Bound (Fear pt.4)
Tumblr media
You were choking. Fire, water, whatever it was, shoving itself down your throat in the void. You wanted to scream, but nothing came. It wasn’t painful. If it was, you would’ve pushed the god off of you long ago.
Atum-Ra’s burning hot hands gripping your throat, and then, kiss after kiss, brought you back. And then fire lit your blood up, flaring inside your veins. Your fingers clutched onto the creator’s hair, pulling and tugging as your own lips sought life into his own. Kisses after kisses, more and more heat sparked your souls.
“Amheh.” Your name, off of his tongue. “You’ll never leave me, right? You promise?”
The heat pounding in your head, along with the lightheaded feeling which his addictive lips gave you, barely allowed you to process his words. But when you did, you barely managed to slur out a:
“Never.”
Before white hot, searing pleasure brought its tendrils around you again, as Atum-Ra’s hips molded into yours for the nth time that night.
It felt so good. So right, up until you’d felt his warm smile fade, into a psychotic grin.
“Swear it. Amheh. Amheh. Amheh! AM-“
___
“-HEH!” Seth’s voice startled you awake as you jolted up, sweating and panting.
“M’ awake! ‘m awake!- ow.” Your head hit the wooden beam of Seth’s bed with a smack.
“You alright? You were screaming in your sleep.” His voice took on a teasing tone as you rubbed your head in absolute silence.
Great. Even in your sleep you couldn’t escape your filthy and possessive ex.
“M’fine…” you mumbled, voice sore and hoarse with grogginess.
You sat up, propping your back off of the cold floor with a hand, the floor on which you had insisted to sleep on the night before, assuring Seth that beds were of no comfort for you, since you used to sleep on obsidian slabs and in pools of hot molten lava. You may or may not have regretted that decision, because you definitely felt your back crack with a wince.
“Told you.” He said, as if knowing what you were thinking. “Was it good?”
“Was what good?” You shot back as you pulled yourself together hard enough to stand up.
“The sex.”
You almost choked on your own spit, wheezing out a: “JESUS CHRIST.”
“Who?”
“Nevermind.” You answered, shrugging off his confusion. “And that.” You said, referring to your private affairs. “Is none of your business.”
Seth’s smirk only tugged up further, turning even as smug as possible, for someone who’d gotten carried to bed by yours truly.
“C’mooooon. I heard you.” He teased. “Oh, Ra, please! Harder~! Harder~!”
You grabbed a nearby pillow and smacked him on the head.
“Bold words coming from you, Mr. I-fell-asleep-on-the-couch-so-Amheh-can-carry-me-like-the-princess-I-am!” You retorted, frowning.
After the entire charade involving hiding from Horus in antique pottery you had stayed up late, enjoying Seth’s yapping about other gods, laughing at how he mocked them and trash talked them, and eventually ended up watching him doze off on the couch. You had carried him back to bed, and when he stirred awake, he had tried to persuade you into joining him, which you refused. Multiple times.
He may have been one of the only people you’d be close enough to consider family, but that didn’t mean you trusted him any more than the venomous viper Ra was. For all you could know, this could’ve been a setup, to get you to admit to the crimes you’d been accused of.
“What’s your deal?” You suddenly blurted out.
“What?” Seth asked, suddenly confused.
“Why are you here?” You questioned, raising a brow. “Didn’t the council curse you to be a demigod? Last I checked, demigods don’t have temples, let alone ones this big-“
“How do you know about that?” He asked, suddenly aggressive. His eyes drifted to yours, blood red eyes meeting your light speckled ones.
“Oh please. You think I’m stupid? Even I, on my millennia long trip, managed to hear what kind of crap you shoved yourself into.” You chastised, half mocking, half annoyed.
“To answer your question, I was a god once.” He retorted, mirroring your tone.
“Was.” You corrected.
“…” he paused. “Your point?” His brow quirked, lips pursing together in annoyance.
“Why would Ra let you keep your temple? Let me tell you this. She wouldn’t.” You said, suddenly suspicious of him. “Did she set this up?”
“What do you take me for?! A fool?” Seth suddenly jumped, like an aggressive hound at the throat of a hare. “Of course not!”
You went silent, but eyed him suspiciously as you sat back down. He was too jumpy. Too quick to shut you down. Something was up.
Silence. It was deafening. It filled your mind, flitting and jumping in between traitorous thoughts and excuses for not believing him. It wasn’t the quiet, serene silence. No. It was the kind which upheld tension, almost suffocating when your brain’s buzzing with so many questions.
“Are you hungry?” Seth asked, breaking this silence.
“What?”
