Hey I’m crafting a modern hp universe because I’m a geek.  This is the first on-going story if anyone wants to check it out. I already have four chapters up, and a draco x oc story in the works. <3

"Um, yeah, promise promise. Even-" I held up my hand, "pinky swear." Fred looked confused for a split second, then his face melted into amusement, and he took my pinky with his. "You have to kiss your hand." I said seriously, going to kiss my own. He kept my gaze as our faces grew close, and I felt something warm tangle itself in my stomach. But I brushed it off. As chill as Fred was, I'd made it a rule to not go after anymore six years. They were always screwing with the feelings of underclassmen, and I had gone through enough of that shit for a lifetime with Judas. Besides, Cedric was right there, and he was cute and funny, and a well known 'good guy'. Even if he was a little weird.

Norah was so hung over. The room spun every time she moved, and she had spent most of the morning sitting by the toilet, trying to figure out if she was going to puke or not. Now she was laying on the couch in the main room, hand over her eyes, contemplating if she’ll literally ever drink alcohol again. Who’s idea was it to drink on a Sunday night anyway??

Probably her’s, she resolved. Actually- it was most definitely her idea. She let out a self pitying noise, turning to press her face into the pillows. This must be the universe punishing her for her sins.  Somewhere in the back of her mind, Norah registered that another person had joined her in the room. Moving and opening one eye very, very slowly, she registered the face in the doorway.  “Mm- hey Blake. I can leave if you need me to.”
