Oscar didn't know how to live without Jorge. Jorge knew he could live without Oscar. If Oscar did have to he would eventually end it all. If Jorge had too, which he could it would slowly kill him over time. They knew sometimes love never lasted at this age but they didn't care they loved each other now and thats what mattered. Their love young. Heartfelt. It was cheesy at times but it was love. They loved each other so much they tattooed each other on their wrists. Amor aeternus. Eternal love(according to google translate), thats what they saw in each other. The day they furthered their love in the back of car solidified everything. Oscar's hands touched Jorge in ways they were afraid to until then. Jorge truly felt what love truly way. It was intense sometimes passionate. It was also tender. Jorge gave Oscar every inch of himself for love. Oscar held that love forever. Everything changed their first year of high school. It wasn't a bad change but it was change. It wasn't just them it was everyone. Everyone around them something was changing. Everything they knew was different. They tried to keep up but resistance built. Resistance caused friction. Friction caused... it caused problems. Problems in everything. Friendships. Relationships. It started to cause problems with them. These problems at first were minor barely a scratch. Over time scratches get deeper and deeper. Until they're both on top of each other bloody and bruised. Unrecognizable. To everyone and each other. This wasn't the first time they got violent. It was their last time. They both knew it. Over time the blood stopped and the bruises healed. The only thing that wasn't healed was their love. They tried everything and they really did. It was no use. The love the two of them shared was no longer there. School begun to enter its final weeks and summer was upon them. Oscar knew what his next steps were. Jorge couldn't imagine a world where Oscar wasn't in it. But that nightmare was slowly becoming reality and it was coming fast. So fast that the day school ended Oscar decided to take a train and leave. As he was waiting at the platform he was greeted by someone. Someone who he didn't want to see but deep down really wanted too. They both stood there saying nothing till the train arrived. When Oscar got up to leave Jorge grabbed Oscar's hand. Jorge pleaded for him not to go but Oscar knew he couldn't stay. Jorge knew deep down but still he didn't want him to leave. Thats when a frantic Jorge proposed to Oscar to make him stay. Oscar always knew he wanted to marry Jorge but not like this. He let got and slapped him. Holding Jorge's face he kissed him and said 'ask me when I'm older'. Oscar hugged Jorge one last time and got on the train leaving Jorge. Tears fell Jorge's face, he told himself it was only temporary. He wasn't wrong but it was going to hurt for a long time.