Seth? Offering you food? That was new. But then again, everything was new. You’d been gone millennia. He could’ve changed…
“Don’t make me ask again.”
Nevermind. He’s still the same angry sandcat he once was.
“I won’t.” You replied, defiantly.
“Fine.”
“Fine!” You insisted.
“Fine!” He mirrored.
Silence, again. This wasn’t how you wanted to start your day. In fact, you didn’t even feel like staying in his room anymore.
“I’m going out.” You said suddenly, standing up abruptly, getting ready to leave.
“No.” Seth refused.
“What do you mean, no?“ you whipped around to face him.
“I mean no. You’re not leaving. You’re supposed to be under my surveillance, remember?”
Oh great. Just great. This was what you needed. And it only fed your suspicions further. He may have only wanted to help, but knowing Seth…. There was also an ulterior motive.
“Too bad, sandcat.” You answered, heading for the door.
“What did you just call me?” He asked, stopping you in your tracks, his teasing smile gone, like the moon behind a cloud.
“Sandcat. It’s only fair that I get to call you that since you mistook me for that bastard Heh.” You stated, moving towards the exit, again.
“Cute. But still no.” He said coldly.
A wisp of sand coiled around your foot, keeping you pinned. He had. You knew that much. Demigod or no, his control over sand was much too better than any demigod you’ve encountered. That means, someone had granted him a temporary godhood. And you had a few people in mind.
“Seth.” You said firmly. “Let me go.”
He took in a deep breath, rubbing his hand through his long red hair.
“I can’t.”
You knew he couldn’t, for you could finally see the marking on his lower back. A small eye, in a thin circlet of sun rays, representing your one and only Sun god.
“You lied.” You stated.
“I did.” He replied, smirking sadly.
You paused. Your mind spiraling into too many questions and thoughts of betrayal.
“How much?” You asked. “How much do you have to keep me here, for you to gain your whatever he- she promised you?”
Seth went silent, his lips pressing into a thin line, he looked at you, and then at anything but you.
“A fortnight.” He answered.
Shit.
HEYYY GUYS. SO SORRY I HAVEN’T POSTED IN SO LONG, I’ve just been busy with school stuff and catching up on some missing assignments! Hope you enjoyed this part, and I’ll make sure to try and write the next two parts faster!

Poor Choices (Fear pt.3)
Tumblr media
Why? Just…..Why?
Those were the questions weeding your head at the moment, as you laid down, trapped inside a stupid room in Seth’s temple. Well, not really trapped, per say. It felt trapped, but you weren’t forbidden to go out. Not explicitly.
It was more of a silent agreement between you, from your place on the wooden seat, and the redhead glaring holes into your skull from the doorway.
“Well?” He asked.
“Well what?” You asked back.
“Where have you been all this time, Amheh!? I thought you were dead!” Seth spat.
Oh now he wanted to ask questions? All that time, no one had bothered to come back after you, and you preferred it that way.
“Well too bad!”
“Too bad?!”
“I was on holiday!” You spat back.
“Is that what you call leaving your family behind for potentially ever?” He retorted.
“Yes! Aren’t I allowed one?!”
The single time when you could get a real break from the Egyptian pantheon: your dysfunctional family and crazy ex, was now ruined because you were grounded. Sort of.
Honestly, you felt tired. You weren’t the same Amheh from before. You were tired of living this stupid life around these stupid people who never understood your stupid feelings. And now you had to be dragged in a stupid trial for stupid reasons…
Stupid.
Stupid.
Stupid.
“Well, you’re stuck here, like it or not.” Seth replied. “So suck it up and finish this.”
“Finish what?”
“Throw the damn sticks.” Seth growled, moving his spool forward on the senet board.
“I’m still not letting you win this.” You spat back, throwing the sticks and landing them face down. “5.” You said simply, moving your cone forward five times, and landing on ‘The House of Life’.
You could see Seth tense in annoyance. “Where were you? All these years.”
“None of your business.” You replied, throwing the sticks again and landing a two. You scoffed at the results and tossed him the sticks back.
“Why are you like this? Pissy like the hells.” Seth mumbled, throwing the sticks and landing a three, moving his spool forward.
“Because my life sucks?”
“Because you’re acting like a hormonal teen?”
“How would you know? You never went through puberty.” You snorted, tossing your sticks again and landing a four.
You sighed as you waited another turn.
“Yes I did!”
“Not like a human, though. So that sentence coming from you is invalid.” You replied.
“Your ass is invalid…” he grumbled.
“Are you calling this juicy baby flat?” You teased. “Oh please, even Ra knows her ass can’t beat mine. It’s a world record.”
“Your turn, Heh.” Seth said, mindlessly.
