The textbooks were going to seriously hurt you one day. If it wasn’t from the fact you couldn’t see where you were walking, it would be from the strain on your back at carrying them from the resource room to your classroom. You had almost made it to your room when you realised the door was shut, the wedge you had driven beneath it when you left somehow halfway along the corridor - a student no doubt.
“Here, let me get those,” Mr Barnes offered as he jogged the length of the hall.
You tried to avert your eyes respectfully but it was impossible not to stare as his luscious dark hair bounced with each step and golden skin peeked out from the top few buttons of his shirt left open. He was the reason the numbers for his elective - physical education - had skyrocketed. The once male dominated class now overflowed with teenage girls and you could not blame them.
You sighed as the heavy weight was lifted from your arms and he easily balanced them in one heavily muscled arm as he opened the door with the other. “Thank you, Mr Barnes.”
“Mr Barnes was my father,” he said with a grin, “call me Bucky, please.”
His smile was charming and disarming, no wonder everyone fawned over his attention, it was a gravitational pull to be around.
“Thank you, Bucky.” You smiled back. “For saving my back I will let you know where the secret stash of decent coffee is hidden in the staffroom.”
“You mean, you don’t enjoy the mud that Cheryl makes?”
It took you a moment to think who Cheryl was until you remembered the sharp tongued but pretty English teacher who deigned anyone to call her by her first name, and you wondered how he earned that privilege. Shaking your head, both in answer and to clear the intrusive, possessive thought that snuck into your head, you pointed to your tidy desk for him to set the books down.
He almost seemed perplexed when you pointed to the desk, as if he had forgotten he was carrying a significant weight in his arm. “Right, oh, books.”
“What else would you do on the desk?” you asked, blood boiling with disbelief at the words, a cringe growing on your face.
He scratched the back of his head as he seemed to ponder answering but thankfully the bell rang and he jutted his thumb over his shoulder. “I better go, uh, have a good day.”
“You too, Bucky,” you said with a wave before dropping into your chair. You were grateful the second bell was five minutes away, hopefully it was enough time to recover from the flames burning your neck.
Tumblr media
Your classes ran relatively smoothly but you were still grateful for the final bell ringing and the students clearing out. In the silence that descended you could think clearly and you walked around the room taking an inventory on what was missing or broken or what had inadvertently been added to your room.
You wrote down all the fix-it jobs in a neat list so you could slowly make your way through them by the end of term and placed the sticky post-it note on your desk. Closing the windows and locking the small stationary room, you made sure everything was secure before gathering your bag and sweeping the papers that needed grading into a pile. Satisfied you had all you needed, you kicked the wedge out from under the door and left through the deserted halls.
The next morning a paper bag full of fresh cookies were clenched between your teeth and two steaming mugs of coffee filled your hands. You had spent what remained of your evening, after marking the papers, baking more than you could eat. Like honey to a bee, the scent of cookies drew Bucky from his office inside the gymnasium and he grinned at your entrance.
“Is this from the secret stash?” he whispered conspiratorially as he took his mug that he always drank from in the staffroom.
“Shhh, you know there’s eyes and ears everywhere.” You opened the bag of cookies and held it out for him. “That is sensitive information and you can’t be too careful ‘round here.”
The corners of his eyes crinkled with amusement and he dramatically mimed locking his lips shut and throwing away the key.
“You’ve got something stuck to you there,” he said as he reached for the side of your shirt and you hoped it wasn’t anything embarrassing as he plucked it off. “Door handle, 3 x desk legs, hole filler? Dare I ask.”
You snatched the post-it back and tucked it into your handbag it had slipped out of and rolled your eyes playfully. “Nothing nefarious, just a growing list of things I need to fix in my room.”
“You know there is a caretaker for all that.” He took a sip of his drink and groaned at the taste. “I see why you keep it a secret.”
“If I am going to be put through the ringer by a class full of teenagers every day then I need the right caffeine supplement. As for Mr Harkins, I feel bad asking him for anything - he’s already under the pump as it is.” You frowned at the thought of the caretaker who should have probably retired 10 years ago, but he was a sweet old man who tried his best. “Anyway, I should get going. Here, take the cookies, you look like you don’t need to worry about the calories.”
His laughter echoed in the empty gym and he lifted his shirt, showing the washboard abs that the material had hidden. “I worked hard for these.”
