Fandom Bingo: Reverse: 1999
Welcome to Reverse: 1999 Bingo! Brought to you by the host of Fandom Bingo, this is a mini-bingo event (hopefully the first of more but we'll see how this one goes) where all prompts are drawn from the game Reverse: 1999. However, it is open to all fandoms, so you don't need to know anything about this game, and you are free to sign up no matter what fandom you want to write for.

General Rules:
You can interpret the prompts any way you want. If you think it fits, then it fits. Reminder that all quotes can just be used as inspiration or a general fit, no need to actually include them word for word in the fanwork, and pronouns can be swapped accordingly.
In the game, the "Storm" is a wide-scale supernatural phenomenon of unknown origin, speculated to mark the ends of eras. Its arrival dissolved time. For more info, you can check this page: The Storm | Reverse: 1999 Wiki | Fandom --- This is the only fandom-specific term you'll see in some of the prompts, so if you end up with one on your card, you're welcome to use this in-game definition, or just a regular storm, or a figurative interpretation, etc., it's up to you.
You can combine multiple prompts in one fanwork.
Each submitted fanwork should be new and complete, but it can be a standalone, part of a series, or one chapter of a multi-chaptered fic.
This bingo is primarily geared towards fanfic, but any medium is fine if you feel you can do it.
For fanfic, the minimum is 100 words with no maximum.
You can use fanworks submitted for this event for other events as well, so long as it’s okay with the other side too.
While signups are only open for a month, there is no time limit for completing a card.
This bingo only offers 3x3 cards. Everyone can sign up for a maximum of three cards (please send in one form/card).
After submitting a form, please give me a week to reply with your card.
All content and ratings are allowed but please tag everything appropriately, especially if there’s trigger-warning content.
Please be respectful of each other. If you see content tags you don’t like, just scroll past and move on.
All fanworks must be your own creation. No plagiarism. No AI-generated works.
To Finish a Card:
Get a bingo! This can be:
-> 1 horizontal row;
-> 1 vertical column;
-> 1 diagonal line;
-> 2 diagonal lines;
-> or a blackout.
Fill out the completion form (1 form/card).
When Posting:
You can post your R:1999 Bingo fanworks to this AO3 collection here.
When you make a Tumblr post for your fanwork, remember to ping @fandombingo and tag #R1999Bingo so I can reblog it.

Take Your OC to Work Day 2024
Event Date: May 5th, 2024
What is It?
Take Your OC to Work Day is a one-day multifandom mini-event focused on creating OC-insert fanworks for your OCs!
What's an OC?
An OC is an original character created by an author or artist who isn’t taken from a canon piece of media.
An OC-insert fanwork is therefore any fanwork that introduces at least one OC into a fandom of your choosing. For the purpose of this event, your OC(s) should be the main focus or at least part of the main cast.
Rules:
It’s pretty simple—
1) bring along an OC (old or new),
2) pick a fandom,
3) stir well!
So long as the OC is one you created, they can appear in any way you want (ie. as a separate original character, transmigrated into the body of a canon character, etc.).
Posting:
You can post any time on May 5th in any time zone. We will reblog with the link to an AO3 collection closer to that date. You can also make a tumblr post for your work, tag it #TakeYourOCtoWorkDay2024 or ping @ocinsertevents, and we will reblog it here.