A pause followed, in awkward silence as you finally tossed the sticks, finally moving on square 26. Your mind finally processed his words and-
“What did you just call me?” You asked, an amused glint flashing through your eyes.
“What do you mean?”
“You said: Your turn, Heh.” You quoted him.
“What? No! I said your turn, man!” Seth tried to reason.
“Uh huh. Sure.” You mocked him, sarcasm lacing your tone. “Do I look like that damn seaweed-face? Or am I just such an authoritative figure that you simply couldn’t resist calling me that name?” You teased.
“I didn’t-“
“Sure you didn’t.”
“Uncle!” A voice boomed from outside, interrupted both your quarrels and the game of senet you were passing the time with.
“Oh great.” Seth groaned. “Just tell him I’m not home.” He leaned in to whisper in your ear.
“Why are we whispering?” You asked back, raising both your brows.
“Because I don’t have the patience to deal with Horus now.” He replied back, in the same hushed tone as he dragged you to an urn.
“Oh.” You said, as he quite literally shoved you down the pottery’s hole, shoving you inside. He soon joined, dragging a piece of cloth over it so that Horus wouldn’t see what was inside.
Seth awkwardly fit in next to you, back pressed against the pot’s inside, and hands awkwardly placed above your head.
His breathing was shallow, and his blood red hair hung down like a veil, thick strands of it kissing your skin as you shuffled below him. Your hands were trapped under you, on the uncomfy pottery’s bottom, and your own breathing was shallow, the lack of oxygen making you feel lightheaded.
“If you wanted to press up against me, you should’ve just asked.” You whispered, a teasing smirk making its way on your lips.
“S-shut up.” He whispered, trying to contain his laughter.

Decisions (Fear pt.2)
Tumblr media
”I’m not late, am I?” Your voice rang out in the temple.
Ra, whose eyes had been trained on you since the moment you walked in, smirked.
"No, Amheh, you are not late. We await for the last member to come. Come, take a seat."
Ra gestured at one of the empty seats and looked at the other members.
"Anyone know when Seth is coming? It is quite strange that he didn't show up yet."
You walked over to the seat, your body tense. She had tried to kill you, multiple times, if I might add. And yet here you were, at her side, again.
Suddenly, a loud rumble started outside. Everyone looked worried.. Suddenly, the wall broke down and Seth stormed in. “You better have a hell of an explanation as to why I’m here!” His voice boomed in the room, only to be cut short by Maat.
"Hmph. The late ones have arrived." Maat mumbled.
Seth looked at Osiris. "Ahh. Great. My favorite punching bag." He said with a devilish smile.
"Shut up, Seth." Isis said with a cold gaze. "We have an important meeting to discuss. So sit your ass down and start acting like you are a part of this pantheon."
“Children! Children! Please!” Ra mocked them in a sarcastic tone. “Less arguing and more judging, yes? That is why we’re here after all, aren’t we?”
“Ra’s right.” Your voice boomed over the quarreling gods.
There was silence for a moment. Everyone looked at you.
Seth had an expression of disbelief on his face. He looked shocked, really. He thought you were dead by now, astray from the pantheon, or stuck in some crevice of the underworld and yet…. There you stand.
Osiris covered his face with his hands and sighed.
Horus gave a thumbs up at you, waiting for you to continue.
“Now, onto the trial, yes? You asked for me, here I am. Get a move on, alright? I have other pantheons to be in.” You spat, your eyes red like two heated coals
Horus smiled.
"I like this one. Very bold." Horus said with a smirk.
Ra looked at you. “Amheh, you are back to us for good, are you not?"
“Never was, never will be. Moving on.” You said, looking at the other gods in a cold fury
Ra laughed, her rich voice echoing in the temple.
"Am-heh, if I remember correctly, we had a previous deal with you." The devilish god said while chewing a piece of meat. "According to the deal, if you came back, we will grant you an boon. Was it not a good deal?"
“I returned here to be judged, and to be granted the boon. That is all. As soon as this is all over, I’m leaving again.” You replied.
“We’ll see.” Ra said, earning a glare from you.
And so, the judging began. You, we’re blamed for the eclipse, draughts, storms, everything bad, of course. It wasn’t an uncommon occurrence by now. Oh, sure, blame the big bad evil god that escaped the underworld. Why not? Of course, you pleaded as ‘Not Guilty’ multiple times. But then, of course, no one listened to you, it seemed.
“I propose a notion.” Nut said, looking towards you, and then towards Ra.
“Go on.” Maat said.
“If what they plead as isn’t true, and they are responsible for the following, how do we make sure that they’re guilty? What if Am-heh’s innocent?” Nut said.
“I propose a trial.” Geb said, raising his hand.