Your mouth was suddenly dry and you nearly spilled your drink as you lifted it to your parched lips. “I don’t doubt that. Enjoy the cookies, Mr-, I mean Bucky.”
He seemed to enjoy seeing you flustered, if his actions were anything to go by, so he passed by close enough that your arms brushed as he opened the door for you. You dipped your head so he wouldn’t see you biting your lip and waited until you were around the corner and out of sight before you leant against the gym's cold brick wall.
“Are you alright, miss?” One of your students asked as they spotted you.
Straightening yourself, you plastered a smile and nodded. “Have you studied for your test? You have until the fourth period to revise.”
The student groaned and hoisted their bag higher up their back. “Yes, miss.”
They darted off quick enough that you knew they hadn’t studied and were about to throw themselves into it before the bell rang. Shaking your head and clearing the lingering thoughts of Bucky and his flirtatious nature, you made your way to your room for the day.
You missed him in the staffroom that day, even though you rarely spoke in the busy space since everyone wanted a piece of his attention, you still missed seeing his smile and interactions. You lingered in the room right up until the bell rang hoping for a glimpse but he didn’t show so you made your way back to your classroom.
Confusion crumpled your forehead as your fingers closed around the door handle, one that opened easily and without the clunky rattle that announced your arrival. Your confusion grew as you found half a dozen post-it notes stuck to the walls and you crossed the room to see the neat linked handwriting on them.
‘The plaster is wet, don’t touch.’
The stark white of the plaster that filled the holes that had appeared over the years through accidents and unruly teens stood out against the blue paint that covered the wall. You plucked the first note off and moved to the next.
‘It’s tempting, but don’t touch it.’ You giggled and pulled that one off the wall too.
‘If you touch it, I will have to come back after your class and fix it.’ You were gathering a small stack of the notes now.
‘On second thoughts, touch it.’
You hurried to grab the rest of them as the first student entered the room and you felt like you had been caught doing something you shouldn’t as you hid them behind your back. You shoved them deep into your desk drawers and sat down while you waited for the rest of the students to take their seats.
You couldn’t wait for the class to end as you felt the notes burning a hole in your desk and when the last student, who had lingered well after the bell had rang, left you reached down for the drawer. You nearly bumped your head when you shot up at the sound of a knock on the door to find Bucky filling the doorway, three metal poles in his hand.
“Just came to check on the plaster,” he said with a wink. “And get your answer.”
His smile dimmed at your confusion and you placed the notes onto your desk, flicking through them until you found the ones you hadn’t yet read. ‘I like spending quality time with you.’
‘How about dinner?’
You looked up from the final note to see him waiting patiently, and somewhat nervously for such a confident man. “You want to go to dinner with me?”
He leaned back to see your name on the door beside the room number and grinned. “Yeah, definitely you.”
He strode deeper into the room, pushing down on each desk until he found the ones with wobbly legs and flipped them upside down, his biceps stretching the sleeves of his t-shirt. You were still in a state of shock when he finished screwing the legs in and bundled the broken ones up under his arm.
“There’s no pressure, I didn’t do any of this to get you to go on a date with me,” he said as he made his way to the door.
“I want to,” you said before he crossed the threshold. “I would love to actually.”
He turned with a smile that illuminated his blue eyes. “Are you free tonight?”
You would be free every night for him but you didn’t say that out loud when you nodded. “Pick me up at 6?”
He licked his lips and you lost all ability to think, only just managing to give him your address when he asked for it. You couldn’t believe what was happening and gone was your evening plan of grading papers and planning lessons. You were actually going to have a life outside of work.
He chuckled as you quickly gathered your bag, shoving the notes he had written you safely inside and swiped your heavy set of keys from the desk. The caretaker's shed was on the way to the staff parking lot so he kept you company along the way, pausing only as he reached the rusted shed to deposit the broken parts he carried.
“I’ll see you tonight.”
“See you tonight, doll.”
Your heart skipped a beat at the endearment and you gripped your bag tighter so it could anchor you to the ground while your head felt ready to float between the clouds.

Izzie’s Favorite Movies and TV shows of 2021!
Aaaaaaand we're back! Another year, another movie and tv show review by yours truly. We have a long one this year!!! Lots of good shows this year, and so much Marvel. If you know me, you know my entire personality is Marvel. Although, I am garbage and have not see Shang Chi, Hawkeye, or the new Venom. NO GIFS ARE MINE (they were all just searched for here on tumblr). Sorry this is a bit late, and sorry there aren’t very many movies. Most of these shows and movies can be found on Netflix or Disney+, unless they are not released yet on streaming platforms.
