Ah Ha! Who do I hate / dislike most? Does that make it the WORST voltage guy? Hmm?? Most my friends here know I stay away from Eisuke but he’s not the worst, then leaves Hidetaka Sera- yeah the freaking 2 faces makes my eyes roll so damn hard from time to time but like Eisuke, he’s an ass- smart ass.

Only one guy rings the bell-

Kai Fujisawa (My Wedding and 7 Rings)

Oh the dark past and all were’t the turn off, the half ass forced / pushed sex was. Being the typical Voltage’s MC who seemingly gave herself to him “willingly” was very uncomfortable, the whole thing just felt wrong.

He was in bad shape with his guilt after the truth was revealed, it was foolish of him to USE her as revenge to begin with- knowing damn well 1)  she’s innocent 2) Dude has a sister too! Sympathy much?

MC did consent to have sex with him as she had come to “realization” that she’s in love with him and the way to “help” was to sleep with him after he pushed and pinned her to bed , telling her to pay him with his body. [ The whole taking it out on sex ]

Ya, not appealing AT ALL, dude.

Sure he was confused, angry SO? I don’t feel she’s a slut or he’s a dick but I sure as hell do not like either of them. It’s pretty obvious by now that the first impression means a lot, I don’t like overlapping layers and layers of Voltage’s sob history they have written for their canons because they only turn into assholes or lone wolves. I’m sure Kai is a sweetheart behind all those layers but I have lost the interest and patience to go through them.

The constant similar / almost copy and paste content has seriously annoyed me which is also why I have stopped playing their games. As complex as Kai’s character was, Voltage failed to shape him into one like Eisuke whom I may dislike but greatly appreciate his well-written routes. (Though I still yell at him my ipad from time to time) I could not shake the unpleasant feeling I have for Kai and every time I think of him that scene shows up.

What is the BEST? How do I define it? So here’s what I think: Not the hottiest cux obviously they are all hot ass, or the one that makes the most impression but cutting down a lists of voltage men who seriously get to my heart with his nearly flawless personality turns out to be a lot easier and after some serious pounding. Here’s the winner!

Rikiya Mononobe (After School Affairs)

Reasons Why he’s got me:

1. He’s gorgeous- not that I am into bad boys or his leather outfit or his bike but his smiles and blushing face- BAM’

2. Minus the dead girl burden and doesn’t deserve to be happy shit- I love how he turns his life around and gives back to education, helping kids, especially the troubled one.

3. His kind heart and genuineness

4. He’s funny but still has his way with MC occasionally while remaining incredibly sweet

5. He’s encouraging but never pushes her out of her comfort zone

6. AND DID you read his triangle love with Kagari? The guy ran all the way to save her and saw his best friend’s arm around her shoulder! [AHH MY HEART!]

I don’t consider husband material to be the best but one who shows authentic characteristics does

Hello! I read your switching places series and read the beginning of the sequel today. I was wondering if Mia ever found out what happened between Eisuke and Mika in the sequel or if it wasn’t brought up at all?

Oh wow sorry i dont know how long this has been sitting here umm but no, in my head, Mia never found out. I can’t remember in detail what I have written king asshole did to Mika but I knew it’s outrageous.  One thing for sure though, Mika would never tell her sister - Mia is far too fragile in that sense so as much as Mika despites Eisuke, she also understands why Mia sticks with him.  However, the ending in my head (I will spill now since one, you probably would never see this and two, I most likely will never finish this story!) Mia left Eisuke for good!  Eisuke’s half brother is on the ship; Mika and Mia father died (during the last epic “fight”); I did not decide if Mia will lose or keep the baby But she has left him a letter and left him for good (I think i have drafted that letter somewhere)

Origin x  1. The rain hadn’t stopped for hours now and gave no sign of letting up anytime soon; it seemed like this wasn’t going to be a short visit after all. It wouldn’t be safe to send him out in such a storm so he would have to stay the night. The evening chill only grew stronger as she stared at him, uncertain of what to say.

“Would you like some tea?”

