Man, the CHILLS I got when not only Mandalore/Gideon, but Leia Organa, was name dropped this episode. It hit me like a bolt of lightening how much Ahsoka is tying in everything…like EVERYTHING. Some Star Wars fans have forgotten how monumental The Mandalorian was when it first came out. Because we now live in an era where we're being spoiled with so much content - which I absolutely love! - that moment is being taken for granted, when people were absolutely floored by the cinematic quality of The Mandalorian and its brand-new characters that really made the galaxy come to life. It may not be the best in some people's eyes, and that's okay, but it definitely set the precedent that has allowed for all the incredible live-action series that have followed, and it deserves to be respected as such.

I was living with some pretty cynical family members and had a year old baby around the time TROS came out. I didn’t get to the theater, we all just watched it at home. Everyone was very against Reylo except me—when *the kiss* happened the house was in an uproar lol but I low key loved it. But my life at the time made it hard to think anything else after that. Thennnn cut to last year, my fam and are living on our own. My hubs and I watched through the entirety of SW movies in order (which wow that was fun!) But the sequels hit me different this time around!! The power of a non toxic environment is crazy lol 😂 so I fell in love with Ben/Kylo from the jump and then by the end was a full fledged Reylo. When I went to tumblr to vent my feelings it was therapeutic and I couldn’t believe what a fun community I found!! And I’ve never looked back 👍🏼