Warnings!: Spoilers (marvel fans I am warning you now, there will be spoilers, especially for SM: NWH), language, death, gun shot
TV Shows:
1. OBX2
I loved obx1. I live in coastal NC so this show is really fun for me to watch. I love how this season was based in obx and the Bahamas! In this season, we see that Sarah Cameron (Madelyn Cline) and John B (Chase Stokes) survived the awful storm from the end of season 1 and have been picked up by a boat, heading towards the Bahamas. There is a reward out for their capture and the people on the boat decide they want the reward, but Sarah and John B make it out of the boat. Shit goes down in the Bahamas. Sarah's brother, Rafe (Drew Starkey (my love, my life)), shoots her, she survives by some some sketchy doc, and they make it back to the states. In fact, they end up in Charleston, SC. And it just so happens that JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Kie (Madison Bailey) are all in Charleston. They all meet up and reunite all cutesy. Secrets come out about Pope's family, Sarah and John B break up, they get back together, and the season ends with a nerve-racking fight scene on a boat and a cliffhanger of all cliffhangers. Overall highly recommend, but of course watch season 1 first.
Tumblr media
2. Squid Game
Y'all this was insane. My roommate and I started this series dubbed because we put it on as background noise, but it was awful that way and we were intrigued, so we switched to subbed. There is too much that happens in this show for me to break it all down, but it is a wonderful representation of how the rich prey on the poor and those in debt for their own fun and amusement. It's gross and this show was amazing.
Tumblr media
3. Ginny & Georgia
I was worried about this show cause I thought it was just going to be another show about teenagers written by 45 year old men. In this show Ginny (Antonia Gentry), her mother Georgia (Brianne Howey), and Ginny's younger brother Austin (Diesel La Torraca) move to a new town after the death of Georgia's husband and Ginny and Austin's stepdad. Little did we know, her husband didn't die on accident, Georgia killed him. After he had inappropriately touched Ginny during a workout, Georgia poisoned his smoothie and he crashed his car. In this town, Georgia is caught in a love triangle with a restaurant owner and the mayor. Ginny finds herself in a love triangle as well with a boy named Hunter (Mason Temple) and her best friends brother, Marcus (Felix Mallard). Shit starts to go downhill when Georgia's lies start falling apart a bit, Ginny gets caught with Marcus, and Ginny decides to take matters into her own hands. This is such a good show in my opinion, and I don't think it gets enough credit. Also, Marcus is hot and Hunter sucks. Team Marcus. Can't wait for season 2!
Tumblr media
4. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
MMMMM BONKY. I am Marvel obsessed, but also Bucky is my main man. ANYWAY. Now that Steve has handed down his shield to Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie), it falls into the hands of the government after Sam feels it's the right thing to do (aka put it in a museum). This backfires, and the government finds a new Captain America, John Walker (Wyatt Russel). Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) does not find this okay, especially after Walker calls Steve, whom he grew up with, a "brother" to him. Bucky meets up with Sam, they fight a bit, Bucky gets arrested, they fight Walker, they fight the Flagsmashers, they breakout Zemo (Daniel Brühl), and they even go to Louisiana. Sam ends up taking on the role of Captain America, and Bucky is Proud™. I love u Bonky and honorable mention, my man, Torres (Danny Ramirez).
Tumblr media
5. WandaVision
WandaVision was so so good!!! Scarlet Witch has been one of my favorite marvel characters since the jump and I was so excited that she finally got her own show! In this lovely show, Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) has created a fake reality in a real town because of the trauma of losing Vision (Paul Bettany). This show is set up like a sitcom and basically every episode is a different decade. Time isn’t real in this world, and when her and Vision have kids, they grow up at an alarming rate. Furthermore, her brother Pietro (Evan Peters) shows up. BUT, this isn’t who normally plays Pietro (aka Aaron Taylor-Johnson) so she grows suspicious. We find out that the government is trying to fix what Wanda has done, but they can’t compete with her power. A bunch of ish goes down, and I cried many times. Wanda deserves happiness. That is all.
