i’ve had this thing my whole life, lol. literally for as long as i can remember. i have memories of watching kids shows with sneezing episodes and always feeling weird afterwords and not quite knowing why. then i hit puberty and everything made sense lol.

for those of us that have had it since childhood (the majority i think?) i seriously wonder why. like what happened that made this a thing. what wires in my brain are crossed lol
