Full disclosure... I lived Fat Tuesday this year like it was my last meal. Well, who am I kidding, I’ve been living most meals like it was Fat Tuesday for over two months. I’ve had pockets of good moments with my eating but 80% of the time I’ve been eating all the gluten and it shows. My pants are tight and I’m up a size. I’m extremely bloated and feel 5 months pregnant with a major carb face. I’m sluggish and fatigued all the time and CONSTANTLY HUNGRY!! I might have been a PAC man in another life with the amount of Paczkis I ate on Tuesday... Shoot I’m even “rocking” that #exhaustedmommy pedicure because I’ve been too drained to even take off my old polish. I feel miserable and I know it’s because of my diet, my choices, and my excuses. . So today I’m taking ownership of my decisions and ending the rest of my week strong. It won’t be perfect and I will probably have some missteps but I’m rebooting and resetting myself because I know that keto is worth it. I’m worth feeling amazing, energized, and motivated.
