moments when the boys will feel like sharing a kiss with their s/o.

a/n: wow i haven’t posted in ages! hopefully, this little thing makes up for it :)

KENMA

💌 you and kenma would be competing against each other; like a mini gaming tournament, if you’d like to call it that!

💌 you’d felt particularly needy for his touch that day, and came over to kenma’s house with the intention of cuddling and watching some daytime tv.

💌 although, you should’ve known, kenma already had plans of his own. the same as always - so what better solution was there, than to beat him at his own game?

💌 the deal was you’d play a total of three of kenma’s video games - if you managed to win two, then he’d drop the console and cuddle with you. if you lost, you’d let him carry on, or join in if he felt like playing a multiplayer game.

💌 time skip! - you’re playing the final game, both of you have won a game each, and (much to kenma’s annoyance) you’re winning!

💌 you’re becoming more and more excited, you’re so close to finally getting your way-

💌 if only...

you were unable to contain the large grin which had threatened to take over your lips, once the tune signalling that the third lap had started began playing.

your gaming competition with kenma had started this morning; you’d been roped in after he had promised to leave the console to cuddle with you, if you won two out of three games.

this was the third game, and you were on the third and final lap of Mario Kart. you’d been holding onto first place since the second lap - kenma had fallen to third place behind Princess Daisy after getting hit by a red shell.

you were far ahead of the second and third place racers, that’s why once you caught sight of the final stretch, you decided to slow down.

kenma saw through your taunting tactic, though he couldn’t stop his lips from curling into a frown.

“come on sweetheart, you’re almost there.” you coo, chuckling softly when he waves you off. not long goes by after that, when you decide that it’s time to stop playing around.

“sorry kenma, looks like you lose.” your chosen vehicle is a second away from passing the finish line, when the controller is slapped out of your hands. “what the hell are you-“

the complaint dies relatively quickly - kenma’s kisses always had a mind blanking effect on you. the only thing left to do was follow your instinct; you melt into his touch just as the sounds of the TV fade into the background.

the moment is perfect, like always.

but then you remember the game.

“kenma! the game!” you turn your head to face the TV, and the sounds come back into focus. you’re horrified by the fact that all the other CPUs had passed the finish line - you and kenma were the only ones who hadn’t finished the race.

“i guess we both lose.” he comments. you know he’s hiding a smile, and though you’d usually be annoyed by something like this, you favour throwing your arms around his neck to hug him.

“cuddle me anyways?”

“whatever.”

OIKAWA

💌 stop being so cute you idiot my heart can’t take it

💌 ahem-

💌 i feel like when it comes to oikawa, literally anything is worth kissing you over.

💌 you just woke up from sleep? congratulations, you get a kiss! you tripped over your own two feet? you get kissed! you’re trying to study? oh my god you look so cute,,, you get a kiss!

💌 so, despite the fact that he’s like this, i think one thing he’d really, really have to kiss you over is when you tell him you love him.

💌 he’s so popular with the girls, so they’re probably always telling him that they love him. but oikawa isn’t stupid, he knows that they’re confusing love for attraction. after all, they hardly know anything about him.

💌 but when you say it, there’s so much passion in your eyes, and it sounds so natural, not rehearsed. it just makes his heart go 💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘and his face is like 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺💛

💌 he loves you too, and he doesn’t waste any time when saying it back, but he feels like saying ‘i love you’ just isn’t enough to convey his feelings for you.

💌 deep down, he’s probably scared that you won’t ever understand how much he cares about you. but, it would be better for him to try than do nothing right?

💌 so, when you tell him you love him, make sure you have:

a) enough time to actually let him fully kiss you

b) a nice scarf/turtleneck to cover up all those hickeys😳

“baby, you in here?” oikawa slides open your classroom door, eyes flickering around quickly in the hopes that he’d find you here.

and lucky for him, there you were. head down on the desk, oikawa could hear your soft snores. he visibly relaxed, and dropped his bag down at the door before coming in.

