Simba never thought their life would get any better. Their owners didn’t care, often leaving the food and water dishes empty or not cleaning their litterbox; the children were extremely rough—from playing dress up to battling “monsters.” The only time they got to relax was at night, watching the starless night sky from the balcony of the apartment. After hearing about the five clans from a neighbor, Simba resolved to change their life. Shedding their collar, they went to the edge of the city. It took days, learning how to hunt for themselves while traveling to keep themselves fed, but they made it. Getting to the road, they went to cross it, to start their new life…

The Clans

GaleClan – Living on the moors, GaleClan is the clan closest to the twolegplace across the thunderpath.

StoneClan – From the smallest mountain comes the StoneClan cats, who live in the caves.

LeafClan – The clan of the forest, LeafClan’s territory is lush and beautiful.

SeaClan – Between the craggy rocks by the ocean lays SeaClan.

DarkClan – A shady clan living on the “deadlands,” a land of dark grass and dead trees.

The Characters

Simba/Snowpaw – A young, nonbinary cat who was brought to GaleClan by their Medicine Cat, Leopardpelt. What will their story be?

Russetpaw – A transmasc apprentice, and Snowpaw’s first friend in the clans.

Brindlepaw – This apprentice seems to be extremely interested in Snowpaw…?

There’s also the other kids. In the Souls and Ectoplasm AU, Kid and Rylie adopt a lot of children. Mainly because Rylie finds them in shit situations then gets attached.

Y’know what I never thought I needed to see? Asura trusting someone (other than Vajra). @starkitters and I are doing a roleplay that’s second gen to one of my works, Souls and Ectoplasm, and Kid and Rylie’s little girl has somehow managed to gain the trust of Asura. It’s cute and I’m living for this, okay. The man needs some positivity in his life.
