Just a quick video. I haven't made my exercise one as promised, but I haven't forgotten about it!

This one is my rather high resting heartbeat in the first thirty seconds and moderately high after that. All I did was stairs, lunges and push-ups to increase my pump.

From last winter.

The benefit of having three flights of stairs is that I can get my heart rate up pretty quick just climbing them. My room is on the third floor, so often than not, I go from tired to wide awake after climbing! In this case, I had run up and down to increase my heart rate.

The first 26 seconds is my visible resting heartbeat and the rest is after my self-induced torture 😂 It was really cold at the time and my bathroom is the coldest in the house. It was really hard to breathe the cold air through my nose, so bear with me.

My big exercise video is next week, so stay tuned! 😀

This is fucking one of the reasons why we can't have passionate cardiophiles feel welcome and be a part of the community. It's all because some of you male fucks can't stop thinking with your dick instead of your goddamn brain.

I have known great creators leave because of the rampant harassment going on in their DM's and threats if they don't get their desires filled. And to think some users would resort to doxxing is un-fucking-believable and this goes for whatever the reason.

I'm disappointed that this happened to you and I only was made aware of your page and YouTube for a week. I wish you get the support and justice you need; I know Germany is strict with doxxing because I used to live there and had a friend suffer over a Discord disagreement.

HOW I GOT DOXXED & reason for leaving

Hey everyone. I was contemplating a lot about this post. I already met up with the police and got some legal things sorted out as well as had contact with tumblr and a very shady, disgusting website that has pictures of me as well. Legal actions are being taken as we speak.

Some of you probably saw my post where I posted my negative experience with Korre32. Surprisingly, we talked about it and he understood my point of you. He def was not like the other two guys I had been trying to warn the community about. We explained everything to each other and I was going to delete the post or make a follow-up to it. Since I was in the hospital with my brother for half the day and that was much more important, I did not have time to delete it.

Fast forward to evening when I get a message from a follower that they had gotten my entire social media, apparently my real name and the city I supposdely live in through anon into their ask box. I quote, "Rose is talking shit about you...did some digging....these are all social media...her face is completely visible...get back at her and give her what she deserves..."

Now I don't know if you're a pathetic loser with bread crumbs on his 100kg belly while mommy is yelling from upstairs that you should stop screaming at 10-year olds on Fortnite or if you're the bestest example of "oh i'm such a bro's bro!"

What the fuck is wrong with you? I can only assume that it was you who posted me on this fapping website in November. It's funny that you lied to them how we were talking on discord and I like you. I don't talk more than 2 sentences to randos on discord, but go lie for your ego I guess.

Everyone reading this post. Just visualize this intront of you. A random person on the internet, once again, tries to make sex workers (yes I don't do explicit crazy stuff, but that's still what it is called) feel like they're the scum of the earth and show how he doesn't respect women. What level of fucked up do you have to be?

I also want to use this post to address that I am stopping this whole thing. While there is and was interest behind it, it got weird real quick. I got very weird messages and requests and I kept telling myself to endure this. I need to endure this. Again, to be very transparent with you guys, because it feels way more empowering to let you hear this information from me and not some redditor, I've been unable to work since a couple of years now. I'm autistic and struggle with work due to anxiety and depression. My only way of income is/was OnlyFans and thus I clinged to it like my life depended on it - because I did. A lot of women who go down this rabbit hole are very dependent on the money. Only a few make this a random side thing they get $100-$200 from randomly. When I started this blog, this wasn't my goal, but it surprisingly happened. Suddenly I didn't have to think about every cent I spent. I didn't space out the days I hate anymore. I ate daily and properly and I went out with friends!!

All while I had the weirdest, creepiest DMs and this little cloud of "I cannot do this for long" over my head. Frankly, I've googled about OF and mental health issues for the last few days even. The messages got more morbid, the comments about me, the requests, the constant acting like I was freaking dying. I started dissociating during my videos. I stopped playing my games, because I was too drained and didn't even have time to play them with how I worked on my stuff 24/7. There was nothing else in my mind then to please you or the viewers further and further, to make the videos better, crazier and slowly more sexual. Just for some money and to feel like I belonged to the community here.

I have deleted everything off of YouTube and will leave this community. Not because I'm ashamed or anything or people now know what the person behind looks like, but because I can close a chapter and leave something behind me. It's the internet. We all know my content is somewhere, heck my private pictures. But if they're somewhere, I can at least tell myself it wasn't from my page.

Since the community isn't the smallest and I got a pretty fast following on everything, I simply don't feel comfortable anymore to know that there is someone in this community who does that. This person went to sleep last night after doing this, just like we all did. And this person could be commenting on your stuff and talking to you. I just don't feel comfortable with that and it makes me paranoid.

Despite me going back to a life of struggling regarding money, this all feels very freeing. I can show you guys what I look like and not be some persona I created for my image. I'm happier. I think this was supposed to happen.

This also serves, ironic enough, as another warning post for creators, especially women. Someone on here in this community thinks he's super great, "exposing" women. He didn't even do much, just find my linktree and thus my PayPal, but this is still very weird 😂

Lastly, the OF will be up for a while, but I probably will not post anymore. I deleted everything off of my phone and only have some content on there for you for the memories x)

Also, anon or not: Doxxing is a crime in many countries, Germany aka mine included, and Tumblr is forced to hand over the information about who the anon was. The police is in contact with tumblr currently about said information. Additionally, I messaged the website you most likely posted my pictures on in November and they'll be getting into legal trouble as well. This is Germany after all, the land of 372920 papers for one issue.

I thank everyone for the sweet conversations I had, the few people that I had sincere talks and we also sometimes talked about other stuff. I laughed a lot in this one week of being with you guys and I'm leaving with a smile. People always cross each other twice!

I feel like there's been a recent strain of harassment and insensitive morons and scumbags targeting female users like athemisheart (who, btw, is not a cardiophile), m-heart and others. Frankly, it's making my blood boil a little, and these users will soon feel too unsafe to stay on here due to these bastards' selfishness. Some of them are here to promote themselves and need that financial support instead of DMs by absolute fools.

If there's anything we can do, we should do it and do it together. We should start by reporting these self-centered fellow users. This place must be less toxic, female users and the like must feel more safe.

Another oldie from the vault.

In this one, I did multiple flights of stairs, squats, push-ups and other assortment of exercises. I manipulated the light to capture the shadow of my apex, which I enjoyed doing after seeing the video. I remember feeling my heart pumping in my eyes; I actually have a vein in my left eye that I can see in my peripheral pulsating to my hight heart rate.

Looking back on this video, I wish a woman's soft hands would delicately place the tips of her fingers on top of my heart. I probably would have kept my exercise going!

A: Yes, I am getting back into posting files. I used to post years ago on YouTube and my previous Tumblr account, but my videos were either stolen or I was messaged by creeps - thus I deleted everything. With that being said, I can withstand, but the creeps will be blocked.

A fast heartbeat video I made a couple years ago. If I remember the exercises, I did the stairmaster, Jacob's Ladder, sprints, jumping jacks and sat in the sauna. My heart rate was high, but by the time I started to record, it was recovering.

I personally believe charging an outrageous amount for heartbeat videos is just silly. However, I am indifferent for the ones who only accept tips of any amount.