“what am i going to do with you, huh?” he crouches down beside your table, and leaves a lingering kiss on your cheek. this makes you shift slightly, your eyes flutter gently before finally opening. “you okay?” he questions, you nod before smiling.

“didn’t want to walk home without you, but i was so tired.” the sound of your voice barely passes as a whisper, but with the way oikawa’s nodding along, you know he can hear just fine.

“alright, come on. let’s go home, yeah?”

you stand up, going to grab your bag on the floor when oikawa beats you to it. “i’ll carry it!” the smile you give him tells him you’re grateful, he ruffles your hair softly in response.

“you’re so sweet.” you find yourself saying once you get out into the hallway. “i love you, really.”

and you want to carry on talking, but oikawa doesn’t need you to; the first three words were plenty.

he’s pushing you back into the classroom, attaching and detaching and reattaching your lips quickly as he does so. you sigh against him when he presses your back against the wall, the grip you have on his shirt tightens.

“i love you, i love you, i love you.” he says it over and over between kisses, and you feel your stomach flip.

you know that you’re not getting home any time soon, but this was much better than sleeping anyway.

SUGAWARA

💌 slow, passionate kisses when the mood is just right would be his absolute fav.

💌 so what, to him, can be called “the right mood”?

💌 anything, really!

💌 maybe it’s during a little study date at your local cafe; suga’s been tutoring you for a while, and now he wants you to try a couple of questions on your own.

💌 the way your eyes light up when you get all the questions he set right is so adorable to him! he’s just thinking, that’s my girl.

💌 nothing on this earth would be able to stop him from leaning across the table to meet your lips. and he’s totally opening his eyes briefly to take in your beautiful features up close.

💌 but when he sees you already staring at him, taking in his beautiful features, god, could this day get any better?

💌 if you get too carried away, you’ll hear the sound of a flustered waitress beside you asking you to continue that somewhere else-

💌 that’s embarrassing as heck, but suga will probably just pack up your books and writing equipment, and take you back home to continue your little affection session :)

the silence was more nerve racking than anything else. you chew on your lip impatiently as you watch sugawara scan through your answers. science had never been your forte, and after failing yet another test, suga had decided to take on the task of tutoring you. he didn’t give any hint of whether or not you were doing well; you just had to hope his straight face meant something good.

“well?” you’re on the edge of your seat by the time he puts your paper down, out of sight. he doesn’t break eye contact for at least another few seconds, before he breaks out a smile.

“i’m messing with you, you got all the questions right!”

“seriously? all right!” sugawara hands you back your work, and you glance over your answers one more time. he swears that he can feel his heart brimming with pride; yes, you were his girlfriend.

he can’t stop himself from leaning over the table, fully intending to kiss you. you grin at his eagerness, and lean forward to meet him halfway.

bad girlfriend ⪼ hajime iwaizumi

you come out of a fight with your boyfriend, stronger than ever before.

a/n: edited but i’m not convinced that it’s great. first time writing for iwaizumi, and i couldn’t be happier about that at least! random note - i’m frigging drooling over that photo :)

word count: 791

the soft hand that brushes against the top of your head pulls your attention away from your phone. curious to know what had touched you, you turn around; but your curiousness fades as quickly as it had come, once you catch sight of the culprit.

“i don’t want to talk.” you say quickly, and make sure that your tone is harsh when you do. but he’s used to it, and is never offended - if he couldn’t handle you like this, what right did he have to call you his girlfriend?

“i’m your boyfriend, so i get to talk to you whenever the heck i feel like it.” he plops himself down on the bench beside you, which has you shifting away slightly. childish, but that was how you were.

“iwaizumi.” you’re warning him now, but again, he takes no offence. he favours taking your hand with one of his; he uses the other to swipe your phone. “hey!”

“why aren’t you in class?”

“i’m waiting for maths to start.” you make an attempt at retrieving your phone, but iwaizumi’s slipping it into his pocket before you can.

“maths is last period. right now, is second. you should be in science.”

“you should be thanking me. i decided to skip class so that i don’t take all my anger out on my teacher, isn’t that nice of me?”