Tumblr media
6. Loki
I love Loki. I love Loki. I love Loki. I have loved Loki for a hot minute, and I rarely side with Thor over him. Oops. Anyway, I loved this show. The cast was excellent; I love Owen Wilson. I think this show really shows a deeper side of Loki (Tom Hiddleston) that we could never get from the other Marvel movies he’s been in. In this show we get a look at a bunch of Loki “variants” and we get to see Loki fight against time. There’s too much for me to explain everything, but I will give it a solid thumbs-up!
Tumblr media
7. Midnight Mass
Y’all wtf. I don’t tend to watch shows that have anything to do with religion; it’s just not my jam. However, I couldn’t NOT watch this show. If you have seen my other movie and tv show reviews, you would know that I loved Haunting of Hill House and Haunting of Bly Manor. Mike Flanagan is a genius and deserves all of the awards. This show is set on an isolated island. While Monsignor Pruitt is away, a new charismatic, young priest arrives. He goes by Father Paul (Hamish Linklater). While we see the arrival of Father Paul, we also see the rearrival of Riley Flynn (Zach Gilford) who just spent a few years in prison for killing a girl while driving drunk. Riley grew up in this town, but didn’t really like it. Luckily, he runs into Erin Greene (Kate Siegel) who he grew up with, and just so happens to be pregnant. This town also has a new sheriff, Sheriff Hassan (Rahul Kohli), who moved to the island with his son. They are both Muslim, and heavily scrutinized for it. Father Paul is welcomed by Bev Keane (Samantha Sloyan) who is, in her eyes, holier than thou. With a new priest in town, miraculous event begin to take place. But, how? A few plot twists later and many loud gasps, this show was added to my top 10 of all time. Also, Father Paul and Sheriff Hassan are highkey attractive.
Tumblr media
Movies:
1. Eternals
Eternals was an amazing Marvel movie. This movie takes us, first, to the moment our eternals come to Earth. It shows us the beginning of the relationships between these heroes, including a romantic relationship between Sersi (Gemma Chan) and Ikaris (Richard Madden). They, along with the other Eternals: Thena (Angelia Jolie), Ajak (Salma Hayek), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Sprite (Lia McHugh), Gilgamesh (Ma Dong-seok), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), and my personal favorite Druig (Barry Keoghan), protect mankind from these pesky little creatures called Deviants. Overtime, the Eternals split up. Sersi finds new love in a man named Dane Whitman (Kit Harington). Though, as the Deviants begin to rise again, the Eternals reunite to defeat them, including Ikaris. Shit goes down and Druig looks hot the whole time. Also, in the end we get to meet Thanos’ brother, Eros (Harry Styles). Yeah, Harry Styles is in the MCU now.
Tumblr media
2. Black Widow
Black Widow is the story of Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) and her “sister” Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh). It shows us their childhood and the moment they were brought in to be trained as Widows. Yelena finally escapes and her and Natasha join forces in order to stop Dreykov (Ray Winstone) and his daughter, Antonia (Olga Kurylenko), who is being forced to become the Taskmaster. We see a lot of humor in this movie, and Florence was the perfect fit for Yelena.
Tumblr media
3. Spider-Man: No Way Home
Y’all I saw this twice in theaters. If you haven’t seen it, now is the time to skip ahead or be spoiled. This movie starts where Far From Home ends. Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) had just revealed Spider-Man’s identity, he’s Peter Parker (Tom Holland). After this, everyone thinks he’s a murderer. He’s taken into custody and that’s when, get this, MATT MURDOCK (Charlie Cox) comes in. Yeah, you heard that right. Daredevil got Spider-Man out of jail. Anyway, his best friend Ned (Jacob Batalon) and girlfriend MJ (Zendaya) suffer from this and struggle to get into college. So, Peter takes it into his own hands and goes to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to make everyone forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. But, the spell goes haywire, and opens up their universe to those in every universe that know about Peter Parker, even in their universe. This means we see all the villains. We have Doc Ock (Alfred Molina), Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Electro (Jamie Foxx), The Lizard (Rhys Ifans), and Sandman (Thomas Haden Church). After Green Goblin, aka Norman Osborn, kills Aunt May (Marisa Tomei)((Frick u Green Goblin)), Peter runs off to be alone. Ned starts telling MJ he wishes Peter was with them, and a fricken portal opens like Doctor Strange. This Peter, however, is not their Peter. Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) comes through the portal, and when they try again Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) comes through the portal. Together they find Peter and they all work together to cure the villains so they can be sent home. But, in order to restore the universe, Strange must make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Peter is now living in New York with no friends, family, or loved ones and must find a way to survive without Ned, MJ, and Happy (Jon Favreau).