“What sort of trial?” Sekhmet seemed eerily interested.
“One of us should keep an eye on them!” Said Osiris. “I offer myself to-“
“No offense, Osiris, but this, following your previous history with letting prisoners escape…” Ra cut him off as she noticed the disgusted look upon your face.
For once, ever since you got back, you felt like your ex was finally back on your side. Until…
“I suggest we send Am-heh to Seth.” Ra said, smirking.
“WHAT?!” You almost choked on your own spit, along with the rest of the Godly Council.
Seth seemed as shocked as you were, given the predicament. He didn’t trust you. Not one bit. I mean, sure, you talked, and even bonded a bit before, but not enough for him to be responsible for your life on the line here-!

Shadows of the Sun (Fear pt.1)
Tumblr media
Egypt 2450 B.C.
The sand-filled wind whipped across your face as your eyes settled on the burning sun. Or what was…. Left of it. Your grip on your whip tightened. A black shadow loomed over the sun. Today was the day, the day you got revenge.
The sky was a blood red, turning the sand a dark smoky color. No clouds were in the sky. Just the heat, which left a sour pang on your forked tongue. The only thing lighting up this hellish landscape, was the thin ringlet which tried its best to escape the shadow of the moon.
The wind blew through your hair, whispering sweet revengeful sins to your ears. Sweat was glistening down your spine. You weren’t tired, despite the fact that you had traveled the world in the past century like death would come for you if you didn’t. You were panting, but you weren’t exhausted at all. On the contrary. A feeling of calm was swirling in your soul. You were home. After all this time. And the Eclipse came with you.
Your hound, Ankh, let out a huff.
“Let’s go pay a visit, shall we?” You asked, patting his side.
You jumped on his back, no saddle needed. Your whip cracked in the air, bringing shadows on the sand. The whip hit the sand, raising a cloud of dust, and creating a path of darkness wherever your hound stepped.
You sped through the dunes, your eyes twinkling with a dark red. You knew what was coming. And you weren’t going to stop it.
Temple of the Gods
Ra sat on her throne, her eyes glued to the omen before her. An Eclipse? What did it mean? In the middle of the harvest moon, nonetheless. Was it…? No. It simply couldn’t be. Or…. Could it?
Bastet was biting on her thumb nervously, trying to figure out a way to bring moisture back. It was like the rivers had all ran out of water. The drought was already a problem, and now, with no sun to light the already dying crops?!
Osiris, the disgusting green pea-looking bastard, was somehow concerned as well. Not even a century ago, he allowed one of the most dangerous gods and creatures of chaos to escape. Now, there was a possibility they returned, and he still hadn’t faced a punishment.
Horus, who had been one of the few to see your face, was looking at the sky in shock. His mind was blank. No thoughts. No words to be said. Nothing.
Tefnut’s brows were knitted together, and Geb’s hand rested on her shoulder. Something was off.
The air was thick with tension. Almost as if you would be breathing shards of glass, cutting through your lungs and choking you with every breath.
Isis was looking at Ra, expectantly. Just what was going on through the Sun goddess’s mind?! What did this omen mean? Was Ra weakened by the moon? What was going on?
Maat cleared her throat. “May the congregation begin!” She paused a little. “As you all know…. Not even a century ago, the feared Amheh escaped the confines of the underworld. They wreaked havoc all over Egypt, and the sacred lands. Any objections so far?” She asked, looking around the courtroom.
The gods kept silent.
“Then we continue.” Maat spoke again. “Amheh, god of darkness and shadows, is also accused of leaving us in a time of need-“
God, Maat’s words couldn’t be more boring at this point. Ra could swear she already felt part of her brain die. Just get on with it, Maat, what’s taking you so long?
Suddenly the gates of the temple swung open.
You, your hair blowing in the wind, whip in hand and hound by your side, eyed the gods in the temple, who were looking at you in a mix of confusion, fear, and awe.
“So… What did I miss?” You asked, raising an eyebrow, a smirk playing at your lips.
(YAYYYY IM BACK! Thank you so much to those who asked me to make a sequel- honestly I didn’t think I had it in me to continue, but I hope you’re happy with the result! I plan on continuing this with at least 2-3 more parts, and I’ll post as quickly as I can. Any ideas on what to center them on, or what to add are more than welcome!)

Darkness (Final pt.)
Tumblr media
It was a day or two until Ra’s messenger arrived. And it wasn’t in any form, but a falcon. It was then that you understood how the sun goddess was playing her cards.
You took your headress, gazing at your reflection in a piece of glass which served as your mirror. The hunting dog, a pack animal, who was now cursed to walk the dunes alone.
