The ending to the tent scene we all wanted, but never got...so I just drew it <____<

Kinda struggled hard with myself to upload this one. I already made this in february, but was afraid to share it, because it's one of those artworks, that's very personal to me. Dunno how to explain it properly, but I believe all artists do have those works, which they rather keep to themselves.

But I changed my mind, so here it is.

It looks...okay, I guess? But it was kinda fun at least.

Again, I am way to late with this amazing series on netflix, since I have this streaming service for less than a year.

Still not over the greatness of this series...and how late I am with fangirling over it <____<

Just a collection of scene redraws/character practices with those adorable furballs (well, mostly Sam and Guy). Nothing special. Just had fun drawing them. It's what I love doing most. Drawing (and creating my own) non-human characters.

I just love those two dorks. They've become my new comfort characters. Especially Guy. He's so damn relatable for me on a personal level, it always hurts seeing him fail again and again T___T

Briefcase buddies ^____^

So I originally planned to NOT draw stuff for a few days before I started my next bigger project...but then this series was recommended to me on Netflix and from the start it got me hooked. I ended up binge watching it over the weekend and after that I felt that sudden urge to draw those two precious dudes XD

Damn, this show had no right to be that good. And the frame-by-frame 2D animation is just gorgeous...

Now I want a 3rd season <___<

So here she is. My imagination of young Silver's love of his life. I had so much fun again drawing all those different emotions and designing this character.

Actually those are not the first images I did of her. I made the first sketches back in 2016. I just updated her a little and created a backstory for her ^____^

Her name is Janet Roughley and on the picture she is 19 years old. She grew up in an orphanage for girls, that she left at the age of 16. Since she has always been a talented singer and musician overall, she started to travel around the Aetherium to perform in different bars, taverns etc. to earn her living. And it is in one of those taverns where she meets the then 21 year old John Silver, who is working there as a bartender and waiter.

Oh, and her species is called "cyonid" btw. Yeah, I just made that up XD

But I've got them all out of my head for now and I'm gonna do his girlfriend next (who - funfact - already exists. I designed her a few years ago, but never uploaded the sketches).

I'm also planning on doing some practice drawings with Jim and Kate, if time is on my side.

So, uh...anybody here, who wants to see that flashback from Silver's past, we would have gotten, if the Treasure Planet sequel had been realized? No? Just me? Okay.

I wanted to do that character concept of young adult John Silver since I knew about the cancelled sequel. But I always felt like I would not be able to do him justice, because he is not an easy-to-draw guy.

Then, a few days ago, I just grabbed a few ref pictures and started with sketching the images on the second picture. It took me quite a while to get a hang of his features, but in the end I really do like my design and I had so much fun drawing his different expressions <3

I imagined him to be in his early twenties, when he still had both of his eyes and all of his limbs. And before his girlfriend left him, which ultimately lead him to become the pirate we all know.

Damn, I love this dude so much...and I still want this frickin' sequel!! But even more I want to see a whole movie about his past. That would be so intriguing and awesome! OO

UPDATE: the ending was breathtaking and all, BUT...it is the exact opposite of what I had wished for him. An eternity of solitude. Thanks. I hate it. =(

I stumbled across this sketch while looking through old drawings and decided to finally finish it...after 16 years.

Treasure Planet was and is till this day my most favourite Disney movie of all time. Back then I used to stop the VHS tapes and draw whatever scenes I liked. This is how this sketch came to be.

I always loved this scene! When Silver and Jim first met and Silver is ordered to take care of the lad and how they are both NOT happy about this! XD

The final artwork turned out...ok I guess? I mean...it is just a copied scene I gave some colour and an edited background, because I am a lazy ass...=/

Garrus is such a sweet, charming and funny character and I just love the chemistry between him and Shepard. Best romance in the game imo ^_^

Scene was inspired by the head boop at the end of the second game :3

I’m still struggling with myself, if I should upload this short comic, when it’s done. There are already so many different after-movie-comics out there, so why should anybody read mine? And IF people are going to read it, they are probably going to hate it, because...reasons.

Leo probably didn’t chose the best brother to have cuddles with (especially when said brother is not wearing his battle shell), but it seems like for now Donnie is only a little bit uncomfortable with the situation ^___^

A little gesture can mean so much...

So I did a little bit of animation again...and Photoshop kinda killed the original colours in the fore- and background a little during the saving process -.-

I tried several different saving options, but the result above was the best I would get. I guess my old PS version just couldn’t handle the colour palette or something...=/

I think this will probably be my last animation in Photoshop. I do have Blender, but I still have to learn how to use it. I will stick to oldschool 2D animation, because it is simply my passion. It is frickin’ time-consuming, but soooo rewarding, when you get a scene done! X3

(And before anyone wonders: I got the idea while watching Atlantis. I made raw sketches from a few shots and then did the inbetweens)

This took way longer than I hoped it would...^^’

I didn’t intend to upload those drawings at first, because I solely did them for myself. For practicing my redesigns, get used to them, pointing out some details etc.

But I changed my mind, since it took me so long. As I said, they are my reimaginations of the turtles, if they were made into a serious anime. So, of course they do look different from the old classic designs, although I tried to stay somewhat true to the characters, especially regarding their personalities.