izzie’s favorite movies and tv shows of 2020 (aka the worst year ever)
another year, another movie and tv show review. this year has, to put it simply, sucked. 2020 has been so terribly awful that sometimes the only light you can see are the absolute bangers of movies and tv shows that came out this year. with that being said, some of the movies and tv shows didn't come out in 2020. if the are mentioned in this post it is because they either: had a season come out this year, i found them this year, or they became popular this year.
SPOILERS: it may not come as a surprise but just in case you didn't realize, there will be many spoilers ahead, read at your own risk.
tw // death, suicide, drug use, mild adult language. if any of these things might trigger you, i strongly urge you not to read this post.
there is no specific order of these shows and movies, i'm just writing as they come to mind. if you enjoy any of these movies or tv shows, or if you have any suggestions for me, please let me know!
TV SHOWS
1) Santa Clarita Diet
Okay, so I know this show doesn't have anything to do with 2020. But, I found this show in 2020. I put it off for a while, thinking it wasn't my style of a show, but boy was I wrong. I loved this show. Sheila Hammond (Drew Barrymore) is a normal suburban wife and mom. She is a real estate agent with her husband Joel (Timothy Olyphant). She struggles with the fact that she isn't very adventurous. This all changes when she throws up an insane amount at a house showing. She then finds herself craving adventure, and craving human flesh. Yeah, she's a zombie. Not only is this show super hilarious, but it also shows the growth that they have with their characters and their family. I'm also team Abby (Liv Hewson) and Eric (Skyler Gisondo).
Tumblr media
2) Outer Banks
So, I'm from NC. And, watching this show at first bothered me because I can very obviously tell this show isn't actually filmed in the obx, and the geography isn't exact, but once I got past that, I loved it. John B (Chase Stokes) is a teenager that lives in the poor side of the outer banks. He has a friend group called the Pogues which consists of JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Kie (Madison Bailey). They absolutely hate the Kooks, which are the rich kids. A while after John B's dad gets lost at sea, presumed dead, the group finds some evidence that may solve the mystery, and make them rich. In the process, John B falls in love with a Kook names Sarah (Madelyn Cline) whose father Ward (Charles Esten) may have a little more to do with the mystery than he let on. Through friendship, murder, and secrets, the gang may just figure out what happened to John B's dad.
Tumblr media
3) Love, Victor
Alright. I loved loved loved Love, Simon. I also really loved the book "Simon vs. the Homosapien Agenda." So, when I heard about this show, I was so excited. Victor (Michael Cimino) is a teenage boy that moved to Creekwood with his family. He meets Felix (Anthony Turpel) who lives in his building. He also meets Mia (Rachel Hilson) and they begin dating. But, he also meets Benji (George Sear). While trying to get used to a new school, new friends, and a new relationship, Victor finds himself questioning his sexuality. With the help of Simon (Nick Robinson) and his friends, Victor finds it in himself to finally come out, and he admits his feelings, for Benji. This is such a good show, but I was so upset when season 1 ended on a cliff-hanger.
Tumblr media
4) The Haunting of Bly Manor
The sequel to The Haunting of Hill House. Now listen, haunting of hill house was an absolute banger. When I saw that Bly came out I nearly died. I was so excited. But, I was alone in my apartment and also a lil bitch. So, I had to wait a week until I was home with my family to watch it. Now, I was so excited to be scared, and there were a few jump scares and ominous moments, but this season was more centered around the story line of Dani Clayton (Victoria Pedretti) and her new life in a foreign country. When seeing an ad for a live in job as an au pair. When she gets there, she meets the two young children she’ll be looking out for and the other workers of the house, including the gardener, Jamie (Amelia Eve). Throughout her stay at Bly she begins to notice weird behaviors from both children and by the end of the series she sacrifices herself for the children. Sadly, this story is being told by Jamie who Dani had fallen in love with during her stay at Bly. Now I was somewhat upset about the lack of horror, but was still very intrigued and drawn in by this series.
