CPR, but make it Kpop

I know that this is a Kpop blog, but I’m a huge advocate for CPR/first aid training. I’ve personally used CPR and first aid several times and I think it’s a great skill to have.

CPR combines chest compressions and optional respirations to assist someone who’s become unresponsive. Common guidance recommends 100-120 compressions per minute, and you can use a song with 100-120 BPM to help you keep the rhythm. So, since this is a Kpop blog, I’ve compiled a list of Kpop songs that are within the recommended BPM for CPR chest compressions!
