Minas Tirith Deeds
This time, I decided to focus on the epic quests only and, for once, to complete all the deeds within Minas Tirith. It took me forever but it was quite satisfying.
The city is beautiful and majestic and a gaming masterpiece, but still it's not my favourite place to be and I'm still trying to figure out why, after all these years. I even always skip the Midsummer Festival, after acquiring all sorts of food during the first year it launched.
Now I was sent to the Northern Gate to kill some foes for Prince Imrahil and I happily took the quest.

Got a haircut and wore the Spring outfit already, why not.

Adventure goals for the year ahead
As we approach the end of the first month of the year, something is very clear to me: my life is busier than ever, therefore it's time to step back and drop the alt-swapping habit I have developed over the past decade venturing myself into Middle-earth.
The main goal for this year is to focus primarily on Elirwyn and her epic quest lines and maybe participate in some public role-playing events. Less is more, as they say. I'm even toying with the idea of renaming this blog after her. After all, ten years with one character needs to be celebrated. And, if we are lucky, we will also witness an Elf avatar refresh in the second part of the year.
Tumblr media
So here I am, running wild in the Lebennin fields surrounded by beautiful flowers already thinking of the perfect outfit to welcome Spring and its promises of new life ahead of us.

Haunted Burrow
The Harvest Festival is one of my favourites. I know all the quests by heart but they never get boring.
I experimented with a new costumer this year.

Dol Amroth
I ventured to Dol Amroth just following the Epic Quest line and I met Lothìriel. She had an emotional fangirling moment for Boromir.

And now I wonder, what would have been the wedding gift?

The Battle of Helm's Deep
I have finally completed the Battle of Helm's Deep for the first time since I could now play the storied version and skip the Epic Battles. I absolutely enjoyed it and I'm grateful they have finally added an alternative for poorly skilled players like myself.
I am now rushing to finish Vol. III Book XIV - The Waters of Isengard because I still remember it well and I'm looking forward to start Vol. IV and venture in West Gondor after the break I'll take for the Farmers' Faire Festival.
I have to admit that Gondor itself is a complete blur, I don't remember anything about it and I still have to decide if I will continue with Epic Quests only or also branch out with side quests. One thing I know for sure, I will skip the Black Book of Mordor. I still have my Rune-keeper stuck in there and I won't be able to complete it because life is too short to persevere with a region I don't like.

Elirwyn
Race: Elf Class: Hunter Server: Laurelin
Tumblr media
A Woodland scout from Eryn Lasgalen, Elirwyn is a quiet and keen observer. She may go unnoticed until you'll hear her belly laugh accompaigned by a twinkle in her eyes.
Despite being a terrible musician and a poorly skilled singer, Elirwyn has a genuine passion for music and dance. Her strenght and grace equal her swift and stealth moves as a Hunter.
Her further explorations outside Mirkwood searching for her childhood friend Tihmo, a scout too, have brought her to Rivendell. Here she enjoys being helpful and would never refuse a warm beverage to sip while telling about her latest adventures.
She has recently started documenting in a small leather-bound journal some of the small plants and critters hiding in the woods around the Last Homely House.

Tihmo is very pleased with his new bedroom.
Despite being a shady Elf with burglary passions, he still loves the comfiness of a properly furnished bedroom.

Running Up That Hill (A Deal with Eru)
After a brief expeditions to the Eaves of Fangorn, I was given the rather disgusting task of checking the corpse of Uglúk, thanks Horn and Corudan. Then I went with my buddy Eomer to see King Theoden in Meduseld today.
Tumblr media
Later on I started Vol. III. Book 10: Snows of Wildermore.
I have to say that Snowbourn is probably my favourite settlement in Rohan, it has all the commodities of a big city but it still looks rather homey, much prefer it to the gondorian towns. Before travelling to Wildermore, I want to take some time to stroll around the streets and just enjoy the atmosphere.

The Angle of Mitheithel
Tihmo is finally level 35, so I was able to get the quest for the Angle of Mitheithel. I'm quite excited to start questing here with an Elf this time, as my first experience was with a Hobbit.
It's been so long since I have explored this region that I have forgotten the main storyline, which is good so I can have a fresh start.
The plan is to complete the Angle of Mitheithel and then move over the Wildwood area. If only there would be an alternative to claustrophobic Moria...

North Downs
In the end, I decided to venture to the North Downs. The choice was between that and the Lone-lands and I simply detest that region. I can't wait to level up enough to go questing in the Wildwood.
Now let's go through these quests in the Fields of Fornost.

Home Sweet Imladris
Rivendell got a great revamp so now I simply spend all my time there. I should join one of the weekly meetings at the Hall of Fire sooner or later.
Tumblr media
My Elf Hunter is now in one of those unpleasant in-between moments and I'm still pondering where to send her next, so in the meantime we just stroll around Rivendell observing NPCs like creepers.

Steward of Cardolan
Finally, after all this time and quests, I have managed to complete the "Steward of Cardolan" deed and acquire the title and a beautiful mount with 68% speed! It's absolutely stunning and matches super well the style of my Elf Burglar, which, by the way, is an amazing combo, who knew?
Tumblr media
I am now left at level 28 with the very last quest of Book 3. Chapter 11: A friend to the Dunedain and the task is to reach level 32 in the Lone-Lands or the Noth Downs. Two of my least favourite regions so I am pondering about skipping them and taking a trip to Yondershire. The region level is too low but I love it and I'd rather go through that storyline.