You took in the tent, remembering the time you had spent with Seth and the foreign god in here.
“Leaving already?” FG’s voice resonated from behind you, both arms crossed over his chest.
You nodded.
“Ra’s minion is gonna be here soon. Tell Seth I went out hunting.” You answered, your fingers running over the metallic whip in your hand. “I think it’s time that I pay the other pantheons a visit.”
“Well, if you ever need me, you know where to find me.” He said, patting your toned back.
You knew departing in the middle of day was risky, but you knew staying until sundown would be even riskier.
But, right as you set your foot out the tent, a chirp distracted you. A falcon swooped down, catching your attention. If you didn’t know any better, you would’ve thought the little fella was curious, but as soon as you noticed it’s closeness to Seth, your mind fired a red flag.
You’d heard of the god before. Horus. And if you knew one thing, wherever he was, Ra’s eye followed.
You grabbed your things quickly, starting to leave. Seth’s eyes widened.
“Am-heh! Where are you going?!” He called out.
“As far away as possible.” You answered. “Ra is after me. I have to-“
“Have to what, love?” Another voice joined in.
You didn’t even need to look at the figure to know who they were. To know who he was. That unmistakable undertone of sultriness to the voice, the way your name rolled off their tongue.
“Ra.” You whispered, making a run for the sand.
But Ra was quicker. Grabbing your wrist, she pinned you the ground, leaving you with only one way out.
Seth backed away, eyes wide at the sight in front of him. Horus, who had now emerged in his human form, pulled Seth back, a protective arm around his shoulder.
“I’m sorry.” You managed to whisper before the world went dark.
A shadow bent over your head, the unmistakable head of your egyptian hunting dog. Ankh. He had lunged at Ra, pulling your ex-lover off of you. You held onto your whip for dear life, tears of fire streaming down your face. You grabbed the reins, hoisting yourself up on the black Pharaoh hound, watching Ra, Seth, FG and Horus’s horrified expressions as you kicked off on the dunes. Never to be seen again.
Or so they thought.
(YAAAAAY THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN TO WRITE!!! Hope you guys enjoyed this short fic series as much as I did!)

Eclipse (Darkness pt.3)
Tumblr media
It was dark and cold inside the void. The first thing you remembered as you open your eyes was the dark. The smoky veils and tendrils of ice cold emptiness seeping in your bones. That was, until you first felt warmth. Them.
Atum-Ra. The name alone caused a ripple of fire to split your soul.
Even with your eyes closed, the patterns of the sun rays were imprinted forever in your memories. Their soft hair, their voice. Lips upon yours as they breathed you life.
So close, yet so far at the same time.
“Am-heh!” His voice echoed in the cosmos. “Hurry up!”
Pulling at your hands was Atum-Ra, his hair floating around like a halo of light, his sculpted body glowing in the darkness. Your own hands reached out to grasp the light, veins of red flickering on your hands, like scorching lava through obsidian. And then-
Alone.
That’s the last thing you remember. After Atum-Ra left. They cast you back into the dark, broken, filled with despair, and most importantly…. Heartbroken.
You listened from afar, the first cry of Ra’s heirs. Shu was born. Then followed Tefnut. Then Bastet, Hathor, Maat and Sekhmet. And you, banished from the world, alone in your pool of fire, sat and waited.
You weren’t exactly plotting, or planning to escape. You just…… waited. Nothing mattered now, since you felt empty.
But for the first time ever, you felt like you knew what was going to happen next. Your eyes closed, stirring the darkness which you called your prison. Until they opened again, but this time was after you felt another presence.
You would later find out what their name was, but that soul. That spark in them. It was enough to stir you awake from your century-long nap. A child had been born. Youngest of four. That same spark that you recognized, it felt just like Atum-Ra’s soul. Radiating with light.
___
As you opened your eyes, they adjusted to the darkness of the tent in which you were sleeping. In your arms, snoring peacefully was none other than the child who awoke you all those years ago. Seth.
That warmth. It scared you, and yet, it comforted you at the same time.
Your ears perked up, unearthly red eyes focusing on the darkness outside. How long has it been, since you last saw the sun? It was a tempting idea, to stay out in broad daylight, to wait for Ra’s rays to engulf you again.
With a sigh, you sat up, feeling another presence outside. Ra had sent her messager. And he would be here soon.
You paced outside in the cold night, the wind ruffling your hair. Maybe you were meant to be caught, or maybe the fates wanted to cause you even more pain, but no matter what the reasoning was, you felt Seth’s hand grab your wrist.
“Leaving already?” He asked groggily. “Stay a bit more, please.” The god whispered.
“I’m not leaving yet.” You lied. “Just….. thinking.” Your eyes returned to the moon.