“if you’re mad at me, then talk to me about it.”

you scoff, clearly not finding that idea very appealing.

iwaizumi had always been someone who you admired. not that you’d ever say this out loud, but you were glad that he didn’t go out of his way to avoid you, just because you were a little rude sometimes, and had a worse attitude than an isolated old man.

despite your many differences (for one iwaizumi actually turned in his homework and attended class), the two of you got along well. one thing led to another, and about a month ago, iwaizumi had asked you out officially. (you’d told him you were agreeing so that he wouldn’t go home crying, but he knew what you meant).

and everything had been going great, until half an hour ago, during the start of break. iwaizumi had been tutoring you so that you’d prove a couple of classmates wrong about being good for nothing. your class had just been dismissed and your teacher had given you back your test with a smile; 98%. you’d been looking for iwaizumi, wanting to tell him the good news, when you saw him, and another girl; her arms wrapped firmly around his neck.

“i know what you saw, but if you would just let me explain-”

but you don’t want him to explain.

“i’m a bad girlfriend, right?”

because you already know the answer.

“that’s why you let her do that to you..” you nod along as you talk, hoping that eventually, your heart will come to understand too.

“let’s just break up already. this whole thing is stupid anyway.”

when iwaizumi doesn’t respond, you know you’ve hit the nail on the head. knowing you’ve reached your limit, you stand, muttering a quiet goodbye before taking off.

“yeah, you are a bad girlfriend.” you don’t get very far before he finally speaks up. “you hardly ever listen to a word i say, you talk out of your ass a whole lot, you ignore my calls, you only stick around for half of my volleyball matches, and you can’t manage to stay put in class for up to twenty minutes without bickering with someone. and-”

you turn around, stomping back towards him. there’s no wasted movement between the moment you stop in front of him, and yank him forward by his tie.

“and...” but even so, he isn’t intimidated, not one bit. “and you always tell me that i’m in the wrong, regardless of whether it’s true or not.”

“but, i knew all that about you, and i still asked you to be my girlfriend didn’t i?”

his hand falls on top of yours, and gently, he takes it off of his tie.

“now that’s because i love you, got it?”

you realise that your lips are chapped, the moment his own land on yours. you’re embarrassed by the fact, and try to pull away, but the hand cradling the back of your neck doesn’t budge. he pulls back just a fraction, giving his tongue room to slide out and glide across your bottom lip, knowing it’s why you won’t cooperate with him. you want to laugh but don’t, choosing instead to return iwaizumi’s affectionate gesture.

when you open your eyes again, iwaizumi is already staring, your phone in his hand.

“you almost walked away without your phone.”

“oh, shut up idiot.”

💌 Iwaizumi would probably already know about the trend, seeing as he’s got tiktok obsessed oikawa as a best friend.

💌 oikawa would probs tease Iwa about how you might use it on him one day, which earns him a good wack.

💌 might secretly hope that you make a move on him, but doesn’t get his hopes too high. there’s a chance that you’re not even interested in Tiktok impossible, or you’d rather confess to him the traditional way, OR, you might not even like him. again, impossible

💌 lucky for him, you LIVE for trends like these :)

💌 you’ll probably be at his house or something, thanking the stars above that Iwaizumi has finally granted you a break from studying, as well as the opportunity to make your move!

💌 you pull out your phone, and search for the sound, heart beat so loud you hope he can’t hear.

💌 at this point, Iwa looks up from his own device, and has that “wait, what?” look on his face.

💌 you’re laughing at him to hide the sudden waves of embarrassment.

💌 not to worry dear, your efforts were not in vain.

💌 Iwaizumi is honestly so frigging happy that you did this. he can’t help but think about how cute you are.

💌 “you’re so stupid, you know that?” and yet, the opposite comes out of his mouth.

💌 the next few moments are absolute heaven - Iwaizumi pulls your face towards his, and kisses you hard.

OSAMU

💌 this would be something neither of you are expecting-

💌 it’s actually atsumu who set up the entire thing lmaooo

💌 the three of you usually walk home together after volleyball practice, but atsumu had faked being sick and went home early, leaving just osamu and yourself.