Tumblr media
5) Julie and the Phantoms
Alright, at first I was not gonna watch this show. I thought it looked a little too young and childish for me, but everyone was talking about it on twitter so I had to. I. Love. This. Show. This show centers around Julie (Madison Reyes). Julie is a teenage girl who, sadly, lost her mother. The one major thing she shared with her mom, was their love for music. Since her mothers passing, she gave up music. This is until, dead musicians from the 90′s show up in her garage. Luke (Charlie Gillespie), Alex (Owen Joyner), and Reggie (Jeremy Shada) all tragically passed away in the 90′s after eating bad street hotdogs. When Julie finds their CD in her garage, she decides to play it and they come back in ghost form. But, only she can see them. With their help, she finds her confidence to play music again. Also, she has to find away for them to stay because they’re slowly disappearing.
Tumblr media
6) Derry Girls
Bitch. I love this show. And yeah it didn’t come out in 2020. Shut up. I found this show recently after watching the cast on the holiday special of the Great British Baking Show. I loved the actors so I had to watch the show. This show focuses on Erin (Saoirse-Monica Jackson) a 16 year old girl that lives in Derry, Northern Ireland in the 90′s. Alongside her is her cousin Orla (Louisa Harland), her two friends Clare (Nicola Coughlan) and Michelle (Jamie-Lee O’Donnell), and Michelle’s English cousin James (Dylan Llewellyn). During these years, a lot of people in Ireland struggled, especially because it was during wartime. Even thought this show isn’t focused heavily around the war, it’s amazing to see these teens live a fulfilling life while struggling with the state of their country, and the lack of money that their families have.
Tumblr media
7) Elite
HA. This show did have a season in 2020 so leave me alone. But bro, I love this show. At first, I didn’t watch it because I thought I could only watch the dubbed version in English, which I hate. I hate dubbed shows they look so weird. But, once I found out I could watch this show in Spanish, I fell in love. But, sadly, theres too damn much to talk about in one little post. It’s crazy. But basically it just follows the lives of teens in high school that are trying to survive. And no, not in the “I’m surviving high school,” sense. No, people be getting murdered.
Tumblr media
MOVIES (tbh i didn’t find a lot of movies good this year lmk which movies u liked this year and maybe i’ll like them!)
1) All the Bright Places
After the death of her sister, Violet (Elle Fanning) is devastated. She closes herself off, and has her parents get her out of doing school work that involves working with others. But, as time goes on, they realize she may need to start to move on. Violet then meets Finch (Justice Smith) who is enamored by Violet. He suggests they do a project together. While finding and visiting some of the smallest wonders of their state, they begin to fall for each other. While you are focusing on Violet and her mental health, you tend to miss some of the signs that Finch’s mental health isn’t great either, but by the time you do, it could be too late.

2) Dangerous Lies
Hmm. This was weird for me. I had only ever seen Camila Mendes in Riverdale, and honestly, not a fan. So, Katie (Camila Mendes) and her husband Adam (Jessie T. Usher) are struggling with money. Katie decides to take a job working for an elderly man, and eventually gets her husband hired there as well. Unfortunately, he dies, but for some odd reason, leaves the house and all of his fortune, to Katie. As they get comfortable in the house, they begin to uncover some very weird and dangerous lies.

3) The Devil All the Time
Ok. Iconic. You got so many hot men in this movie. Bill Skarsgård, Sebastian Stan, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson. C’mon now. That’s crazy. But, this story is so long and in depth that I wouldn’t even know where to begin. This movie is a bit disturbing. It involves murder, sexual assault, killing of animals, and so much more so if that’s an issue for you please do not watch this movie. It was also quite long, but it was still good.

4) After We Collided
Okay just listen. I was that teenager. I read wattpad stories and was, embarrassingly, addicted to After. This was not a great movie per say, but it was After. This is a sequel to the movie After. This movie centers around Tessa (Josephine Langford) and her recovery after her breakup with Hardin (Hero Fiennes Tiffin). Theres sex, alcohol, bad acting. The whole nine-yards. But c’mon, they’re so cute together.

5) To All the Boys p.s. I Still Love You
Okay it was a good movie. I enjoyed it. This movie focuses on Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and her boyfriend Peter (Noah Centineo) and their relationship post the first movie. But of course relationships aren’t super steady, and John Ambrose McClaren (Jordan Fisher) shows up. Yeah, John Ambrose, from her letter. They become closer and Lara Jean has to decide who she wants to be with. Spoiler, it’s Peter. BOOOOOOO justice for John Ambrose McClaren, he deserved better.