Seth paused, his hand still holding your wrist, only for it to drop by his side as he stood by you.
“What are you thinking about?” The god asked, his red hair blown slightly the wind.
“…Nothing.” You replied

A cave at the edge of a universe (Darkness pt.2)
Tumblr media
Warnings! Flashbacks.
The day had gone by in a mixture of awkward silence and mistrustful glares, nothing you weren’t used to, of course.
Now, as the sun was setting, your bare feet dug into the still heated sand, you couldn’t help but feel uneasy. The sound of silence was swirling around you, the wind carrying a salty scent.
The sea. Oh how you missed it. You remembered the days of the first sprouts of plants ever growing on the soil beneath your feet, the way Amun slipped his hand in yours, both of you running along the shore…
No. Amun was gone, he had changed, what use was to dwell in the past if it only caused you pain?
Your screwed your eyes shut, taking a deep breath and going back in the tent. You grabbed a bowl from one of the tables, pouring yourself some water for your parched throat. As you tilted the bowl, your lips pressed against the smooth ceramic carved with depictions of some pharaoh you couldn’t care less about, you felt a pair of eyes on you.
Staring at you, with a glare so sharp that it was burning the back of your head, was Seth.
“Are you just gonna keep glaring at me like that? You’ll get wrinkles.” You said, chuckling.
“You still play that game, huh?” He retorted. “Acting like you aren’t an evil god.”
You paused. Evil? Out of all the words he thought, evil was the way to describe you?
Unfair? Sure. Damned? Yeah, why not. Cursed? Go ahead! Unwanted? Unforgiven? Bring ‘em in! But evil? That didn’t sound right.
“Says the god of chaos.” You said. “At least I’m not punished to live as a demigod.”
Now it was Seth’s turn to go silent.
“You know?” He asked.
“Of course I do. I can smell it on you. Half god, half human. Such a pitiful punishment.”
“What did you just say about my punishment, you asshat?!” He snapped
“You heard me first, Weasley!” You retorted.
“…what?” He asked confused.
“Nevermind, you wouldn’t get it. What did you do to deserve that shit anyways?” You asked, putting the ceramic bowl down and tilting your hunting dog headdress back.
“I cut Osiris into pieces.” Seth said, looking away.
You paused.
One beat.
Two beats.
And then you burst out laughing.
“Fuck yeah! That green pea-looking bastard deserved it!” You managed to say between laughs.
Seth was stunned. I mean quite literally shook™️. He had no idea that someone would actually hate Osiris this much to agree with him.
“Really?” He asked.
“Of course! That dude is wayyyyy too obsessive for his own good. He didn’t do anything to you, right?” Your expression turned serious at the end. “Right?”
———
“HE DID WHAT?!” You gasped. “Oh you poor thing…” you extended your hand out to Seth, wrapping it around his shoulders comfortingly.
The way his head rested against your chest, it felt just like-
“Am-heh! Wait up!” Ra called out, running after you. “Slow down, love.” He whispered, trailing kisses on your skin as soon as he reached you.
“And if I don’t?” You teased.
“Then I might just make sure you can’t run away.” He winked.
“Oh? And how is that?” You inched closer, your faces inches apart.
“We’ll find out tonight, won’t we?” He teased, before turning into his female form, guiding your hands to her waist. “You won’t run away from me, right?”
“Never.” You sealed her lips.
-no. Not again. You pulled yourself together, ignoring the throbbing pain at the back of your head. Amun-Ra was gone. She wasn’t the same anymore. Now she was just Ra, goddess of the sun. Not your dear Amun. Once the love of your life, who couldn’t take his eyes off of you as you created the stars, embroidering the sky with their light, or creating the fabric of the Nile from your cloak of darkness. They weren’t the same. They would never be. Never again.
“You still don’t trust me?” You teased Seth a little bit.
“Maybe a little.” He replied, snuggling against your chest, his breath so deep that you were surprised he hadn’t fallen asleep yet.
Yet one thing couldn’t escape your mind as sleep began closing in on the both of you, as you laid face-up on the bed. The familiar rocks, the darkness surrounding you, the cool breeze seeping in your bones…. Something was calling out to you. And you knew where it was hiding.
In a cave at the edge of the universe, at the end and beginning of time, somewhere where the clock is pointing at the 25th hour, and no ticking will ever be heard. Somewhere where your memories will haunt you forever.

Punishment (Darkness pt. 1)
Tumblr media
“Hurting someone is easy…..But healing? You wouldn’t know about that, now would you?”
