I always thought that Percy was canonically POC thanks to the first book and some characteristics that Rick gives us, besides him being a punk boy who fights for human rights and is against prejudice, until Rick hands us a pale blond boy

Sometimes I catch myself thinking about a fanfic I deleted in 2022 where Percy (transboy) and Piper (transgirl) start a club at school for trans students.