💌 whilst walking, you get a message from atsumu, a video.

💌 and you play it out loud of course, not expecting it to be something like this:

💌 cue the awkward stares and silent curses of atsumu‘s name.

💌 you want to think of something, anything to say that will get osamu’s mind away from the words he just heard.

💌 but unlucky for us, our brains always run out on us when we need ‘em most, right?

💌 the hilarious thing is, he didn’t even mean it as a confession, he just wanted to show you one video which he found particularly cute!

💌 he’s super excited about it, so while he’s taking a break during practice, he whips out his phone from his bag, and shows you the video.

💌 Ushijima takes volleyball seriously, and he takes his studies seriously too.

💌 he’s been tutoring you for about one and a half hours now, and what the hell you’re so tired.

💌 but according to waka-baby, you haven’t done enough to deserve a break!

💌 (it’s true, you’ve only done about 3 questions since the topic is so boring lol)

💌 BUT THAT IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT THE POINT!

💌 begging and grovelling doesn’t work on Ushijima. and that’s when you think - what about Tiktoks?

💌 when Ushijima goes up to the counter to ask for more coffee, you take out your phone and quickly search for the sound.

💌 ushijima allows you to kiss him, and to him, your smile is brighter than the freaking sun.

💌 but you and him both know that neither of you will be able to concentrate now :)

💌 osamu’s the one who shows you the Tiktok. passed it on through kita, who’s just knowledgeable about everything??

💌 but are you sure you want to do this?

how the boys make up with their s/o after a fight.

a/n: i love this idea so much, and i hope that you do as well!

KUROO

💌 the cold shoulder usually comes with fights, unfortunately.

💌 kuroo isn’t the type to back down if it’s something he believes in and neither are you, so really, it’s a game to see who will come running back first.

💌 it’s him, every time. (unless you’re in the wrong, of course.)

💌 best believe that Kuroo loves you to the moon and back, and he’d do anything to get you to crack a smile.

💌 if backing down from a fight means that you end up smiling again, then so be it.

💌 i’d say that three and a half days is his limit. if you’re still arguing after that, then i’m not sure why you’re in a relationship?

💌 when kuroo’s ready to make up, expect to see him at your door the next morning, ready to walk you to school.

💌 but before that...

💌 he makes damn sure that you know that he loves you, and you assure him that you love him just as much, if not a thousand times more!

KYOTANI

💌 other than Iwaizumi, you’re the only one that this boy really respects and gets along with.

💌 so...i feel like he’d go to him in order to understand the best way to make up with you?

💌 Kyotani has a pretty powerful glare, but oh my god he can’t help but curse under his breath when he feels your angry gaze on the back of his neck during class.

💌 no matter what Iwaizumi tells him, in the end, i think that Kyotani would just go with the direct approach.

💌 i think Ennoshita is one of the people who believe that couples shouldn’t sleep on a fight - it’s better to resolve the issue sooner than later.

💌 if you’re giving him the silent treatment, just know that you won’t be able to keep it up for very long.

💌 he knows how to make you talk, trust me.

💌 one word: bribery.

💌 “i made you your favourite snack, if you’re hungry?”

💌 “remember that bracelet i ordered for you from a shady website two months ago? it’s finally turned up! if you don’t want it, well, that’s a shame.”

💌 he predicts that you’ll snap in less than five minutes. after that, you’re smothering him with kisses and cuddles whilst apologising over and over again.

💌 once all the fun has been set aside, Ennoshita and you will have a serious conversation about what it is that made you upset, and what made him upset.

💌 that way, you can avoid making the same mistakes!

SAKUSA

💌 another one who will give you the cold shoulder.

💌 in this particular relationship, you’d probably be the one who has to make the first move and apologise.

💌 it’s got nothing to do with pride or anything, just that Sakusa’s awkward when it comes to apologies!

💌 whenever you’re ready to talk, he’ll listen. but give him maybe an hour or so to cool off first, otherwise you’ll end up fighting again because he’ll get snappy.