Alone. That’s what you first felt when you entered the world. When the first winds produced by the primordial goddess sent you to the Egyptian dunes scorched over by her light, when your eyes had opened for the first time, when the only thing shielding your eyes from the fiery ball of madness in the sky was the sun goddess herself.
Am-Heh, that was the name spoken in fear by many, even by Ra herself. Once a goddess which you trusted, which had suddenly banished you to the underworld.
Devourer of millions, Eater of enternity, The One in the Dark. As much as these titles swelled you with honor, as much hurt and pain they stabbed in your heart.
But now, those times of sorrow and pain are now over. Trapped in the underworld as you were, you didn’t have much to complain. You sat in your lake of fire and scorching lava, watching the bubbles blow from time to time, chatting your days away with whatever poor soul you could find, which had maybe gotten lost from the field of reeds, or escaped Osiris’s watchful eye. Your boredom however, was increasing moon by moon. And trust me, the dark confines of the land of the dead were really starting to piss you off. That was, of course, until you heard a scream.
Screams here were rare, since there were only dead people, who had nothing more to fear. Well, that was except for the newcomers who failed the weighing of the soul test. But of course, they never let out screams that loud.
You grabbed your headdress, pulling on your black shendyt, as you dried the lava off yourself. You tiptoed towards Osiris’s chambers, not knowing what the incredibly evil pea-looking bastard was up to. He wasn’t there.
I wonder why…
Your eyes gazed towards a hole in the sky, well, what you would call the sky of the underworld. There it was. After millennia of being stuck here. An exit. You crawled out, dragging your whip with you, which you managed to recover from a chest under Osiris’s bed, which hadn’t been hidden quite well.
The stars. You hadn’t seen them in ages. They looked even more beautiful than you remembered.
——— It has been at least a moon or two since you had escaped from the underworld, your betraying lover’s scorching eye searching restlessly for you each day.
“Honestly Ra, give me a break.” You mumbled to yourself, pushing back your grown out hair out of you face.
You groaned to yourself as you pulled the veil over your nose and mouth, preventing the specks of golden sand to creep where they shouldn’t be. Just as you were about to walk over to the Foreign God and complain about the poor condition of the tent which he had you in, you noticed a red haired beauty laying on his bed. If it wasn’t for red hair, you wouldn’t have recognized him in the first place, and yet….. how could you? You barely were there for Nut’s birth, let alone his.
You had only heard rumors, of course. Of the Great Seth, who Osiris was pretty much simping for. Every minute you would spend in your lava bath, casually trying to enjoy your exile as an ex-god, Osiris would strut in, waving his hips like a schoolgirl and twirling his nonexistent hair as he rambled on about how perfect Seth was. Damn. Now you could see why he was so obsessed with him. No wonder he acted like that.
Your thoughts were interrupted by a whistle from behind you, and a friendly shoulder pat.
“Well well, Am-heh. Like what you see?” The Foreign God asked.
“Shut it.” You elbowed him in the ribs. “The tent you gave me is ripped!”
“Awwwww, can’t you handle a little wind?” He teased, his hand tracing your shendyt.
“Paws off, this fine ass belongs to someone else.” You retorted. “And no. Sand has gotten in places I didn’t even know I had in the first place!”
“Alright, alright. You can sleep in my tent tonight, if you’re so insistent.” He winked suggestively.
“You smooth fucker.” You mumbled as you entered the tent, dragging the little luggage you had, only to be interrupted by a groan.
the red haired sleeping beauty was waking up, and he wasn’t exactly pleased.
“What the hell? Don’t you know how to keep quiet for at least half a-“ He stopped himself as soon as his red eyes landed on yours. They widened in horror as he realized what you were, grabbing the nearest object and throwing it in your direction, which happened to be a pillow.
You caught the pillow in one hand, effortlessly before chuckling.
“And who might you be? FG’s little boyfriend?” You teased. “What? You act like you’ve never seen a god before.”
“Y-you…..Y-You!” He stammered out. “You’re him! Am-heh!” He pointed at you, shivering.
“Relax, kid. I’m not gonna hurt you.” You chuckled, reaching to tuck out a red strand of hair which had gotten in Seth’s face.
He pulled away as if he had just been bitten by a venomous snake. He backed up against the wall, staying as far away from you as possible.
“I know about you! I read the scrolls-! And the hieroglyphs on the temple walls! And-“ he raised his voice.
“I know….I know…” you tried to calm him down, putting your hands out in a protective manner. “See? I’m harmless! I can’t do anything.” You showed him you hand, which was marked by a curse.
Its black veins molded in with your skin, the ink-like substance making your very existence a pain in the ass. The little flakes and specks of silver and gold, which had been your only map to the sky in your exile to the underworld. His Ruby red eyes stared at your open palm, his own cursed one reaching out to examine it, only to pull back away.
