boundaries are hard to stick to especially when youre not used to them being respected

i understand that also can be a dangerous situation for some but doing what you can to be true and kind to yourself, even when its hard, pays off so much <3

theres a lot of things i can do so when i cant do something a lot of the time i get treated like im lazy or irresponsible. im trying to be kinder to myself and remind myself that i have limits because of my autism but that doesnt mean i dont deserve to exist and be happy

Stop it.

Autism is a spectrum. This type of thought process ignores Autistics with learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, moderate to high support needs and many other reasons someone may not be able to do that thing!

This is not a superpower. This is a disability.

Be proud of whatever you can do at your level.