Origin x 2. He didn’t know what to do, there was blood, so much blood. The worst part? None of it was his and he couldn’t remember a thing

Origin x 3. The chief had said that she had never seen a case like this in all her years on the force, so of course it was my first one as head detective. There were no clear leads, and the only solid pieces of evidence was a scrap of fabric no bigger than my thumb and an incomplete set of playing cards.

Origin x  4. A man sidles up to a woman in a bar. Little does he know she’s an undercover cop following him.

My Ideas: 1.  Someone walks away in the middle of an argument

2.  It all starts with an unusual compliment

3. Call from a stranger at 4 am

4. OC or canon lost the last 24 hours of memory

5. Police burst in and arrest oc or canon

6. By the time this party is finished, x people’s lives will be changed forever.

A woman in her early thirties, who is very selfish. A man in his early thirties, who is very overbearing. The story begins in a church crypt. Someone is driven out of their home. It’s a story about learning from mistakes. Your characters need a good plan in order to survive.

Drain and Drift

Soul sucking Life draining

Time ticking, slowly and taunting

Despire sneaks behind closed doors Fear lurks in dark shadows

Waiting patiently for my guard to be down;

“Yield” grazes the surface of my skin

Feeling defeated and imprisoned, I merely have room to breathe. My feet are too weak to flee.

Feeling threatened and trapped, I merely see a way out. My eyes are too watery to see.

Soul sucking Life draining

Time ticking, slowly and taunting

My delusion of wait and hope to be rescued has broken into pieces.

My dream of independence and freedom has vanished into emptiness.

Thoughts, hope and love drain out of my veins

Leaving my soulless shell laying aimlessly among all

Lights may shed here and now

[WALKTHROUGH + REVIEW + CG] Romance MD: Munechika Takado

Expectations:

To be honest I wasn’t super excited when I saw the trailer for Romance MD. I thought it was just going to be another teacher/student romance with the basic Voltage storylines where one or two events would get closer and they’d fall in love etc.). That being said, I was actually quite interested in most of the potential LIs even though they do seem quite conventional for the standard Voltage lineup (oresama, kuudere, darudere/4D, flirty, jokey but actually hardcore ossan). I do also like the character designs. The one I was most interested in was Kyogoku because I can’t place his type. He’s been described as a prodigy, not too empathetic, feisty, cute, has a chilly side, tricky, coy, shady, obsessed with Kasumi. So I think he’s actually one of those devil with an angel face types? Cute on the surface but actually a bit shady? Maybe it’s because of his character design but he just reminds me SO much of Shinonome from Her Love in the Force. I keep calling him Ayumu because of that and I think it would be interesting if they were actually similar because Ayumu is one of those characters that I think is quite unusual for Voltage games because he doesn’t completely fit into one of their usual archetypes.

Anyway, this is not about Sen. This is about Takado. I knew he was the title character for Romance MD but I still had all of my fingers crossed that we would get someone else’s route first like Finally in Love Again had Aki as the first release rather than Momoi (I think?). And some other games had title characters that weren’t the usual type (like Issei from Kiss of Revenge and Masaomi from Serendipity Next Door). I also think that the only characters released so far are Takado and Hosho (I’ve searched and searched to get CGs or ameblo posts about the other guys but to no avail). So I kinda hoped they would give us Hosho first LOL or maybe just surprise us all and give us Kasumi but alas. 

Finally, my expectations going in were that Takado was going to be the quintessential oresama type (like Eisuke/Leon) because he has that spiky brown hair look lol? I also thought the MC was going to be like the standard MC. What a fool I was…

After the demonstration on 21st July, there were a bunch of men in white, believe to be gangsters, walking around in Yuen Long and beating up everyone whom they believe to had joined the rally earlier today. They had weapons and even enter the platform of the railway to attack people.

People called emergency hotline, the response is 'Don't go out if you're scared.' Then they were hanged up. Yuen Long Police Station was shut down, clips showing that patrolling police ignored the gangsters' attacking citizens.

The police had been complained before for use of excessive force, many believe they are ignoring the gangsters on purpose.