“I don’t trust you.” He hissed.
“I know.”

Omg another Ennead writer
There are like.......4 of us
But do you write GN reader or male reader?
If so could you write something like maybe reader being one of the gods that hide/help Seth after his punishment or maybe some fluffy stuff like reader comforting Seth or helping him slaughter Osiris
If my request are uncomfortable to you could you please give me a list of things you will write and will not write?
Sorry if I'm being annoying or something
Annoying? Hell no! I love your ideas, and I think maybe we should start a club.
picture this: ✨THE ENNEAD GREEN YUCKY PEA THOT HATERS✨, or EGYPTH club. Heheh see what I did there?
(I can’t believe that I just thought of a whole hate-club directed to Osiris. I don’t have anything against the man himself, but BOI HAS HE HURT SETH A SHIT TON.)
And YES I will write for male reader and GN reader as well. I’m working on the fic right now! ;3

Trevor’s cuddle time
Belmont is….. well, not exactly a cuddly person. At least, that was your impression when you first met him. .
.
.
Turns out you were wrong. Very wrong.
Tumblr media
You were sitting on a couch, boredly throwing your pocket knife at the inn’s wall. That was, until you heard a loud thump coming from the bedroom. After a long adventure with Sypha, Alucard and Belmont, you decided to spend a couple nights at an inn. The building was small, but big enough to fit ten tiny rooms, in one of which you were stuck with Belmont and Alucard. Sypha had left to visit the Speakers back in Gresit.
Must be Alucard. He had to have brought Belmont back from another one of his booze-filled nights.
You sat up, slowly walking towards the bedroom, when Alucard burst out the room, tired and a bit tipsy himself.
“I can’t do this anymore. If I stare at Belmont’s stupid face for five more seconds, I might just puke.” He groaned, wobbling on his feet.
“You look like you’re gonna puke anyways, blondie!” Trevor slurred from the inside.
“Fuck you!” Alucard flipped him off annoyed, grumbling to himself as he crashed on the couch.
“You wish-!” Trevor tried to reply back when you shut the door behind you. “Oh, hey (Y/n). Didn’t see you there.” He furrowed his eyebrows in an attempt to focus his doubling vision on your figure.
“Belmont? Just how many drinks exactly did you have tonight?” You asked.
“Ehrmmm…” he paused, the alcohol clearly taking a toll on his mind. “Six?” He asked, pointing up seven fingers.
You raised an eyebrow, pushing down his forefinger.
“Six?” You asked.
“…no, Six.” He corrected, pointing his finger back up. “Wait no…” he paused, trying to count how many fingers he was holding up.
You mentally facepalmed yourself. But, your annoyance didn’t have time to last when you saw Belmont hunch over, getting ready to pass out on the floor.
“Oh hell no!” You yelled out, grabbing him by the underside of his shoulders, dragging him up. “Belmont, you are not passing out on the floor I barely cleaned up last night!”
Belmont groaned weakly as your mind flashed back to the puke filled floor that you stepped on last night, which you were forced to clean up.
Before you could say anything else, Belmont tripped over his own feet, dragging both of you down onto the mattress of the old creaky bed.
“Oop…” he groaned. “I can’t feel my face.” He whispered.
“I can’t feel my feet.” You hissed back, trying to get him off.
“Oh really? Me too!” He slurred, chuckling. He was so close you could smell the booze on his tongue. It was mixed with a….sweet scent. You leaned in closer trying to sniff it out, but were cut off as his head fell in the crook of you neck. His scruffy beard tickled your skin as he hummed drowsily.
“God I’m devinetly getting a hangover tomorrow.” He groaned.
“Don’t you mean definitely?” You corrected him as you managed to roll him off of you.
“Mmyeah…” he trailed off, his arms, which had wrapped around you waist instinctively, pulled you closer to him as you rolled him over to the side.
Your face was so close to his, his blue eyes glazed over and unfocused, dreamily eyeing your lips. His hot breath was hitting your neck, sending shivers down your spine. You could almost see how light-headed he felt, his expression giving it all away. You chuckled softly, running your fingers through his hair.
“Goodnight, Trevor.” You wished him, starting to get up, before your chest got hit by a lazy arm, wrapping around you and not letting you leave.
“Who said you’re leaving?” He slurred, his legs wrapping around yours.
“I did.” You chuckled nervously.
“Who said I’m letting you?” He asked, now a more possessive look in his eyes, before his drunken stupor took over him.
He buried his face in your shoulder, pressing a soft kiss on your sweet spot before drifting off to sleep. You soon followed after, too tired to protest to his bear hug.
