I've been working on updating Charlie's Reference on the side specifically on his face! There are a lot of small details that have been changed so I figured it's time to give a small upgrade, not too happy with his front face just yet...

Your thoughts on Aym, Baal, and Ratau in COTL?

To answer this question, I like to 100% my games so I can feel a sense of closure knowing I can let go of the game and know I have truly done everything. I- struggled so hard. When I had to give Aym and Baal back to Forneus like a stepmother trying to give back amazing children back to their biological mother, and I still view myself as a monster with regret over Ratau. I want to avenge him by writing him as a very good very alive dad. Ascension of Mercy is based of my gameplay and how I managed things but the one thing that's not gonna be canon is Ratau's sacrifice.

I ADORE the NPCS so much, and I wanted to draw everyone, I just also have my hands tied with a bunch of other responsibilities. I wanted to write their own little fairytale-esque stories even drawing Ratoo's Lover whom I'm going to base after an oarfish! I'm not sure what to do with Aym and Baal just yet, HOWEVER Ratau is going to be Narinder's father figure and they have a very strong bond with each other.

i just need to let you know, i love how you drew that little puppy baby with the lamb (and, i love your lamb design! the patterns, textures, and colors really mesh well and it's pleasing to look at)

also more about the puppy baby: it reminds me of the puppies from isle of dogs (there's a video on youtube about them), and it's just soo... 🥺🥺🥺 cute

I thought the newborns were so precious they ended up stuck in my brain forever. So when I was drawing Lamb giving very good advice to the baby puppy follower, I knew I needed to capture that cuteness. Down to the soft gasps and babbles they made.

11 for the ask game :)

11 - What's your ideal date? Already had it and 'bout to marry the man who gave it to me, but it was a fall day in a small theme park, with beautiful orange colors, sounds of laughter and joy, and he was still in his costume! He worked as a zombie character for a little while so I kissed him with his makeup still on.

It was a day of new things! I was deathly afraid of rollercoasters back then but he carefully prodded and encouraged me to face my fears and now we bond over trying rollercoasters to feel that sense of thrill and discovery! It was a beautiful few days, filled with everything I loved including him.

We even went back to our Airbnb and cuddled while making some s'mores by the fire, with shooting stars right above us.

I'll never forget it <3
